I was able to get in quickly with the chiropractor and the doctor at this facility and within a week they helped me get to a decent enough condition to hassle the 5 hour flight bank to Florida. First off, Dr. Mike and his whole team are incredible! I was hesitant on going to a chiropractor initially because of prior experiences but I am very glad to have found this location. The massages here are amazing and really help to ease the muscle tension before receiving an alignment. I have been getting headaches from bad posture and muscle tension, and since coming here, I have been able to alleviate that pain. The staff is attentive to every person who walks through that door. I've been to a couple of great Chiropractors and far more that I find shady. Walking into a new Chiropractic place always fills me with a wee bit of trepidation. My experience at Gilbert Chiropractic was a happy surprise that wiped the anxious feelings away. The front office personnel was friendly, professional and a pleasant welcome into the business. The front office was light, comfortable and clean. Dr. Michael Abromovitz was that rare combination of knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He clearly communicated his findings and how they could assist me. The adjustments were done gently and far more thoroughly than some of the others I've been to. I felt like he really was addressing my specific issues and not doing a standard set of "snap, crack and pop". He also took time to talk with me about what the causes were and ways to minimize the symptoms. A therapeutic massage was part of my treatment. Iya was fantastic. She worked problem areas thoroughly and seemed to "read" my body easily and accurately. She would go as hard or light as I wanted but since I prefer a massage that helps heal, I let her do whatever she needed. On top of that, she was enjoyable to talk to and has a fascinating background. I have another appointment next week, along with an email they sent me that includes easy to understand photos and short videos of each exercise I can do to help strengthen the areas that are causing the pain. I've been to more chiropractors than probably the entire NFL & NHL combined and almost never do I rate them 5 stars, but Dr. Mike is very skilled and made my difficult case seem easy enough. Rarely can chiropractors skillfully work on my neck given that I have failed 3-level fusion with broken screw and do a great job on my thoracic scoliosis and lumbar disc problems. Dr. Mike can and is also easy to get into to be seen, which I love as it's next to impossible for me to schedule in advance. Staff was great too. read more

I have been neglecting my chiropractic care as I never gave it the respect it deserves. So after a few appointments at a quick fix office I decided to seek out more thorough treatment. Things were going great and then I pinched a nerve while training jiu jitsu. This is where Dr Abromovitz and his team really shined. I started getting treatment 2x / week and the recovery went swimmingly! Fast forward 4-6 weeks of rest and light training I feel like am not only feeling 100% but honestly I feel even better than ever (or at least recent memory). I am 46 so this is saying a lot. I still get treatment once / week to keep things moving and plan on staying on top of my chiropractic pretty much forever! Front desk staff and support staff are also amazing. read more

First chiropractor I have loved in years. I have been dealing with chronic back and neck pain for 12 years and have felt pretty discouraged whenever I have visited the chiro. I am new to AZ and so happy I found this place on groupon. Dr. Mike really seems to care about me personally and my healing and quality of life. He wants to set me up for success by including at home exercises to help retrain my back. This is the first time I have felt hopeful about reversing damage and being pain free in the future. I saw him back in August 2017. I'm getting a bill from a different company and they are saying signing anything with the doctor translates to them. They are out of network so why would I? I don't even know what it is for and they can't explain it. No check has been cashed, and it would have gone through the Chiropractor anyway, not this company. Beware. Very disappointed. I always get nervous about using service Groupons as it seems like they don't put much effort since it's discounted. I have to say the staff was very friendly and Doctor Michael went over and beyond. Wow!! My wife and I just left Kelly's nails and noticed a chiropractic office next door. My wife needs a chiro doctor and this was a very convenient place for her. I get my chiro care through the VA. This appears to be a clean modern facility. So I walk to the door and its locked so I noticed a curly dark haired YOUNG looking female sitting at the front desk. So I gestured if I can quickly get a business card since it was in the middle of their TWO hour break and obviously their closed. Well she looked at me with a pissed off face and I read her lips say " You got to be ?ucking kidding me." So as she got to the door and I was now standing by my truck she had a dumbfounded look on her face staring at me. I gestured to her " it's okay we'll go spend our money, which we have plenty of elsewhere. Hey Doctor whoever you are? Is this the face you want representing your business??? PS doc I don't mind you contacting me and I will gladly come to your office to straighten this matter out. I can bet my life she'll deny this happened but ask your other employee who was there standing to the right of both of us what happened. See if their eyes can convince you of the truth?!?! read more

Dr. Mike and his staff or wonderful from the get-go. I had purchased a Groupon to try to find a new chiropractor that I liked. Most places were POP, POP, POP, and out the door. Unlike otgers, Doctor Mike took his time and thoroughly evaluated me and my issues. I felt comfortable with his adjustment and my Therapeutic Massage was wonderful. I wanted to wait to do a review until I got a full body adjustment, but I just have to share how great my first apt was. Dr Mike has tons of patience! I am a big adult baby when it comes to medical things & i was extremely nervous as i have never been adjusted before. he made me feel very comfortable. Most doctors want to get you in & out without taking the time to figure out the root of the problem. I was there for 2 hours between the exam, massage and a small adjustment all because he wanted to make sure i left there feeling educated and without any pain. He even took the time to help stretch me and used other little tools to help alleviate the lower back pain since i couldn't get a full adjustment (have to wait to get X-rays) . He offered me a free lumbar support cushion for my car/office chair as well. The massage therapist was great, I unfortunately forget her name. I do wish the massage was longer to help target the lower back pain but next time I'll just get a longer session. She had a great sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. The reviews on yelp convinced me to make an apt and now I'm glad to see that they're all real and sincere. He's great and professional. Thank you. read more

Dr. Abromovitz is exceptional. He took the time to ask questions, listen to, and understand all my symptoms and concerns. He explained the spinal anatomy as well as procedures and process by which to regain strength and reduce pain and inflammation. I probably waited less than 10minutes to be seen and then moved through the process; history and physical examination, massage, adjustment and follow up car with absolutely no wait. The other review is a not a fair representation of the care you receive from Dr Mike at Gilbert Chiropractic. I have been in two times in the past year or so because my back will go out occasionally. Both times I walked in (Limped, in pain) and Dr Mike worked me in his schedule. (the last time i was there 30 mins before business hours even) Its not a 10 min adjustment and then on your way, Dr Mike takes time to treat your muscles as well. I love Dr. Mike. He is a fantastic provider. I live nearby, chose him based on reviews online and I am glad I did. He deeply cares about his patients and it is evident in the way that he treats his patients. I called and made an appt for a 30 minute massage and after hanging up with the receptionist, I quickly got a call back saying that Dr. Mike had a time slot open up and one of the massage therapists was going to be able to offer a 60 minute massage for the same price, I was greatly appreciative for the extra 30 minutes and Anna did an amazing job! Dr. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and doesn't just focus on the chiropractic adjustment, but rather looks at the root cause and provides education to help prevent the misalignment in the future by balancing the body and strengthening the muscles that support our posture and daily living. A co-worker told me about Gilbert Chiropractic because I was in so much pain from a sciatic episode. And I have had my share of chiropractors... one that would always try to tell me what I'M feeling... and that I can't be feeling what I say I'm feeling! and others that overbook, throw you on the table, beat you up and then fling you off the table. I felt like I went in for fast food and leave out worse than when I came in. Dr. Mike was an entirely different story. I actually thought he could feel my pain... he sympathized with my situation and was sensitive to my needs. Dr. Mike listened when I spoke. I never felt rushed or pressured and sometimes when someone does something as simple as believing you when you say you are in terrible pain...you almost feel better already. I have gone to Gilbert Chiropractic a few times now and its well worth the money and the time.
