Your staff always seems unhappy when I come in and that tells me it's a reflection from the higher up there.

From my first session I noticed the program's focus wasn't on vague encouragement but on teaching concrete tools: structured therapy techniques for anxiety and depression, coordinated medical oversight, and targeted physical therapy for chronic pain. Those elements worked together in a way I hadn't experienced elsewhere--each session gave me actionable skills I could use the same day. The behavioral health sessions taught clear coping strategies for mood and stress that were easy to practice outside the clinic. Physical therapy wasn't just exercise; it was pain-management education and movement work designed to remove physical barriers to emotional progress. Medical staff stayed involved across the program, making sure treatments felt safe and were coordinated rather than fragmented. That integration made recovery feel realistic instead of theoretical. The staff's empathy and steady professionalism made it comfortable to be honest and try new approaches. Clinicians and therapists listened without judgment, offered patient guidance, and reinforced skills in group and individual settings. The combination of clinical expertise and genuine care created an environment where learning and healing felt possible. I completed my active care program with a clear toolkit--practical coping techniques, a pain-management plan, and medical follow-up--plus renewed confidence that recovery is attainable. If you want an evidence-informed program that treats mental health and physical pain together and gives you usable strategies from day one, Recovia is the program that works! I can't express my gratitude enough to the staff and providers. Their deep empathy, patience, and calm demeanor made me feel at ease and valued.

Do not believe them! I made the "Managing Director" and head psychologist sign my papers stating…read morethat I will not pay any extra fees than what they told me that day. I was told insurance paid for it all. I only spent 5 days going because it was not for me. They say that part of their model is physical health. The nurse does nothing. I left in March. At the end of May I got a bill for over $600. I call, shocked, because not only did I have the "Managing Director" sign on my intake forms that I do not agree to pay any more than my insurance paid, they are shocked, and agree to give me a discount of 20% So I would owe around $400. I said that was not what I agree to, and let me speak to that managing director. The woman said she would look into it. I never heard anything again. The owner states they were waiting for My call. That is yet another lie. Cindy in billing told me she would review everything and get back to me. I guess another $600 bill is getting back to me, which again proves all they want is money. They lie. They have a huge turnover so you will never find the people who you or spoke to. They just want your money- they do not care for you in the slightest. I've contacted the BBB, and my insurance company to file my grievances.

I've had CRPS, osteoarthritis, multiple herniated discs both cervical and lumbar and chronic migraines. In short, I'm a hot mess. I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. I highly recommend them.

I did epidural injections 2 weeks ago and today was my follow up and in a shit ton of pain because due for trigger point injections I was told weren't happening because my doctor said he did them when he did the epidural injections. He didn't or I wouldn't have expected them today. I said it was to do them at my FU appointment and even asked if I had schedule it prior and he said no. If he did them when he did the epidural I wouldn't be in the pain I was in today and expecting them. I need them I mean I have a hump because muscles are so tight and he calls them crunchy they get so tight. I got pushed out and told to wait 3 weeks to pay another 100 dollar co pay. He didn't do them check the video and audio. I never thought I'd be left in pain like this and full of knots. I would have felt them in my muscles if he did them that day. I'm at a loss for words. I paid 100 co pay for what today to be left in pain and get what's needed to help with the pain. Very very sad no discussion regarding the epidural injection Kaitlyn said send meds in that won't work without trigger point injections and was ready to push me out the door or left in the room to cry. That's what I paid a 100 copay for to be left in tears and pain. I never cry and also know better I wouldn't have expected the injections if I already got them. If my doctor came in he would k ow he didn't do them because of huge knots everywhere. In 2 weeks spent 2 in copays to be left in pain and my doctor came knows how it effects my jobs bc of migraines the right muscles cause I work 3 15 hour days chained to a desk total 65 hours 2 jobs and I can't work with this pain. Never in over 12 years have I missed my appt for them. My back would not be lumpy and full of knots if he did triggers 2 weeks ago. I don't cry and I'm not dramatic and would never try to get trigger points if I just had them. It sucks to be left in so much and pushes out like I was
