Oh they also said I'm going in for a surgery? Yeah no surgery that I know of. So I am cutting ties with this place due to their lack of care and communication. 300 dollars to be sedated for 20 ish minutes. Just done. To clarify I was getting injections at this place and last year it was reasonable at 200 dollars. I know insurance changes etc. But 300 dollars for 20 minutes of sedation just seems extreme. Also, they did not even seem to care about withdrawals. I honestly thought this place cared about me and my health but with their lack of communication and setting me up for surgeries that I wasn't even privy to just sounds bad in my head.

I had already met my deductible for the year, yet when I arrived for my appointment, I was charged a $150 copay. First, I've never had a copay that high. Second, I showed the front desk my insurance app, which clearly indicated that my deductible had been met. Despite that, I was directed to billing and reluctantly paid so I could keep my appt. Several days later, I'm still trying to get my refund. The billing department says they're waiting to verify everything w/the insurance company - that doesn't make sense because the claim has already been paid. (Again clearly shown on my app) Which also shows I owed $0.00. I need to schedule injections, but I won't do so until this billing issue is resolved. If they can't , I'll be looking for another doctor.

It's not really a big deal but was surprising to me. When I got to the office all of the information I gave them over the phone was wrong. My address was wrong despite me spelling out my street name. I told them that I had a surgery in the past, a discectomy at the L4-L5 level. When I got to my appointment they had written down that I had a vasectomy. It was funny at first and I just assumed the girl heard me wrong on the phone. Then I started to get a little worried that an employee of a pain management facility, where they do spinal injections, thought that "vasectomy at the L4-L5 level," is a sentence that makes sense. Dr. Sraow is hands down the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. He spent the majority of the appointment staring at his computer, talking about his sports betting habit and Netflix. I was the one who had to keep refocusing the conversation on my spinal problems, which was the only reason I was there. I don't care about your parlay bro, I care about my health. I wouldn't trust this guy to clean my toilets let alone stick a needle in my spine. They were then supposed to call me to set up an appointment for an injection but after not hearing from them for 6 weeks I called and told them not to bother. They claimed they were still waiting on insurance approval but my insurance company said they never received anything. Pretty much what I expected they would say.

I've had CRPS, osteoarthritis, multiple herniated discs both cervical and lumbar and chronic migraines. In short, I'm a hot mess. I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. I highly recommend them.

The procedure was a complete failure. Seems like a lot of these pain doctors just use their patients like an ATM .

Recovia SAVED my life! Recovia delivered practical, integrated care that changed how I manage my…read moremental and physical health. From my first session I noticed the program's focus wasn't on vague encouragement but on teaching concrete tools: structured therapy techniques for anxiety and depression, coordinated medical oversight, and targeted physical therapy for chronic pain. Those elements worked together in a way I hadn't experienced elsewhere--each session gave me actionable skills I could use the same day. The behavioral health sessions taught clear coping strategies for mood and stress that were easy to practice outside the clinic. Physical therapy wasn't just exercise; it was pain-management education and movement work designed to remove physical barriers to emotional progress. Medical staff stayed involved across the program, making sure treatments felt safe and were coordinated rather than fragmented. That integration made recovery feel realistic instead of theoretical. The staff's empathy and steady professionalism made it comfortable to be honest and try new approaches. Clinicians and therapists listened without judgment, offered patient guidance, and reinforced skills in group and individual settings. The combination of clinical expertise and genuine care created an environment where learning and healing felt possible. I completed my active care program with a clear toolkit--practical coping techniques, a pain-management plan, and medical follow-up--plus renewed confidence that recovery is attainable. If you want an evidence-informed program that treats mental health and physical pain together and gives you usable strategies from day one, Recovia is the program that works! I can't express my gratitude enough to the staff and providers. Their deep empathy, patience, and calm demeanor made me feel at ease and valued.

I was told insurance paid for it all. I only spent 5 days going because it was not for me. They say that part of their model is physical health. The nurse does nothing. I left in March. At the end of May I got a bill for over $600. I call, shocked, because not only did I have the "Managing Director" sign on my intake forms that I do not agree to pay any more than my insurance paid, they are shocked, and agree to give me a discount of 20% So I would owe around $400. I said that was not what I agree to, and let me speak to that managing director. The woman said she would look into it. I never heard anything again. The owner states they were waiting for My call. That is yet another lie. Cindy in billing told me she would review everything and get back to me. I guess another $600 bill is getting back to me, which again proves all they want is money. They lie. They have a huge turnover so you will never find the people who you or spoke to. They just want your money- they do not care for you in the slightest. I've contacted the BBB, and my insurance company to file my grievances.
