He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. It was clear how knowledgeable and experienced he is, which gave me a lot of trust and peace of mind. I actually traveled from San Francisco to Arizona for the surgery, and the entire team went above and beyond to help make the process smooth and comfortable. They were incredibly accommodating and supportive, which made traveling for the procedure much less stressful. The whole experience felt very professional and well organized. His office and team were amazing -- always kind, responsive, and truly available whenever I needed them. Knowing that the office was reachable 24/7 gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the process. Everyone on the team was warm, supportive, and highly professional, and I felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Marcella the nurse was amazing!! I'm very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering breast reduction surgery.

At the time, I was an uneducated teenager who didn't research surgeons. I ended up with implants that were too large and that I hated almost immediately. After 21 years, two children, and ongoing physical discomfort from the weight of the implants, I was ready to explant. Explant can be intimidating, as you're unsure about how much tissue you'll have left or what the results will be. For me, the added complexity of skin grafts and asymmetry made it even more daunting. I knew I needed to find the best surgeon possible to ensure I was happy with my results and that this would be my last breast surgery. I spent years researching surgeons, and although I always knew Dr. Robert Cohen was my top choice, I consulted with a few others. One surgeon warned that my skin grafts could result in severe asymmetry, and that the graft could even die. In contrast, Dr. Cohen's consultation was reassuring. He simply asked if my grafts were soft and pliable, and when I confirmed, he confidently stated that he could achieve the results I desired. His expertise and confidence gave me complete trust in my decision. Choosing Dr. Cohen was easy. I had followed his work for years and knew he was highly skilled, with a consistent track record of excellent outcomes. I trusted him to deliver the best results, and choosing him eliminated any stress or worry I had about my aesthetic outcome. Dr. Cohen was professional, confident, and direct. Two months before surgery, he drained my saline implants in a quick, painless procedure that gave me time to adjust to a smaller chest and get excited for the breast lift. Immediately after surgery, I was thrilled with the results. My breasts were round, perky, and natural-looking, with well-placed incisions that blended seamlessly with the curves of my body. Recovery was smooth, with minimal pain and no drains (unlike most explant patients). I had no complications, minimal bruising, and received excellent care and follow up from the nurses. The anesthesiologist, also Dr. Cohen, took the time to reassure me before surgery, which made me feel much more at ease. I'm grateful for his kindness. Dr. Cohen's staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, answering all my questions and guiding me every step of the way (special thanks to Laura). I feel lighter, look thinner, and my clothes fit better than ever. My breasts are fuller and more beautiful than I imagined--several friends have even commented that they look like smaller implants. Dr. Cohen is truly an artist, and I'm beyond happy with my results. My husband agrees, saying it was "money well spent!" Choose Dr. Cohen--you won't be disappointed.

Because I no longer have accchs. They are able to bill accchs $677 for every visit, but now that I pay cash they only make $179 per visit. They forgot to send in my drug tests multiple times! I knew I'd report them to the state board and accchs months ago. I've been talking about all the sketchy shit to my mom and disabled friend for months. So I knew I was going to report them from the start. I am apart of the reason the fbi shut down a ton of sober living homes for human trafficking and double billing. I hate when people break the law and don't follow rules! I'm autistic it's hard to ignore. It's very easy to see when an accchs scam is happening and I felt it happening the second he gave me 10mg oxycodone without starting me on 5mg first. And then he kept letting my pee tests expire and not send to lab. Today the doctor says he is cutting me off pain meds because they don't feel comfortable prescribing them long term. I asked them if I broke the pain contract, they said no. I later get an email saying I'm permanently discharged because I broke The pain contract. They kicked me out of their practice because I am self pay. Discrimination. They're also not billing using correct address' and he's practicing in multiple states with multiple address. I talked to my pharmacist right away and told them everything I experienced and they told me YES this doctor is doing illegal shit. 1/26/26 they said I no longer need to do drug tests to receive my meds, that's illegal. My pharmacist is helping me with filing the report to accchs and the state board. Oh yeah he also gave me a 14 day supply of meds but wrote on the bottle it was a 7 day supply of meds. So I felt like he was trying to trick me or something. I'm not a drug addict so I use my meds properly and this little weird shit he did, did not affect me, I never took more than I was supposed to. But prescribing meds wrong on purpose is illegal as well, malpractice. I've been on prescribed controlled substances since I was 8 years old, I am well aware of how it all works. I've been permanently disabled for 12 years also. And then he tried to get me to do as many x rays as possible before my insurance cut off. He found scoliosis and then cancelled me as a patient immediately. Why would someone do that? He wouldn't even discuss my imagining he ordered. He made me pay $179 to get discharged today. So yeah I knew immediately the second he prescribed meds wrong and gave me 10mg oxycodone right away that he was crooked and I WAS FUCKING RIGHT!!!! If you ever feel weird at pain mgmt ask the pharmacist about it. They can definitely reassure you if you experienced something illegal. Other than that, while I was being prescribed oxycodone for a few months, the appointments were fast and scheduled normally. Just nothing the doctor ever did was normal. Letting my pee tests expire multiple times, writing wrong medication information. Accchs would only allow a 7 day RX and he gave me 14 days and put 7 days on the bottle, so that's called LYING. Lying about how much you're prescribing. All I see is red flags at this place.

I have been a patient at Valley Pain Consultants Estrella location for nearly 4 years. The…read moremedical and office staff have always been kind, respectful & professional. However, as for Dr. Marc Soloman and his NP Dien, "professionalism, respect & compassion" evade these two individuals. At my last appointment both men displayed disrespectful & unprofessional behaviors, lacked knowledge & apparent communication between themselves, and with me as the patient, pertaining to my medical records and issues. Both men, became aggressive and hostile towards me, telling me, amongst many other things, that "I'm kicked out of pain management and can leave." This is something that I have discovered after doing some online research, that Dr. Soloman has a history of doing to a MULTITUDE of other patients under his "supposed care." As well as having an extremely overall poor rating of a 2.8 on a plethora of multi-media & medical platforms via the Internet. I was abruptly dismissed because I dared to take NP Dien & Dr. Soloman to task over their lack of knowledge, communication & record keeping. I have multiple skeletal and spinal issues, including osteoarthritis, RA & multiple surgeries, including a double fusion of my lower spine, all documented. I have requested no opiates in close to 2 years, & have only used opiates a total of 3 months in all since being a patient at VPC. I have only requested epidural blocks and/or cortisone shots to help me manage my pain. Last I looked, they are being paid very well to provide me medical care. They by no means are "doing me a favor." Due to their grossly arrogant & unprofessional behavior, I find it absolutely necessary to file a formal complaint/grievance against Dr. Marc Soloman and NP Dien with the Arizona Medical Board. I spoke with the Office Manager of VPC at the time of this incident (and she is also a witness to Dr. Soloman's actions i.e.throwing my MRI results down on the medical tray in front of his Office Manager and myself telling me "You're overreacting. You can leave!" And then storming out of the exam room like petulant child, instead being a PROFESSIONAL ADULT & speaking to me about the matter.) After Dr. Soloman's unprofessional display, the OM was apologetic & told me she would speak with the both of them and call me later that day. It has now been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for her call, that apparently isn't coming. I then proceeded to voluntarily discharge myself from Valley Pain Consultants Estrella & let the front office staff know why I was doing so. Not only was Dr. Soloman & NP Dien behavior insulting, but it was hurtful as well to have someone, especially a doctor, that I once had the utmost respect for, to literally become a Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde right before my eyes. This kind of behavior from a Doctor especially one who is dealing with patients, like myself, who are suffering from chronic pain, for lack of a better word, is disgusting. Perhaps the AZ Medical Board should do some of their own research into Dr. Marc Soloman's deplorable behavior, as I did & read up on the mountain of similar complaints against Dr. Soloman from so many other patients he has mistreated & "kicked out" of Valley Pain Consultants Estrella location. Shameful.

I asked them why would they schedule this and why wouldn't they have mentioned this before we got there. Again I had spoke to them numerous times and my Mom had seen the Dr already. They just said sorry. Next in line!!! When I asked if we could just pay for it at our expense they couldn't even tell me what they charge not even a ballpark figure. What a scam!!! They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!! DON'T GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME!! They will just keep racking up the $$$$ it's only about that for them!!!! Wish I could give them negative stars!!! It's sad that no one is willing to help an 80 year old woman that wants to die because she is in so much pain and they know she has a pinched nerve causing it!!!! Beyond frustrating!!!!
