I've been to Next Level Physical Therapy twice now--first a couple of years ago for a Baker's cyst,…read moreand more recently (May 2025) after a total knee replacement. If you're looking for a top-notch PT team that combines clinical excellence with a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere, this is the place. Annie, Allie, Lindsey, Heather, and Emily are the full package--smart, skilled, encouraging, and refreshingly human. They know exactly how to push you when needed, but they do it with kindness, patience, and just the right amount of humor to keep you from dreading the process. To be clear: rehab still sucks--there's no getting around that. But somehow, this team makes it bearable... and dare I say, even enjoyable. They celebrate your wins (big and small), meet you where you are, and genuinely care about your recovery. Next Level PT lives up to its name. Thanks to this incredible crew for helping me get back on my feet--literally. Highly recommend.

The three women who worked with me were not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also so much fun to be around. They guided me through every step of my recovery with care, encouragement, and a ton of positive energy. Thanks to their expertise, my shoulder is stronger and more mobile than I ever expected at this point. But honestly, what made the experience even better was how much I genuinely looked forward to my appointments. Spending an hour twice a week with these amazing, funny, upbeat women felt more like hanging out with friends than doing rehab. They made the hard work enjoyable and something I truly looked forward to. I'm so grateful for the progress I've made--and for the awesome people who helped get me here. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Unsafe, aggressive, and highly unprofessional patient care. I will never return to this practice. I…read morehave severe bone-on-bone in my knee and came in recovering from a strained back, which I explicitly disclosed. The therapist, Jill, completely disregarded my physical limitations. She was incredibly aggressive, forced physical movements that caused me excruciating pain, and repeatedly shouted at me to push through it in front of the entire room, even though she could clearly tell I was in agony. Her reckless handling left my knee severely inflamed and re-injured my back so badly that I am a complete mess and had to cancel all remaining therapy. Professional therapy should help you heal, not cause physical trauma and humiliation. Save your joints and avoid this therapist entirely.

I live in Queen Creek and have been one hundred percent satisfied with the treatments received at Banner Physical Therapy. I was fortunate to initially be diagnosed and treated by Debbie, the office manager. Debbie took the time needed to assess the shoulder injury. I was impressed with how thorough and determined she was. When she finished her assessment, she warned me that she would be applying extreme pressure in order to alleviate the pain. Whatever pressure point application she used- she was monumentally successful. By the time I got home, the pain had gone from about a level 9 to nearly non-existent. There was a 'shadow' of a pain that made the injury a memory. I saw Debbie again after a subsequent back injury. She was astute enough to send me back to my doctor. I had fractured a disc and was just living with the pain. Debbie is an amazingly talented medical provider and I am so grateful to have the benefit of her expertise. The office staff is also incredibly proactive in doing everything possible to make appointments and assist with insurance. Thank you for a fantastic, caring and professional resource!

I was such a late-notice appointment that I was expecting them to just check it out real quick, give me some advice, and send me on my way. They did so much more! First off, the Physical Therapist, Mike, is one of the coolest people you'll meet. He worked on my shoulder, told me what was wrong, and had his Assistant, Courtney, loosen the muscles. They iced my neck and used a machine to stimulate my shoulder. Mike's wife was there helping me and other patients and making the office run smoothly. They're all very skilled at what they do and everyone I interacted with was so genuine, kind and helpful. I'm super impressed and even more thankful. I left feeling like I can handle the tough road I have ahead of me. Ultimately, I drove past about 15 PT offices to get to DASH and it was the best decision I could have made.
