I have personally been working with Stephanie for the past year in emotion coding and releasing generational, trauma. I could speak volumes on my own personal quantum leaps in growth thanks to the incredible power of Stephanie's work, presence, and vision. Her body coding work with me is the key ingredient in my physical emotional and spiritual healing following a traumatic car accident in March 2024. It was only after I began seeing her that my body began finally healing. However, it is her recent work with my 12 year-old son that inspires me to write this review today. In the first 12 years of my son's life, I've always felt that there was something there blocking us from the true connection that we deserved. He held a source of anger and frustration that I couldn't seem to quell or soothe or assist. My son would throw tantrums; sometimes 15 a day. He could shift from being perfectly happy one second to violently angry the next second, and this yo-yoing of emotions exhausted us all, and prevented opportunities for our total growth and stabilization. He came in to Stephanie's office with me, and within minutes of meeting her, I noticed a change. He was very open to the experience and excited to meet her, an important aspect of energetic work, but also, an extremely important detail regarding my son. He does not trust just anybody. He does not simply go anywhere. If he hadn't felt that Stephanie was a safe and important person to assist him, he would not have gone. Stephanie's office is filled with beautiful, engaging and grounding objects that immediately caught his fancy. Children are loved in this environment and it's plain to see. While in session, Stephanie was able to connect to my son's energy, identify and work with his long liver and spleen (?) Meridian, demonstrate and teach him how to implement physical grounding practices, such as EFT tapping, and speak directly to his subconscious that she truly sees who he is. This is all my son has ever truly wanted, and she may be the first person in his life to reach his energetic center, and cause him to feel fully seen. I believe this is where the healing comes in for this boy in particular, however, I was merely an observer in this session. In the week and a half that has elapsed since his session with Stephanie, my son has exhibited rapid social, emotional physical and spiritual growth. - He is actively seeking lessons on personal hygiene and is implementing these skills into a daily routine - He has not experienced ANY emotional outbursts by way of "tantrums" - He is able to disconnect himself from my personal emotional state and instead of reacting to my emotional state with discomfort, is now able to ask me, "mom are you OK? Mom I can tell that somethings going on in your body language, how can I help you?" - His demonstrating both verbally and physically, his love and appreciation to all his family members. He and his sibling have not had any arguments since the session with Stephanie. On a typical day beforehand, we would experience 5 to 10 arguments a day. Now, when I hear voices upstairs, I hear them laughing and talking to each other between their rooms and collaborating on projects. I feel like I have a new child. - He is actively implementing the skills that Stephanie gave him to assist in his physical grounding, such as padding, his knees, rubbing his size and other EFT tapping skills to assist in his emotional grounding - And furthermore, he has asked me on no less than three occasions when the next time he can see Stephanie is and if we can make it sooner, rather than later. He tells me he really loves her. He tells me he feels that she truly saw his heart. From the bottom of my heart, and with every fiber of my being, thank you so much Stephanie Barreto for the important energy work you do. You have balanced, stabilized, and progressed our families healing and positive growth in ways. I never thought possible. I can't wait to get my other child in to see you. I review everything. Including... walk-in doctor's offices. So, I'm a One Medical user, and I've used it for about six months. This is my home location, and I'm definitely a fan. One of the main things I like about it is how you can get labs done by just walking in anytime. You don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait. If there's a line, they can give you a time to come back. Or, if there's no line, you can just sit in the waiting room. It's very nice to have a lab on site, and you don't have to deal with the whole Sonora Quest adventure that a lot of us Arizonans deal with. I've seen two nurse practitioners there. Both of them were helpful. And not only did they show good bedside manner--if I'm able to use that term, despite not actually being in a hospital bed--but they also were quick to respond to my messages on the app. The service here is painless. No pun intended. It's easy to make an appointment. Their app is very well-designed. And this location is clean and friendly. The medical staff is caring and amazing, they have a lab in office. The biggest thing is they respect your time. You don't wait in the waiting room long your provider comes to get you not a med tech and you can pick your apt time 15 min 30 etc. There is an annual membership fee but you get a discount if you have Amazon Prime. My dad is 78 years old and has had many health issues and they've taken care of him wonderfully and my 24yo son is also a patient there. We are very happy with their care for us all.
