The tech was always working with multiple patients at a time. Another time, I was doing my exercise and I looked over and the tech was getting work done on herself by another therapist. Do yourself a favor and google search for a therapist who works on one patient at a time. And the front office staff is rude and inefficient.

Wow, I am so glad I did. I've seen Cassie for pregnancy support, post cesarean, and a tailbone injury. During all of my experiences with her, from the initial evaluation to treatment, I've felt important and supported. Pelvic floor PT is personal and albeit uncomfortable at times, but she's always managed to make me feel at ease. She teaches me along the way too, so I can fully appreciate the impact my pelvic floor has on both athletic, and day to day function. Their entire staff are all so friendly and warm. I love being greeted with a smile by Sarah at the front desk, and spending time with Joelle doing exercises after treatment. Sometimes, I have to bring my toddler in with me for my appts and there's plenty of toys and things to keep him busy. The staff is always so helpful with him, too! I am a personal trainer, so my job requires more than basic function. Cassie has helped me achieve that and more. Since seeing her, I've referred many clients and friends to their facility, all of which come back singing the same praises. When Cass is unavailable, I receive treatment from April, who is also incredible! They have a very talented staff of therapists. If you've had the thought "hm, maybe this would help?" just get scheduled. It'll be one of the best decisions you'll make for your body and you'll wish you'd done it sooner!

Even though they received authorization for my therapy from my insurance they wanted my husband to provide additional privacy information over the phone and without it would not schedule any therapy appointments. When asked to provide the patient portal so I could provide the information via a secure site, I was told that they were a small group and didn't have one. I explained out concern about SSN being shared verbally and sent to another person in the office. They refused to schedule the appointment and promised to call us back. No call back. I am still in pain, and have requested a different referral. It is obvious based on these few interactions that they were more concerned about their payment than me as a patient or securing my private information. Beware.

Little things such as walking to my kitchen from my bedroom was so difficult for me.... walking from my car into the building I work in.. it was impossible. After working with Steven for 7 weeks my knee is completely back to being normal with a wide range of motion. I am able to do the things I couldn't just 7 weeks ago!!!!! I am so ecstatic that spark was the answer to over a year of ongoing issues. Ive decided that since Steven has been amazing to work with, very informative, patient and professional about what he does... While my Physical Therapist was personally very kind and attentive, I would only work with her for about 10-15 minutes per session and was then passed on to the assistants who were NOT attentive. They would give me my exercises to complete but rather than staying and ensuring I was doing them correctly would run to another patient and work with them, and then I would be sitting there for several minutes inbetween exercises waiting for the assistant to come back. I came three weeks in a row and every week was like this-the facility just seemed like they had too many patients scheduled at once and not enough employees to properly take care of all the patients. As someone who has done physical therapy at several facilities over the years I was disappointed in my care and would not recommend coming here. I gave it a two because I liked my physical therapist but if it wasn't for her I would give this facility a one.

After getting two treatments from another PT place, I was referred by a friend to Matt at Foothills and I'm extremely grateful Matt squeezed me in to help me with my shoulder injury, doctors wanted to do surgery but Matt suggested PT along with dry needles/deep tissue massage and it's worked out AMAZING.
