I came into Scottsdale for a Labor Day weekend getaway with my BF and scheduled a massage with Heather hoping for some relief from the constant spasm, and migraine I had from the car ride. Not only was Heather able to release all the spasms in my neck, she was able to do some energy work and cranial sacral massage techniques to move knots and fluids out of my neck and body that nobody has been able to move in literal years. She was able to improve my AI muscular condition in one session. I was kicking myself for only booking 90 minutes instead of 2 hours. This girl is worth every penny. I wanted to try to come back Monday before i left but I couldn't fit it into my schedule with the holiday traffic. Heather is a gifted healer. A tech named Jen did the pre-doctor stuff like light massage and then takes notes before the doctor came in to perform adjustments to my spine which corrected my alignment problems, which eased my pain. When the adjustment was over, I loved using the roller table. Sometimes I used the muscle stimulation, and/or had laser therapy. They treated problems involving my muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, cartilage and nervous system.

But I had to coax that solution out myself like I was the manager on duty. The good news is that the replacement therapist was phenomenal. One of the best massages I've had there in a long time. The bad news is that the technology experience is a mess. The app loses bookings, communication feels disorganized, and now tipping happens through some random third-party platform that seems designed to make things harder. I genuinely like the people at this location. They're doing their best inside a system that seems determined to sabotage them. Three stars. It seems like it has many caveats from places that accept it. You can only use it for full-peice services, and you can't book a package of services or seasonal specials. The shop was comfortable and very hippie inside. A bit too many chotchkies for sale inside, but retail is necessary , I realize. The music was a little too crazy and loud for me. Everyone was very nice, and though you can purchase a membership, I loved that it was very low pressure. It actually seems like a good deal that your services can be rolled forward, and can be combined for a larger service. I'm just not a subscription person. I booked an hour massage and a facial. The facial was very thorough and relaxing. The massage was also great, but ended really quickly. When I got dressed and walked to the desk, the gal apologized, as she didn't realize that I had booked an hour. She said I could go back in and get another 30 minutes, but I was already put back together. No thanks. As I checked out, I was also given a cute little facial gift bag, with a nice smelling cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Nice touch. I had a decent service. I'm on the fence about this place. Give it a try though. Better than any local chain.
