He's an expert on the therapy itself and master of his craft. I initially visited Craig for back pain related to SI Joint dysfunction a few years ago and had great results after just one acupuncture treatment. Most recently, I saw Craig for an acute sciatica flare up that was excruciatingly painful, to the point that I could barely walk, stand, or even sit. He recommended acupuncture with cold laser for this. After one morning session, I noticed a significant decrease in pain and an increase in my overall level of mobility by the end of the day. Based on those results, I returned for a second session the following morning and have noticed even more progressive improvement since then. I am writing this about 10hrs post Session #2 and still have some residual twinges of pain and sore muscles in one leg, but the severe stabbing nerve pain has subsided. I am planning to continue 1-2x per week until the sciatica pain is entirely resolved and will make Hidden Rhythm my first stop for future musculoskeletal issues or any other issues acupuncture is known to help with. Feels like I just got my life back. Thank you, THANK YOU, Craig, for your kindness, care, and expertise! *Finally, as an ICU RN, I was initially skeptical about trying this, but Craig has a background in engineering and is able to speak to the science behind both acupuncture and laser. The results speak for themselves. If you're still on the fence, give it a shot.

5 stars both times! I typically wait to write a review. I have received two full sessions of acupuncture and cupping and both times I have had IMMEDIATE RELIEF. Of course everybody is different. I initially went for a pulled muscle that happens every few months or so. I've tried full body and Swedish massages, chiropractors, and even electro therapy. This was my last resort as nothing else had worked in the past. I'm so thankful I found them! Pro tip: check Groupon, it appears that the other lady wasn't as savvy. I think the full price is more than fair and I definitely got my money's worth, even without the Groupon. I'd also like to note that I'm terrified of needles and both times I did not feel the needles with the acupuncture. The cupping is a bit intensive but I prefer it that way. I can't wait to go back!!

Dr. Gaston was patient and explained the process to draw the blood necessary to generate the injectable PRP. He is happy to answer any questions you have about the procedure and the likelihood that it will work. I liked that he made no promises, as there's no guarantee that your body will use the PRP to your benefit. I also liked that he used ultrasound to locate the best areas for injecting the PRP. All in all, I feel like he was very thorough and his pricing was better than any other naturopathic doctors in the East Valley. I think it's worth trying PRP as a natural way to 'fix' some issues (ChatGPT what PRP can help with) and Dr. Gaston is a great choice to perform the collection and injection. *Tip* Ask him about his motorcycle riding and trip to Mexico.

He took the time to discuss what I'd been feeling and what activities are bothering me and performed some movement tests in order to help the diagnosis. I highly recommend his services for anyone seeking effective, natural solutions.

All chairs have sheets on them + floor to ceiling curtains between them 8. Mayo/acupuncturist wears mask & gloves As for acupuncture process, I tried it about 25 years ago, after falling during a hike & injuring my lower back. And that's the last time I used it! Mayo put me at ease right away & asked me why I was there: oh ya know the world is imploding :) Stress/anxiety/tension! She inserted about 15 tiny needles in me. I only knew the Yin Tang point (between the eyes) b/c a friend said that's primo spot. She informed me she'd leave them in for @ 40 minutes but come back to check on me. The Acupuncture Room emanates a peaceful vibe: white billowing curtains, white-sheeted chairs, and white noise plays in the background, as well as soothing music. Maybe 5 other people were there at the same time? Again all masked & socially distanced in their chairs. I didn't get sleepy or even relax really, but it was my first time. One of the needles fell out almost right away when I was shifting around in my chair. I couldn't exactly yell out & was disappointed that Mayo never came back to check in, until the end. It would have been nice if she had b/c she could have reapplied that one. At the end when she returned, she advised me on how often I might visit, explaining acupuncture works best as a cumulative process. Overall, congrats on providing this healing modality so that it's more affordable/available for everyone! I'm a huge fan of treating mental and physical health challenges with both western and eastern medicine. When Mayo told me she was a one-woman show, I was even more in awe: managing many clients, at one time, in a communal setting, while charging on a sliding scale. Wow! Thanks to both Erin & Mayo.
