Dr. Yaddu makes a lot of promises upfront. He convinces you that everybody else is wrong and he has the answer. Initially told me my groin pain was not from my back or hips but rather my SI joint. Did an SI fusion. No change. Then he said let's try the Intracept procedure. No change, maybe worse. The one good thing that happened was that I made the decision to get off oxycodone after six years. Went back to my spine surgeon after 2 years of Dr. Yaddu. MRI showed previous partial directory has eroded to the point where the vertebrae are dropping out of line. Probably looking at my third level of fusion. My surgeon showed me a picture of my spine that Dr. Yaddu had posted on his practices' website showing off his "skill" in performing an Intracept procedure around my old fusion. My entire family has been seeing Dr. Yeddu for years. He listens and he keeps us all functional in spite of the pain. The girls at the desk are always helpful and friendly so it makes it super simple to go each month. The only thing I'd suggest is that they drop the masks. I came in as a new patient and was waiting over an hour to be seen. When I approached the front desk and asked for an eta of when I would see the doctor there response was that I needed to be patient and that it could be another ten minutes or another 30-45 minutes. Dr. Yeddu takes time and listens to his patients. When I first came in I had already been told by other doctors. That they are not sure what's causing all the pain and that they have done all they can for me. In just one visit Dr. Yeddu knew that I am having issues with my soriactic joint. He said that he wanted to try it. He has been helping me manage my pain better than anyone and he keeps me walking. Where no one else in the valley did. I have been treated by Dr. Yeddu 2 times. The first time I was pain free for over 3 years. When I began to experience pain again in my back I just tried to deal with it as long as I could to the point I could no longer stand or walk for more than 5-10 mins. I had to sit most of the time. I was still working and felt I couldn't contribute in the ways I always had. Luckly I was the Mgr and had been there 43 yrs so I had a lot of support in just sitting most of the day, but I decided it was time to retire. I had so much pain in my lower and mid back unless I was sitting. I had no intention of spending my retirement years sitting. I had so many plans that I had worked so hard for all those years. This time Dr. Yeddu sent me for a MRI and found out I have 2 bulging disks in my back. He went over what he thought would help. Surgery has never been an option for me so I agreed to the pain management treatment plan. I had told him I was going on vacation to see my daughter and grand-children and my last time I visited them I could not do anything due to pain. I was leaving just the day after this treatment and he assured me it would be different this time, and boy was it. I went to the beach and walked the entire pier and back and took them to the Legoland Aquarium and so much more. I owe all this to Dr. Yeddu. Thank you!!! I am truly lucky to have found him. He and his staff care about eliminating my pain. And ... they ... LISTEN. Nothing is more important than a doctor who takes the time and listens. After only two visits, I am now off of ALL prescription medications. I will be forever thankful. Previous to finding Dr. Yeddu, I had been seeing another pain doctor. I had severe head and neck pain. It was unbearable. I walked around holding my head because the pain was so intense. The first doctor put me on three muscle relaxers and two strong prescription pain medications ... every day. Dr. Yeddu is the absolute best pain management Dr. After countless years of watching my mother suffer and try to find a Dr that could help her with her back pain we have finally found a Dr who is helping. Other pain management Dr just wanted to prescribe medications that only dulled the pain. Dr Yeddu looks for longer lasting solutions for the pain. Dr. Ajay Yeddu is a fantastic pain management doctor. He has a very calming influence even when you are in considerable pain or discomfort. It is obvious he is extremely well trained and balances pain management with both medication (if necessary) and minimally invasive procedures that have allowed me to regain a relatively pain free existence after many, many years of crippling pain. I have had chronic and debilitating low back pain most of my adult life and other than surgery I have tried just about everything to live a "normal life" without daily agony. Some doctors just give medication while others encourage physical therapy or chiropractic medicine or acupuncture/acupressure. All of these provide some level of relief but don't truly address the problem. That is what I believe seperates Dr. Yeddu. He seems to be able to accurately diagnose the underlying cause of your pain and perform procedures that give long term relief without having to "pop pills" for the rest of your life. I believe most of the problems he addresses are degenerative and may not be able to be completely cured, but Dr. Yeddu's methods are by far the closest I have found to doing just that. I go here for pain management for my back mostly. Sacroiliac Dysfunction. Love Dr Yeddu. Martha is great too. Most of the staff is great and I'm happy to see them. They are kind to my kids if I need to bring them in, and are friendly to me. Dr Yeddu has given me my life back. He's really kind and listens and is informative. I like to pursue treatments so I'm not stuck on meds and he supports that. Also they do treatments in house so it's cheaper and no third party billing . Sometimes my pain is more or less and he is great about changing them up as I need them since I always try to be on as little meds as possible. I only took a star due to some rx issues that I kept asking to get resolved and nothing was happening. Not worth getting into bc it did end up getting resolved it just took a while. Anyway, I refer everyone I know to Dr Yeddu. No practice is perfect and I understand they deal with a lot, so missing star aside I think they try really hard and I've had great results. read more
