I've also seen her help Jenny & Yovanna sometimes in the back when they are busy or short staffed. Nancy is amazing. Dallas, Noah, Tawna and Sabrina are all amazing physical therapists. They all listen to your problems & don't push you or make you uncomfortable when trying to find the right exercises for you. I definitely have to give a big shoutout to Tawna for everything she has talked to me about with my knee & to not give up on finding out what's wrong with my knee. She really listened to me & helped me with some ideas to bring up to the orthopedics. Everytime I'm there all 3 of them greet me even if they aren't working with me. Jenny and Yovanna are amazing technicians & also don't push you past your comfort zone. They are super helpful & will show you how to do the exercises to make sure you're doing them correctly. If you need a break or to use the bathroom they recommend it & are patient. They are both super friendly & always greet me as well. PT spent her time eating granola bars and being on her computer, definitely not supervising the tech. A few times, I purposely did the exercise wrong and nobody corrected me. The tech was always working with multiple patients at a time. Another time, I was doing my exercise and I looked over and the tech was getting work done on herself by another therapist. Do yourself a favor and google search for a therapist who works on one patient at a time. And the front office staff is rude and inefficient.

Even though they received authorization for my therapy from my insurance they wanted my husband to provide additional privacy information over the phone and without it would not schedule any therapy appointments. When asked to provide the patient portal so I could provide the information via a secure site, I was told that they were a small group and didn't have one. I explained out concern about SSN being shared verbally and sent to another person in the office. They refused to schedule the appointment and promised to call us back. No call back. I am still in pain, and have requested a different referral. It is obvious based on these few interactions that they were more concerned about their payment than me as a patient or securing my private information. Beware.

Little things such as walking to my kitchen from my bedroom was so difficult for me.... walking from my car into the building I work in.. it was impossible. After working with Steven for 7 weeks my knee is completely back to being normal with a wide range of motion. I am able to do the things I couldn't just 7 weeks ago!!!!! I am so ecstatic that spark was the answer to over a year of ongoing issues. Ive decided that since Steven has been amazing to work with, very informative, patient and professional about what he does... I signed me and my husband up for monthly 1:1 training to stay in shape so the issue doesn't come back. Steven is now helping to align my structure and I've been able to get back into gym!!! After getting two treatments from another PT place, I was referred by a friend to Matt at Foothills and I'm extremely grateful Matt squeezed me in to help me with my shoulder injury, doctors wanted to do surgery but Matt suggested PT along with dry needles/deep tissue massage and it's worked out AMAZING. Talk about night and day difference between PT places, I'd definitely return if I had another injury. The care here from Matt and others is top notch. The facility is clean and orderly, up to date machines and every kind of item needed for exercises for any injury. Quite possibly one of the worst bait-and-switch experiences I've ever been a part of. I confirmed…read morewith the office that my procedure would be "covered," and they even framed a "test" injection as an easy next step--while admitting they weren't sure it would help--because, again, "it's covered." Afterward, my insurance paid $23. Then the clinic billed me $800. When I went back to ask them to honor what I was told--or at least work with me on price given their guidance--they refused. I asked about a self-pay option; they said no because my insurance had already paid $23. No flexibility, no ownership, no accountability. From my perspective, this is the definition of a bait-and-switch: reassure the patient about coverage to green-light the visit, deliver a token insurance payment, then dump the real cost on the patient and refuse to make it right. I left feeling misled and out hundreds of dollars for a "test" they weren't confident would help in the first place. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this practice to anyone. If you do go, get every "coverage" assurance in writing, ask for CPT codes up front, and verify directly with your insurer--because the verbal promises I received were worthless. I won't be back.
