I did not experience any pain during or after the procedure. Dr. Hansen contacted me later in the day at home ensure I was doing ok.

When I called to schedule, Olivia was so great over the phone and made me feel at ease. I called back a few times prior to my procedure with many questions which always got answered right away without having to wait on the line. They don't treat you like just a number there which I love. Upon arrival in my big day, I brought my husband and one year old son. The girls there were so welcoming and great at keeping me calm and distracting my nerves. They were so good to my son which I really appreciated. I didn't wait at all, as soon as I arrived I signed quick paperwork and was on my way to anesthesia town. The rest was a blur. I woke up with my chipmunk cheek and in a wheel chair being escorted out by my buddy who helped me the entire time and was even signing and dancing in the surgery room. I loved her. The recovery ‍ was oh so fun as you would imagine but I was sent home with instructions and some gauze and a syringe for saline rinses. I went back 5 days later for my follow up and the girls were so sweet to me. The nurse helped answer l a bunch of my questions and Dr Hansen made me feel at ease as he assured me everything looked good and normal. His laid back and calm demeanor balanced my frenetic, nervous energy in a healthy way. He is a magician, truly because I've had oral surgeons say they wouldn't touch my impacted clutter with a ten foot pole and Dr Hansen confidently pulled off a wisdom teeth miracle. I highly recommend this place!

This is by far the best dentist I have ever had in my entire lifetime. I'm 73 years young and I've…read morebeen treated by many dentist's during my lifetime. My dentist, Dr. Kenny, is gentle and very professional. I trust him with my teeth. The staff is also wonderful as well. I brought my granddaughter here and she is extremely happy with Dr. Kenny. I highly recommend becoming a patient at Martin Dental. I'm very glad I made the move to this dentist office!

I'm disappointed. I brought my daughter to the Rittenhouse Rd office today. She needed to have…read moreextractions done today, so was referred over to the Queen Creek office for sedation. I and my daughter had explained VERY thoroughly that she has severe trauma and anxiety. I was told I could stay with her during the procedure as her support. Everything seemed fine when we arrived. We were taken back to get her ready. I was sat in a corner. They gave her oral medication to relax her before IV sedation. Then, the assistant comes in and says, "Ok, it's time to move you back out front." I explained AGAIN about the trauma and anxiety and my daughter's wish to have me there with her. I was told the dentist would not allow it. I am frustrated, worried about my daughter, and angry that, KNOWING that she had a very bad history with dentists and suffers from anxiety, they were not transparent at all about this policy, but instead sprang it on us out if the blue AFTER my daughter was already being prepped with medication. This is unethical and wrong. I am hoping that everything turns out ok for my daughter. But, I am very disappointed in what I was hoping to be a good experience. I am amending my review to state that I will NEVER bring my daughter back to this office. My daughter was to be given IV sedation. She was told over and over that she was going to "take a nap." My daughter was awake and felt everything during the procedure after being told she would not be. I am beyond furious!

Pretty shocking that a pediatric dentist would allow someone to practice who has multiple complaints- including giving too much medication- DOUBLE the medication. Findings of fact say he worked on teeth virgin teeth with no evidence of decay and some ended up needing root canals, he also left open margins on crowns, and patients had nerve damage. First impression- I love all the text reminders without that I know I would have forgot about their appointment since you schedule out 6 months in advance. The office is beautiful! Once we got to the back- wonderful people. The dentist Mindi who took care of my children could sense that we were that fun sarcastic family and she went right along with us. I love that she went over the X-rays and showed them to us our previous office didn't do that and we just had to take their word on what they were charging us for (cash pay). My kids left the office saying their teeth felt the cleanest they have ever felt. Thank you for taking us as new patients. We can't wait to come back for those fillings!
