Doctors only told me I had Spinal Stenosis, but I had to do my own research. I was finally referred to Dr. Delatte. My dad went with me to a few of my visits so if I had forgotten any information he could explain it to me later or remind me of instructions & information he had given me. Dr. Delatte thoroughly explained my issue, gave me options & recommendation. I opted for spinal nerve ablation without sedation. I was having my neck & lumbar done in 4 separate visits. His staff was caring, informative & professional, going beyond their call of duty. Dr. Delatte explained everything he was doing during the procedure & was attentive before, during & after the procedure. It's a bit of a drive in order to see him, but he's so good I'd follow him to Tucson. I can't ask for a better doctor.

The office manager came out of the back and said I would only have to pay my $50 copay, so I went through with the procedure. Then, I get a bill in the mail for $300 for the procedure after the fact! I called and spoke with the lady who answered the phone, and she admitted it was their fault that they misunderstood what they were seeing on the screen or something like that, but they refused to remove the amount from my bill! So they made the error, and now I have to pay for it. I'll never be back and would recommend going elsewhere unless you like getting surprise bills for hundreds of dollars after the fact and can't get any sort of accurate quote for the cost of their services. Very unprofessional and deceptive.

Oh they also said I'm going in for a surgery? Yeah no surgery that I know of. So I am cutting ties with this place due to their lack of care and communication. 300 dollars to be sedated for 20 ish minutes. Just done. To clarify I was getting injections at this place and last year it was reasonable at 200 dollars. I know insurance changes etc. But 300 dollars for 20 minutes of sedation just seems extreme. Also, they did not even seem to care about withdrawals. I honestly thought this place cared about me and my health but with their lack of communication and setting me up for surgeries that I wasn't even privy to just sounds bad in my head.

I have seen more than my share of doctors and I have had procedure after procedure spending thousands and nothing has changed other than experiencing a new level of complacency each time. My back issues have ruined my life in so many ways. My first visit with Dr Delatte was great. He was actually the first doctor that actually sat down with me and went over the details of my spinal issues and offered new ideas of what options might help. He treated me with respect and dignity and not just another patient. I recently had a problem with my back that is making it almost impossible to do my job and possibly on the verge of loosing my job. Dr Delatte and his staff went out of their way to help me. In my opinion went above and beyond what they even had to. I work in radiology and have an understanding of the medical world. It can be difficult to get help without judgment or complacency. I'm at my wits end and so far the regional pain institute has given me hope that I can have a better life. Living in pain every day can make it very difficult to be happy. At this point I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Delatte and his staff. For the first time I have hope that I may lead a better life. I had already met my deductible for the year, yet when I arrived for my appointment, I was charged a $150 copay. First, I've never had a copay that high. Second, I showed the front desk my insurance app, which clearly indicated that my deductible had been met. Despite that, I was directed to billing and reluctantly paid so I could keep my appt. Several days later, I'm still trying to get my refund. The billing department says they're waiting to verify everything w/the insurance company - that doesn't make sense because the claim has already been paid. (Again clearly shown on my app) Which also shows I owed $0.00. I need to schedule injections, but I won't do so until this billing issue is resolved. If they can't , I'll be looking for another doctor.
