I love Welch PT. I've gone to DOZENS of PT establishments, since I was an athlete in Grade school through College, up til now as an adult in my early 50's (w ACL issues/neuropathy/ PF & Chronic back pain.) This is one of the BEST places I have EVER been to! Guy & Heather (who put my Therapists) are amazing!! All of the Techs are very kind and extremely knowledgeable! I live in West Mesa and drive to San Tan bc my Podiatrist said they would be worth the drive, and let me tell you- they absolutely are!! I'm so impressed that I am beginning to take my 76 year old Mom to see them for balance issues bc of hearing loss. Yes! They do that, as well! You will be in great hands with Welch! They truly care about their patients, everything they do "makes sense" (which hasn't always been the case at other establishments ) . They have definitely helped me begin to get better! Make that appt! read more

Highly recommend, I have gone to on two separate injuries. They are very helpful and friendly!

Whole practice is designed to get you back to whatever you were doing that got you to PT in the first place. Lots of variety, and solid take-home material to keep improving during the week. Stick around for the heat/cold treatment at the end read more

Great experience so far after ACL surgery! Everyone has been very nice and supportive on the road to recovery.

Outstanding Staff. Very professional. It was very easy to develop a good relationship with everyone from check-in to technical staff. They developed an excellent treatment schedule. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those who are not getting the results at their current Physical Therapy location. Carl Wilkinson read more

No stars. How can a health care practice never answer their phone? I called multiple times and left messages on answering machine. No one calls back! I received recommendations to this office but have moved on to the second recommendation at another clinic since the second place I called has a friendly receptionist who was happy to talk with me,answer questions, and gave me an appointment! read more

Great PT office to work with and fun environment! Sadie was easy to work with and knows her stuff

I was involved in a very severe car accident rear ended by a drunk driver, Welch has been very thorough in helping recover from this. They offer many different types of treatments and tailor everything to my specific needs and requirements in order to get me fully recovered. read more

Welch PT has been my go to practice whenever I have needed PT. This is my second time here and I feel I get professional and qualified help. My spinal surgeon recommended Welch PT as well. The staff is up beat and encouraging. read more

My family and I have been coming to Welch for different sports-related injuries for over three years. They are professional experts who provide consistent and thorough care; and a friendly environment to recover in. I can't speak highly enough of them- from front office staff to the physical therapists it's a great office. read more

I had high hopes in the beginning, but that faded fast. After a few visits their level of attention dropped and it nearly became self service. After signing in and having your temperature taken, it was someone pointing to a piece of equipment and walking away. The only personalized attention was from Heather during the cool down and articulation of the injured limb. My therapy at Welch ended when the owner whom had never worked with me during any of my visits walked up to while on the pulley rope system used to stretch the muscles on the rotator cuff / bicep that I had recently had surgery on, he pushed the chair that I was seated in away from the wall and aggressively yanked the rope and my arm beyond its current limits causing severe pain, torn scar tissue, and setting my recovery back at least a month. Not a fan! read more

I love James and the facility! The staff is awesome! I have been coming to this place for a long time and they take the best care every time! read more

Welch PT is an amazing place to go for your physical therapy. The staff are very caring and will do all they can to help you on your recovery. The front office is very friendly and accommodating with the schedule. read more

Are they even in business, anymore? I see recent reviews..and I'm quite glad they've received a call back, because I haven't. Since they no longer answer their phone, I've had to leave 5 messages over the past few weeks, with NO return call. I'd used them in the past and had hoped to again. Obviously, they don't want or need the business. read more

My first visit went very well. They're very kind, compassionate and made me feel a lot better. I plan on going back many more times to help me get back on my feet and the road to recovery. I would recommend them highly. read more

Highly recommend my physical therapist Brandon. I suffered with a broken shoulder and no mobility after coming out of my sling. He pushed me hard at the beginning but backed off when I said it was too much. Newly renovated facility. Staff (Victoria, Bailey, Tommy, Adam, Andrew and DJ) are super friendly and energized to keep you moving along in the exercises. read more

This was our first visit to this facility after my husband broke his hip 6 weeks ago. He is still walking with a walker and I walk with a cane. The front office staff sat and watched as we did our best to get in the front door (without helping us). Not a good first impression. I talked with the therapist after my husband's session and he seemed to be more interested in getting me to do a review on Yelp or Google rather than talking to me about my husband's therapy and exercises (seemed to be in a big hurry). I called back to set up appointments for the next week within an hour of being seen there and was put on hold twice and disconnected X1. We are both senior citizens and this facility does not seem to be very welcoming to seniors. I hope my husband's sessions are better next week and we just caught them at a bad time. read more

Caden has been working with me to get my wrist better! He's been doing an excellent job and his assistant is also very good! The front desk ladies are very cheerful and welcoming as well! read more

These guys were awesome and encouraging with my recovery. After having 70% of my meniscus removed and a slow start, they helped me reach my goal of getting back on my horse in only 3 weeks. Thank you!! The journey continues. read more

I've had a great experience at Welch PT! The office staff and technicians are up-beat and courteous. Claudia was especially helpful with my insurance claim. I was worked on by a Physical Therapist 3 times in my 11 visits, but that was fine. The exercises and treatments I received really helped, plus I was taught to do many of them (the exercises) at home. In the future I will not schedule any appointments on a Friday at the end of the day. My last 2 treatments were reduced by a few minutes. I couldn't help but feel like treatments were shortened so the techs could start their weekend. read more

The staff at Welch is amazing. Personable and always helpful. I had ACL/LCL surgery and it was really difficult but Welch really helped me to make progress and get my knee back. They are great about working with my schedule and always did a good job reminding me about appointments and allowing me to reschedule last minute. I highly recommend this place. read more

Found Welch Physical therapy during Corona since my orthopedic surgeon was unavailable. My PCP sent me for therapy and I'm so grateful they did! Since getting to Welch Therapy everyone has been so helpful and attentive to all my concerns and issues. I'm well on my way to recovery thanks to the great men and women at Welch! Couldn't recommend this Therapy location more! read more

I had a fairly invasive knee surgery and have been to PT before at other places. I have been a competitive athlete for most of my life. I always felt the PT I got was a waste of time after the first few visits and felt I could do just as well or better on my own. However I was extremely surprised by the expertise with James at Welsh PT. With this surgery my knee pain was overshadowed by excruciating back spasms from wearing a heavy brace and using crutches. James not only addressed the knee but knew how to fix the long underlying issues with my back so that I was free to focus on my knee rehab and not be encumbered by the debilitation in my back. This experience has actually helped to improve my overall quality of life. If you have issues with one part of your body it most often will affect other parts too. James and the team will treat the entire body to help your recovery speed along. I'm shocked and amazed at my recovery. I won't go anywhere else! I hope this was helpful for prospective clients! read more

I am at the mid point of my PT at Welch Physical Therapy for a sciatica issue. I have never been to PT before, this has been an amazing experience. Before I came in the first visit I could barely walk. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and doing what it takes to get me back on track. Chris and Matt and the rest of the team know how to encourage and push me to do what I need to do. Excellent front desk person, flexible scheduling. My daughter went to them last year and felt her care was exceptional as well. I would highly recommend Welch Physical Therapy to everyone who needs a professional, upbeat PT team to assist in injury recovery. read more

I was told I needed physical therapy for a shoulder injury. Welch Physical Therapy was who they recommended, which was perfect because it's really close to my house. They were able to get me in pretty quickly. Guy Welch was the first person I met, and he is fantastic. He's honest, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. Every other employee I've gotten to work with has been just as great; from the front desk, to finances, to all the PT's and their assistants. What's even better, is they all love animals! And since I work with animals, it's a bonus. I highly recommend Welch Physical Therapy if you ever need find yourself needing one!! read more

I had rotator cuff issues, Dr recommended Welch PT. Guy Welch was up front with me after the evaluation, said he didn't know if he could help or not, after 6 sessions my range of motion improved but I still had pain. He could have kept me coming back and gotten more money. Instead he suggested to go back to the Dr. I had surgery November, Welch did the rehab. He is priced competitively, doesn't try and keep you coming back to fill his wallet. I am very satisfied with the results. Flexibility and range of motion is within 5% of my other shoulder and I am pain free. Took 16 weeks but he could have kept me longer. I left there with a list of strength building exercise and couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend this organization! The entire staff is great!! read more

The staff is great, they are really nice and friendly. The physical therapy part; there is no consistency....one person brings me back and gets me started, then I stand there and wait after completing an exercise until someone else let's me know what to do. I literally had four different people tell me what to do and each person does things a little different. I see other people just moving through and doing there own thing.....is this what is expected?? If so what am I paying for? read more

I had a SLAP Tear repair surgery and have been at Welch for about a month now. The staff has been great. They are always friendly and never push me over my limit. I have been seeing great results with them. Chris, Bailey, Tommy and everyone else are fantastic. The place is always clean and they worked great with my worker's comp claim. I do not have a single complaint, Welch has been an awesome experience! read more
