First I will say that Dr R, Dr B and their masseuse Kyle are amazing!! They get 5 stars!! I had been seeing them for almost two years now, and seriously these guys are awesome! However, I've had nothing but issues with their office manager and the VA. First I know the VA can be a difficult. However, it seems like every time my auth needed to be renewed it was a massive problem. More than the other 5 modalities that I see. When I asked questions trying to figure out the problem, so I can call the VA to fix it, I was greeted with irritation and contempt that I was even questioning her authority. She has literally told me on many occasions "The VA doesn't care", "The VA doesn't care about you or continuity of care". "The VA is horrible". I also got many times from her "I submitted it last week (or two weeks ago) and they haven't responded." With no effort of following up on her end. Every time I found out she either just filed it one business day ago (before my next appraisal) or she never filed it (it's email! Not fax, emails don't go missing). She always acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be asking her questions, so you, the patient, could call the VA and fix the problems. There is also an issue with them using the wrong NPI for their acupuncture and the Prescott VA pointed it out and the office manager was livid, which she shared with me that the Prescott VA was horrible and making things up because she uses that NPI for Phoenix with no problem. I told her it's the same system and if it's wrong, then clearly it's wrong. Also she claims she's following the process, yet my Community Care Rep had reached out to her no less than 5 times to explain to her the process on how to file things. At first I thought it was just a "me" thing and she just didn't like me. I have bad days and can be grouchy or not as friendly. I also get I'm not everyone's cup of tea. Then I found out that other Vets were also having similar issues with the office manager. Yet she is still there. In fact I have referred a few people here, and they all have said the same things. They all loved the Dr's R & B and Kyle, but couldn't stand the office manager. They complained the office manager not being friendly and very hostile towards them when they had questions. Two of my referrals stopped going there because they don't want to deal with her. The last final straw came when I responded to one of their "thanks for visiting today how can we do better" texts. Well this day, I told them! I was ticked off that they sat on a denial letter for 2 days. Only to say "we knew you were coming for an office visit and waited til then". Seriously?! Who does that!! Never have I had a doctor's office waited to tell me my renewal to a referral was denied. They always call me to let me know. Nope! Not this gal!! They didn't even give me time to call the VA and work this out (my next appt was two weeks away). So of course I called the VA at 1700 to leave a voicemail to find out what was going on and the reason behind the denial. Only to overhear the front desk gal whisper to the office manager "she's calling the VA". To which the office manager made a snarky remark about how all the VAs suck and I'll have to accept it. I ignored her, went in for my appt. On my check out the front desk gal informed me that she was told by the office manager to cancel all my appts. I questioned why because I had two weeks til the next one and that gave me time to figure out what was going on. She told me I would have to pay cash for those appointments. I told her fine, I would pay cash, knowing I would deal with the VA before then. I was hot because how this whole thing was being handled. I was even hotter on how the office manager, who was right there when I was given the notice and never once said she was canceling all my future appointments. So today when I got one of my referrals renewed, I was informed by Community Care that the Office manager told them I was no longer a patient there and apparently they had sent me a letter?! Really no texts, no emails, no letters. It's really sad that you have two amazing Chiropractors and massage therapist, but you have to deal a difficult office manager who clearly has a beef against Veterans and the VA and doesn't like being asked questions. So because of her I'm giving two stars. read more

I'm a veteran that was sent there by the VA and the VA only pays 40% of the bill. So I got 40% of the service the gave me to a student in training. They didn't ask me if it would be ok but they did it anyway. And my back was thrown out of course I'm with the VA trying to get someone to fix my back. So if the va sends you here your going to get only 40% of the service they provide to everyone else. If your a Veteran looking for a good massage go somewhere else they hurt your veteran brother that has been on pain that I can't believe came from a deep tissue massage I didn't ask for I asked for a massage and the student they had doing me decided to practice her deep tissue massage techniques on me anyway. I had botox several times from Tori who does injections. Not happy with the results. When injections were made, i did not feel any discomfort. I knew something was not right. This was in between brows and forehead. Needless to say 15 days later with no change in frown lines and no improved appearance. I requested that this procedure be done over but I would have been charged again. BAD customer relations and nothing was done to correct the problem. I will go else where. read more

I visit Mesa frequently as my folks live there but after visiting Infinite Healing Center last week, I wish I lived there, too! I have suffered with an angry psoas pre- and post-FAI surgery in 2016 and it's been worsened following surgery to treat herniated L5/S1 in 2018. I'm talking ten years of pain that no amount of PT nor muscle relaxers could cure. I. KID. YOU. NOT. Lena treated me on Good Friday and I slept twelve hours that night. It will forever be known as GREAT FRIDAY! I have not slept like that since I can't remember as I've been waking up from pain and discomfort for the past ten or so years. Lena inquired about my many injuries, current routines I'd been using to alleviate it, and only then proceeded after careful consideration. I felt she really listened to me--and then my body. I appreciate the time she took and the approaches always asking me how I was doing along the way. I will certainly be back to receive treatment here during my next trip to AZ. The only sad part of this review is that Lena is in AZ and I live in Los Angeles; I wonder if we could invent a new technology to get this treatment virtually?!? Oh, a girl can dream! This was my first time ever having a chiropractic adjustment and I only wish I had gone sooner. Dr. Bhakta "TC" did an amazing job, arrived with a very painful/tight lower to mid back, left there pain free. It's been three days since my adjustment and I still feel great. Update: Dr. B takes a proactive approach to keeping me on form. He figures out what is causing the issue and goes after it, his practice takes care of the issue, this is not just a temporary bandaid fix. I found this place one day when my regular chiropractor was closed unexpectedly. I'm really glad I did. Both docs are excellent. They're not like some who try to suck you in to regular visits. This is the best place to go if you want to feel better! Cannot recommend this place enough! Chiropractors can help with much more than back and neck issues. I was having debilitating acid reflux for over 3 months, to the point of having to sleep sitting up, having to stop working out, and not being able to eat most of the foods that I enjoyed eating. I was completely miserable. I had appointment after appointment with 2 different GI doctors and had almost every possible medical test done related to GI issues. They found nothing wrong. I had been to different chiropractors throughout my life so decided to consult Google to search for a chiropractor near me. That is how I found this gem! They have the best reviews for a reason. After just one appointment with Dr Bhatka I felt better than I had in months. He really listened to everything I had told him about my acid reflux saga and found the real issue. I was treated with some chiropractic adjustment as well as stim therapy. I learned a lot about muscle fascia which was the culprit and some easy ways to loosen it up myself. After a couple of visits with Dr Bhatka I also started seeing Lena for acupuncture to treat acid reflux and stress. After each visit with both, I felt even better. After 1 week of treatment, I was able to sleep in a normal sleeping position. After about 2 weeks I was back to running and working out. After 3 weeks I am able to sleep, workout, and eat whatever I want while taking no acid reflux meds. I have no acid reflux, zero! This place changed my life. Dr Bhatka and Lena are THE BEST! The office is clean and you're met by the front desk staff. Super friendly and welcoming, kind and compassionate. Kim spent time understanding my goals and explained the process. She was extremely thorough and eased my fears about sticking multiple needles in my body. My sugar craving decreased dramatically after 3 visits. Fairly regularly through November 2010, when my back would go out, I could barely get out of bed. I read some good reviews on Kudzu for Dr. Rodriguez and was desperate enough to setup an appointment. Not only has he really helped correct problems with my back, but also helped me identify my hip flexibility and strength problems that were causing the seizures and pain. I have seen Dr. Rodriguez & Dr. Laurie Pavtis, both are very good, and I have seen the massage therapists, as well as the nurses on staff and the office staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Currently Dr. Laurie Pavtis has been seeing me for chiropractor treatments & nutritional counseling including heavy metal testing and live blood tests and her nutritional assistance has literally changed my life! After a blood analysis, I was treated for the weaknesses in my blood and I stopped taking sleeping herbal aids, my energy has greatly improved and my mind has gotten sharper; as it was 20 years ago and I'm finding that I'm not as hungry & I've lost 5 pounds in the last two weeks without feeling starved or hungry. This place has one Board Certified Chiropractor whom I made an appointment with for my low back pain. On Tuesdays they open at 2 p.m. Hoping to get in, I waited until they opened aND made appointment for same day. Lucky me! I got there and the receptionist was very nice and accommodating. However, I sat there about 30-40 minutes PAST my appointment time and was told I would probably be able to see the other doctor sooner than the one I made the appointment for. Tired of waiting and in pain, I told the receptionist to forget it "I'm leaving". I expect to see a Chiropractor 2-3 times a week for my current issue. I'm NOT going to wait this long each time. Go somewhere else unless you have all the time in the world to sit and wait. read more
