What a find, above expectations feom the moment I made a desperate call to Dr Zafar's office. Late…read morein the day and of course on a Friday, I found myself with a fractured toe and in a lot of pain. Urgent Care wasn't much help, they determined it was a spiral fracture and were not willing to treat. I sat in the parking lot as my daughter and I wondered where to go to get help. Dr Hammad Zafar's Office was recommended by medical professionals so I called them. Laura answered the phone and although she didn't have an opening she listened empathetically. I'm sure they get these calls all the time. I just wanted an expert opinion, make sure I didn't do anything wrong before I could see someone for treatment. I got way more than expected, Laura called back an hour later, Dr Zafar would see me. I arrived thinking I would get a consult and put my mind at ease. To my surprise Dr Zafar came in like I had a regular appt, assessed, asked questions and gave me options. He then took his time and treated me with care. Michael Pappas MD has given her excellent care so I am able to recommend his services. They are well equipped for what they do as a whole. I will make one suggestion. Either make a very early appointment or get the first one after they get back from lunch. I doubt if you have to ask why but I will tell you anyway. If you don't, plan on having quite a wait to see the Doctor and don't be surprised if it is over an hour. I don't mind a reasonable wait but 90 minutes is quite a wait when you are with a 91 year old with Alzheimers. But then again, a wait of an hour and a half on average, I believe is to long for anyone. I really debated between three and four stars. I had three but Pappas really does a good job so the four is for him. Just make sure what time you get an appointment.

They asked a lot of questions, had me get an MRI, and ultimately they couldn't figure out what was causing the pain. Ok, no big deal, they ended up referring me to a neurologist. The problem is, the neurologist never called to set up an appointment. Additionally, I've called Dr. To's office at least eight times over the last month to get a status update on the referral, and have never received a call back. Each time leaving a voicemail because Dr To's medical assistants never pick up the phone. All I can say is that I hope I don't have a serious underlying condition because there's been a ton of valuable time wasted while I wait on this clinic to do their jobs.

Heard about the doctors at AZ Ortho and Jiffy knee replacement and made an appointment. Dr Adams did the surgery and I went home about an hour later. Got home and started my first therapy session on the ROMTECH bike. Recovery went quickly and almost painless. He stayed in contact with me during recovery. At my first post op appointment, they took exrays of my knee and I was good to go. Right knee.. drove five days after replacement. walked without assistance. My sister stayed with me the first night and I sent her home in the morning because I was good to go. Everyone at their office was friendly and helpful.
