She is always so friendly & has a welcoming smile on her face in the early mornings. She is always so helpful with scheduling or canceling appointments. I've also seen her help Jenny & Yovanna sometimes in the back when they are busy or short staffed. Nancy is amazing. Dallas, Noah, Tawna and Sabrina are all amazing physical therapists. They all listen to your problems & don't push you or make you uncomfortable when trying to find the right exercises for you. I definitely have to give a big shoutout to Tawna for everything she has talked to me about with my knee & to not give up on finding out what's wrong with my knee. She really listened to me & helped me with some ideas to bring up to the orthopedics. Everytime I'm there all 3 of them greet me even if they aren't working with me. Jenny and Yovanna are amazing technicians & also don't push you past your comfort zone. They are super helpful & will show you how to do the exercises to make sure you're doing them correctly. If you need a break or to use the bathroom they recommend it & are patient. They are both super friendly & always greet me as well. One of the friendliest places I've ever been my entire life & if I need physical therapy in the future, I will be coming here. Thank you so much for everything you guys do.

My visits were with the tech - she was nice but was more interested in goofing around with the other techs. PT spent her time eating granola bars and being on her computer, definitely not supervising the tech. A few times, I purposely did the exercise wrong and nobody corrected me. The tech was always working with multiple patients at a time. Another time, I was doing my exercise and I looked over and the tech was getting work done on herself by another therapist. Do yourself a favor and google search for a therapist who works on one patient at a time. And the front office staff is rude and inefficient.

Wow, I am so glad I did. I've seen Cassie for pregnancy support, post cesarean, and a tailbone injury. During all of my experiences with her, from the initial evaluation to treatment, I've felt important and supported. Pelvic floor PT is personal and albeit uncomfortable at times, but she's always managed to make me feel at ease. She teaches me along the way too, so I can fully appreciate the impact my pelvic floor has on both athletic, and day to day function. Their entire staff are all so friendly and warm. I love being greeted with a smile by Sarah at the front desk, and spending time with Joelle doing exercises after treatment. Sometimes, I have to bring my toddler in with me for my appts and there's plenty of toys and things to keep him busy. The staff is always so helpful with him, too! I am a personal trainer, so my job requires more than basic function. Cassie has helped me achieve that and more. Since seeing her, I've referred many clients and friends to their facility, all of which come back singing the same praises. When Cass is unavailable, I receive treatment from April, who is also incredible! They have a very talented staff of therapists. If you've had the thought "hm, maybe this would help?" just get scheduled. It'll be one of the best decisions you'll make for your body and you'll wish you'd done it sooner!

Even though they received authorization for my therapy from my insurance they wanted my husband to provide additional privacy information over the phone and without it would not schedule any therapy appointments. I explained out concern about SSN being shared verbally and sent to another person in the office. They refused to schedule the appointment and promised to call us back. No call back. I am still in pain, and have requested a different referral. After working with Steven for 7 weeks my knee is completely back to being normal with a wide range of motion. I am able to do the things I couldn't just 7 weeks ago!!!!! I am so ecstatic that spark was the answer to over a year of ongoing issues. Ive decided that since Steven has been amazing to work with, very informative, patient and professional about what he does... I signed me and my husband up for monthly 1:1 training to stay in shape so the issue doesn't come back. Steven is now helping to align my structure and I've been able to get back into gym!!! I got my life back! I couldn't be more happy and thankful that there was someone who wanted me to heel, who cheered me on and pushed me to keep going. I still remember when I met him I said, "I just want help, someone to care enough to help me get better and not just suggest meds" And spark performance has granted that.

While my Physical Therapist was personally very kind and attentive, I would only work with her for about 10-15 minutes per session and was then passed on to the assistants who were NOT attentive. They would give me my exercises to complete but rather than staying and ensuring I was doing them correctly would run to another patient and work with them, and then I would be sitting there for several minutes inbetween exercises waiting for the assistant to come back. I came three weeks in a row and every week was like this-the facility just seemed like they had too many patients scheduled at once and not enough employees to properly take care of all the patients. As someone who has done physical therapy at several facilities over the years I was disappointed in my care and would not recommend coming here. I gave it a two because I liked my physical therapist but if it wasn't for her I would give this facility a one.

This office also runs ON TIME, there is never any waiting or wasted time during treatments, very important to me. Totally recommend Foothills PT on Val Vista and definitely see Matt Midkiff.
