I love that you get to try it out before paying and today was the end of my week of free training and I asked to sign up. The classes are great and I feel comfortable even tho I am not up to the same speed as every one in the class. . The gym had the kindest ppl I have EVER met in a gym and even though I go to an easy class I still feel pumped and excited to get in there. I'm excited to see how my fitness goals go! I have been an EOS member since they took over the old Golds Gym location on Gilbert and Baseline. I've done my fair share of group fitness classes but to be honest I have never cared for them much mostly because I don't like being told what to do lol. Jennifer is absolutely insane in the best way. Her classes are not for the faint of heart but if you push through it I promise it will be one of the best workouts you ever had. Her playlist is super fun, she engages with the class and remembers names and encourages you to sing or give a woot woot. 10/10 would recommend Jennifer Roberts to anyone needing a challenging fun workout that has you coming back for more!

The one hour workout is highly effective as we go through HIIT (High intensity interval training) circuits involving a combination of weights and cardiovascular exercises. One of my sons moved to Utah to work as a river guide. He paused his membership because there is no gym in Moab. When the season was over he moved to Provo and tried to reactivate his membership. Instead of doing that, these guys canceled his membership and signed him up as a new member... at the higher rate. We were locked in at introductory prices. Totally dishonest. When my son confronted them on it they said there was nothing they could to about it. Now, my youngest is getting older and wants to go to the gym with me. He is 14. I should be able to take him with me because I have guest privileges. But no! You can't bring your kids... they have to be at least 16 years old. But don't worry, you can buy them their own membership at 14 years old, you just can't bring them as a guest. Again these people are dishonest. I was fed some line about waivers and policy. It's is what it is. Dishonest salesmanship and all about money.

Very scrupulous sales team. We stopped by to see about their silver sneakers program which…read moreessentially is a free membership that allows you access to the facility in a limited capacity without any instruction. We were then introduced to a sales specialist who wanted to sell us a membership that included one on one training. When we asked for a free trial for a couple days we were told that we could get a couple free days but we needed to sign up for a 3 month membership at 280 dollars every two weeks to unlock the free trial, but we could cancel within 3 days no questions asked. We decided the next day it wasn't for us. When we stopped in we were told not to worry that they would take care of the cancellation and call us later that day to confirm. Three texts later trying to convince us to reconsider the salesperson relented and said that they would handle the cancellation. That night I received a email stating that I would be getting biweekly charges of 280 dollars. The next morning I was informed that I had to come in and personally cancel my membership because he couldn't get it done without me. I went there and he pulled up his screen and after a couple minutes stated that I had been successfully canceled. However there was nothing he could give me in writing. I asked to take a screenshot of his monitor and he allowed me to. I then asked why I had to come in at all since I didn't have to sign anything and he said that they wanted him to have another shot at selling me the membership. Two weeks later and they still have not credited my credit card even though I received a email from corporate that my membership is canceled. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.
