It was the same thing every week with no progress. The next two times it was virtual, so again no one was watching me, or progressing me. After my 3rd spine surgery I was sent to Empower PT and immediately felt like I found the right place. From the get go Jody was very invested in me and my progress. I was observed to make sure I was doing my exercises correctly and when they seemed easy, they'd progress me, or swap it out for a new exercise. Every appointment someone would work with me directly, work out any knots or pain I had, gave me tips on what to do at home, and just made me feel like they really cared. The three women who worked with me were not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also so much fun to be around. They guided me through every step of my recovery with care, encouragement, and a ton of positive energy. Thanks to their expertise, my shoulder is stronger and more mobile than I ever expected at this point. Started Physical Therapy here referred by the VA. I had an early morning appointment, however, I…read morewoke up very early sick as a dog. I called and left a message around 6am, prior to them even opening that I was sick and unable to make the appointment. They charged me a fee for not calling in prior to the 24 hours. When I questioned it, the physical therapist told me he wouldn't do anything about it, even after I explained what happened and that I called as soon as I woke up and left a message. I understand what the policy is for, however, what are we supposed to do in this case? When I asked if I was supposed to come in to my appointment with explosive diarrhea he shrugged his shoulders. He was very nonchalant and didn't seem to care if he retained my business. This was the first time this happened that I had to call and cancel. I won't be back and have not recommended them since.

Called to ask about their mask policy....Karen verified patients had a choice about masks. Had my first appointment today with Brigit and it was "above and beyond".
