Kristina is a great therapist. I worked with her for a few months on some low back issue. I saw some relief but I needed a more combination therapy. Massage and stretching more so than strengthening. just another ortho-mill. Saw the actual physical therapist once and she barely watched me - just told me what to do and left. My visits were with the tech - she was nice but was more interested in goofing around with the other techs. PT spent her time eating granola bars and being on her computer, definitely not supervising the tech. A few times, I purposely did the exercise wrong and nobody corrected me. The tech was always working with multiple patients at a time. Another time, I was doing my exercise and I looked over and the tech was getting work done on herself by another therapist. Do yourself a favor and google search for a therapist who works on one patient at a time. And the front office staff is rude and inefficient. read more

Therapists were great but billing department is a headache. Paid at front desk before every appointment and they somehow said I owed them money. Sent in my receipt from that date and a year later they sent me to collections for $35 that I paid. I just went ahead and paid it off to not have this headache continue. Call Center sucks! You must go through a call center and cannot call directly & speak to a therapist. I received two emails that 360 attempted to contact me but no récord of any call from them. The physical therapy here is amazing and effective. They also take measurements to quantify the improvement results. Pablo is tenacious and determined to do the best for his clients. The PT Staff and front office staff are positive and delightful. The therapists make you work to improve and recover. Jade has been great coordinating with Pablo to get my insurance company to authorize treatment and scheduling appointments. I have been here after back surgery in 2022 and now in 2024 for a torn quadricep tendon surgery in late 2023. It's nice to get off the walker and cane. read more

Really reasonable prices compared to other PT places nearby. They have a ton of different types of equipment depending on your needs. My therapist was great and worked on a ton of different exercises with me! My only complaint would be that my price is the same weather I have the therapist to myself for the hour or have a shared appointment time with someone else. The first few appointments I had were on my own then it suddenly became 1 therapist for 2 people. I would t have minded if I had been told ahead of time and if the price had been less. read more

The physical therapists are amazing. The reason for the 1 star is their billing department is a mess. I have been waiting 2 months for a refund because I was over charged. I finally called and spoke to the supervisor of the billing department, I believe her name was Ashley, she said she could get back to me and after a week she never did. I reached out to their customer service and Nelsy said they got it send out that day because apparently someone quit and that is why I never got my refund (?) Even though I asked for it 3 times. Apparently there is zero accountability. It's been another week and I still don't have my money. The moral of the story is make sure they are not overcharging you, you might not get your money back. read more

Back pain was so intense, I quit three jobs. No work, all pain. My MRI stated big, scarey words. Cameron the receptionist was so nice, Amisha helped me in the darkest times...was I ever going to get relief? Was this pain going to stop me for life? Was I going to run and get prescription drugs forever? Jacob was instrumental in many advice avenues that I enjoyed learning about...so I had about 70 trillion reasons to not believe. Then there were only two: 1. Amisha and 2. Jacob. Today, I have no pain. Today I walk and work and do my exercises and excercise more. And the therapist that helped me, even those that were just working and being kind..they took the place of that pain...it has been replaced with gratitude for Cameron, Amisha, Jacob and all of you that did not judge me, when I was judging myself. read more

Not a helpful place to be in a time of need. Usually their time is split between two patients or they have their nose in their laptop instead of paying attention to you. I'm going to look for a more hands on approach where they care more about their patients and aren't stressed about being double booked or catching up on their paperwork. read more

Megan E was my physical therapist for the past 6 months for my left heel pain, left shoulder pain and lower back. I learned a great deal from her regarding why I was having those pains. She is very knowledgeable and I though she had been practicing for many years. She actually just started practicing in January and I was among some of her first patients. She is super professional, very friendly, good boundaries, and understanding. I learned that all physical therapists now licensed to practice all have their doctorate's degrees. She spewed out so much information (because of the questions I was asking) that my head sometimes was in a daze and I'm an information hog. She was easy to work with and I loved that. Sometimes I am a bit sarcastic and sassy, but she knew how to handle me in a very professional manner. I did tell her things I liked or didn't like to do, and she was sensitive to this. She also did things like the Graston technique, trigger point work, Chinese Cupping therapy and how to do those things better. I have these tools at home, and she worked with me on these. I also ended up using the Body Blade, so this was great. She empowered me with knowledge and information about my body that will help me with years to come. I'm so glad she was my physical therapist. Oh, in terms of the office staff and other PTs I saw there, everyone was great. No issues. Now, the billing portion and my insurance, I hope they get that stuff worked out as the EOMs I'm seeing from my insurance saying they need information from 360 PT to process the claims and get them paid properly. I've paid all my $25 co-pays and was within the limits of my insurance, so I hope I don't need to step in here for 360 PT to get paid by my insurance as 360 PT owes my insurance documentation. The environment of this 360 office is great. My dad goes to the 360 office in Chandler and I would have to say the Mesa environment is better. But the Chandler location is good, too. Both facilities are clean and I see the PTs regularly cleaning equipment that patients use. A must. Things are pretty orderly, but it is a facility that can accommodate many patients at once. I would recommend once you get your initial assessment and your therapist to schedule out your appointments at least a month in advanced as good time slots are filled up rather quickly. I was just really impressed with Megan. She is really top notch and I can imagine 10 yrs down the line, she'll be even better. My best to her. read more

After doing a number on my shoulder while falling, the staff at 360 have helped pinpoint the injury and came up with a great recovery plan. Time is split between patients but it gives me a time to rest before the next set of exercises. On rough days I am iced up before I leave and it feels wonderful! read more

This is a great facility! The Therapists are caring, friendly and genuinely concerned about their patients! Their PT programs are tailored to each individual's needs and are very thorough! Really, really wanted to like this place as Becky is the best therapist I've worked with. However their front desk and billing department is beyond incompetent. I had my card on file for them to charge each time I came in and after about 4 months I started getting surprise bills saying I didn't pay on random dates. So I find out the front desk only charged me when they would bother to remember. Ended up getting two surprise bills when I thought I had been paying the whole time. They apologized saying it was their fault and let me set up a monthly payment plan. Well now they keep sending my bill to collections even though they agreed to let me do a payment plan and have been charging me for it each month! Collections said I was at least the 5th person they have done this to. The therapists there all seem good but watch out for surprise bills and being overcharged. read more

Today I completed pelvic pain physical therapy! I learned SO much with Robin about women's health at the N. Scottsdale Thunderbird location and so thankful for her to be one of the strongest advocates on my health care team! She is an amazing person and will miss our weekly appointments! My chronic pain will not be miraculously cured due to endometriosis, pcos, IBS, and spastic pelvic floor syndrome but learning about my own body and how to best manage it has been such a meaningful life changing experience with techniques I can use for a lifetime! 100% would recommend to anyone suffering from pelvic pain and wish I knew about this sooner!! 360 Physical Therapy and Tony Kottoor are amazing!! My dad started PT in October 2018 and his last session was today after my dad has a stroke in 2017. I wish we had started his PT sooner. Of all my dad's physicians, Tony is the most compassionate and caring one of all, the one you can tell right from the start cares about his patients and the best outcome possible. This is certainly a bittersweet day knowing that my dad has come has far as he can go and we will no longer see Tony every week. We wish him the best as we know he wishes my dad and our family the best. My surgeon recommended 360 Physical Therapy for my neck disk replacement recovery. I called and made an appointment with ease. I was told my Physical Therapist would be Savannah Torrez. On my first visit, I met with Savannah and we discussed why I had the surgery and my goals for therapy. From day one, Savannah was knowledgeable with my rare case and designed a plan with different strength and muscle training exercises to help restore my range of motion. I've now finished week four of my therapy. I feel much stronger and confident that Savannah at 360 Physical Therapy helped me reach my goals for therapy. After I broke my leg last year, I went to 360 PT Granite Reef. Kathy and the team were great! If I had not broken my leg, I would never have found out that there are therapists who treat incontinence and OAB. I had been suffering with OAB for years, getting up every 30-45 minutes all night long to use the bathroom or having to find restrooms when out shopping. I was told by several doctors that I should have surgery that I did not want. I saw on the TV monitor about the OAB therapy. I went to 360 PT in Mesa in December 2018. I met with the greatest therapist, Jocelyn, who spent much time educating me about OAB and my body and how it functions. All of this is done in a room for privacy. After three months of keeping logs and doing special exercises, I can say that I can sleep through the night, maybe getting up only 1-2 times! I can shop or work out without having to find a restroom! I would truly recommend Jocelyn and 360 PT for anyone with OAB. You do have to work hard at it but is truly worth it. I had a full knee replacement in Feb and started my 3 months of PT right away. Jason and Kiel were my therapists and I can't say enough positive things about these 2 guys. I had never had PT before and was quite nervous about starting but both of these therapists could not have been more compassionate and understanding with me. I thoroughly enjoyed going each week. They did push me, but only to my limits. Yesterday was my last visit, and I must say, I will definitely miss going. 360 was referred to me by my orthopedic surgeon Dr Rhorer. They accept all insurances so that was a relief not to have to worry about that. Every single person that works here is friendly and cheerful. They definitely know what they're doing when it comes to rehab. The office has a decent sized waiting room but the sweat factory is pretty decked out with fun medieval torture devices to get you back to normal. They even have a cool little mini swimming pool in the back if you're ailments require. Evan was assigned to me and he's done a super job helping me get back on my feet and walking. Just had my check up with the doctor and he said my progress is ahead of schedule so that must mean these guys are doing a great job.
