I love this gym. Why? 1st. I have the best trainer. His name is Patrick R. He is always positive, energetic and cares about my results. He is focused on my session, pays close attention to proper form and pushes me through tough exercises. 2nd, The people that work there make me feel like part of the family. JB is another amazing and very positive trainer. Isaiah partnered me with Patrick. So I have to say thank to him as well. Brendan is always cleaning, stocking, and checking on the equipment. I lost my Tiffany's heart tag bracelet here, I called the day after when I realized I didn't have it and they said they would keep an eye out but didn't find anything. I went in myself to look later that day and couldn't find it. The next day I went in again and asked if they had found anything and they had it! I was so happy I cried. Anyone could have just taken it and kept it for themselves or try to sell it as it retails for $1,125. I am beyond grateful the staff here is honest and returned my bracelet, I couldn't be happier! read more

With plenty of EOS gyms to choose from I often go to a gym playing a favored movie. After being disappointed yesterday at Val Vista NOT playing the scheduled Star Wars movie I called gym last night to be sure the scheduled Star Wars 6 movie was going to play today and Timothy assured me it would play today, Friday. If I could give this gym zero stars I would and only because of the kids club. Months ago there was a situation where two of the childcare employees took unauthorized pictures of my children and posted it on TikTok and the issue was never fully resolved by higher up management. I tried to give this kids club another chance but the new managers in there clearly need an attitude adjustment as they are so far from welcoming and kind and talk badly about parents around the kids. read more

Drove past 2 other locations bc this is closest one with a basketball court. But it's closed after 9? I'll start my review by saying when making a decision to improve one's health, a gym membership may be top of mind. While for some a gym is a normal part of their routine, for others it's an entirely new experience and can be overwhelming. The team at EOS on Power and Germann made my experience seamless and enjoyable. First and foremost, the staff is very friendly. They are always smiling and genuinely appear to enjoy their jobs. The gentleman who signed me up was knowledgeable and excellent at answering questions and addressing concerns. I was thrilled with the great rates for the membership and personal training sessions. They explained the fine print too, I felt comfortable moving forward with the auto withdrawals and did not experience any issues with my account. The training program manager, Donell, is fabulous in his role. He knew how to address my needs in regards to improving my physical health. He was precise, patient, and incredibly resourceful. He seems to have a wealth of knowledge regarding physical fitness and overall wellbeing. I really enjoyed working with him. The gym itself is clean, well maintained, and organized. The gentleman who maintains the machines does a fabulous job and is happy to address any issues you may be having with equipment. The gym culture is great, people are friendly and thoughtful. My favorite part of my gym experience was the personal training sessions. My trainer, JB, was phenomenal. I initially was anxious about working with a trainer, but he changed that entire dynamic and I actually looked forward to every session. My anxiety was non existent because he created a safe space for me to be who I am, flaws and all. He never made me feel lesser than or incapable of success. He is a great conversationalist, funny, and inspiring. I appreciated his willingness to work with my crazy, ever changing schedule and never made me feel bad about not being able to make a session. Now that I have an at home gym, I can utilize and apply the skills JB taught me with confidence. While my sessions are over, I will always be appreciative for his commitment to my wellbeing and his kindness. Also, shout out to trainer, Pat, for his positive energy and encouragement while I was working with JB. It was an extra boost of confidence to have another trainer cheer me on and support my fitness goals! You're awesome! I would recommend the Power and Germann EOS location to anyone interested in a joining a gym without the gimmicks and the hassle! read more

Enrolled my 16 year old daughter for a membership. She did the free intro training session. Against my better judgement we sat down with the salesperson to hear their training sessions pitch. We were told that if we did not want to move forward, we could just cancel and we would get a refund. I emailed the head salesperson ahead of the first session telling him we did not want to move forward and cancel. One month later my card was charged $200. Now, she is being harassed by bill collectors and is being told she owes $738 in dues. I have tried to resolve this matter in person and always get the run around. Horrible business practices. read more

Equipment and amenities are great which is why we wanted to try it out before leaving LA Fitness they said we could try it for free at their open house that is a huge scam they charge you after and u end up having to sign up. We also tried to take our teens to try it as guests see if it would be worth adding them they allowed it for one once and not the other even with paying the $20 daily pass. Be careful this place all about making money scamming and not about customer service read more

This eos is very well kept and the employees are always nice. Special shout-out to Tui and Maddie. They are always so kind and welcoming. Lots of elliptical, stair climbers, and treadmills. Also has a HUGE free weights section with a bit less machinery. TV's work, sauna is hot, lockers are nice. Great place ! read more

Always have plenty of space, equipment, and friendly staff to help. My sister came in from out of town and they hooked us up with a week pass for only $35. I love this location, because it has a lap pool for cardio when the weather is too hot to run outside. read more

I Joined EOS Fitness in August of 2024. Since I hadn't been to a gym in several years I decided to sign up for a trainer. I agreed to having a trainer every other week for a total of 6 training sessions @ $43.00 Per session. EOS is continuing to charge my credit card every other week for $43.00 and I can't seem to get to a person that can remedy the issue. The gentleman (Moses) never seems to be available when I have called or when I have gone to the gym. So far they have charged my credit card to 13 training sessions of which I have only had the agreed to six sessions. read more

This is the nicest Eos gym I've been to since I moved to the East Valley from out of state. The gym is clean and looks new. It smells good and despite times where there is quite a bit of foot traffic, it is well maintained. I even had the pleasure to meet the district manager overseeing that Eos and the operations manager of that Eos gym. Wonderful people! They truly want to make a difference in the health of their community. The staff here also know what they are doing and there is confidence in their work. I enjoy the group fitness classes here because the instructors are also phenomenal. Also, free samples of protein, BCAA drink, and some pre-workout always help those of us who are always moving. I look forward to returning to this Eos gym very soon :D read more

It's way too crowded here and many machines are broken regularly. And no one does anything to move anyone along at all when it's busy. I'm really thinking of canceling my membership and going somewhere else. The problem isn't just the machines it's that it's far too crowded and you do nothing to make sure people don't hog the machines. Maybe have staff walking around and encouraging people to move along if they are on a machine too long. read more

THANK YOU SHEREEN, our trainer/coach. My wife and I just came back from our 1 month fitness review and we are so pleased with our results. We have lost weight AND inches, and gained stamina. Mostly we have gained confidence that we can do this. We love the knowledgable, positive and upbeat support we get from Shereen and, believe it or not, we enjoy the time we are at the gym. ***** Additionally, I really appreciate the amount of staff that is available to answer questions or help with a piece of apparatus I haven't used before. I also like that the EOS team members will help pick up the equipment that others leave on the floor and gets in the way. This location is great! The equipment is new, as you'd expect from a brand new location and it's really clean. Bathrooms always look tidy and there are alot of sanitize stations throughout the gym floor. I started bringing my daughter to their kidsclub a few weeks ago and the girls seem very friendly. They always look well staffed and have separate areas depending on your child's age. Overall the gym is nice and I'm happy I found a location close to home. read more

Gym is clean, can't complain about that. I start to see it very busy around 5:15 am. I'm ok with that I'm done by then. The reason for the one star is the sauna. There is a vent in there that blows cold air. You might be thinking cold air in a sauna ? Yes, Some genius left a ac blowing air inside and no way to close. Temperature is set to 198 but inside feels like 80. I'm a stickler for rules but at this point if someone wants to put water on the coils to make it hotter I won't stop them. read more
