When I first saw Amy it was for pain management, and I kept falling again that I had 3 years ago but went away, but kept getting pemf therapy hoping it would help, I tried drugs for Parkinson and they only helped for 8 months to help.with my falls. I seem to be getting better, no falls for 2 years now. I still have pain but it's not as intense being I have so many issues. It's not really a big deal but was surprising to me. When I got to the office all of the information I gave them over the phone was wrong. My address was wrong despite me spelling out my street name. I told them that I had a surgery in the past, a discectomy at the L4-L5 level. When I got to my appointment they had written down that I had a vasectomy. It was funny at first and I just assumed the girl heard me wrong on the phone. Then I started to get a little worried that an employee of a pain management facility, where they do spinal injections, thought that "vasectomy at the L4-L5 level," is a sentence that makes sense. Dr. Sraow is hands down the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. He spent the majority of the appointment staring at his computer, talking about his sports betting habit and Netflix. I was the one who had to keep refocusing the conversation on my spinal problems, which was the only reason I was there. I don't care about your parlay bro, I care about my health. I wouldn't trust this guy to clean my toilets let alone stick a needle in my spine. They were then supposed to call me to set up an appointment for an injection but after not hearing from them for 6 weeks I called and told them not to bother. They claimed they were still waiting on insurance approval but my insurance company said they never received anything. Pretty much what I expected they would say.

Even when they're uncomfortable, I enjoy the stretches, massage, exercises and conversation of each visit. I try to pay attention because they clue me into unhealthy body habits that I have, several of which are simple to correct. I even try to do the home tasks they assign me. I've often thought that most people could benefit with a general evaluation of their posture and muscle movements... could make you feel better asap or even prevent future problems you don't know you're working into. I feel comfortable going to these guys... which is nice because I the auto accident happened when I was 6 months pregnant! They do all their work without making me feel nervous for my baby and they even put up with my pouty sleepy pregnancy days. haha The 2 doctors I've worked with are Kerchansky and Voisin. They are both great at what they do and I like them both for different reasons. I've also had massages with both of the massage therapists and though I wish the massages were longer (haha), they are relaxing and get my body ready for the stretching and exercises that follow. In general, their office works efficiently (no waiting room waits) and has doctors with many different areas of expertise. For example, Kerchansky has focused his career in active care, working with many sports athletes, and Viosin is certified to perform manipulation under anesthesia (MUA). And the bathroom they have you do it in has no sink to wash hands ! Second, they made me wait over an hour in exam room and when I mentioned it to MA she said that's common for them. Third, the " doctor" diagnosed my elbow injury without an x-ray or MRI and told me to eat non inflammation diet. She then went on about her own medical issues, diet, and upcoming vacation for 30 minutes. Lastly, today I get a bill for $128. For a drug test that was unnecessary and a 5 min exam. Good luck collecting. UPDATE : So the day after I posted this review Triad sent a bill to my insurance for $7,000 ! For a drug test ( they require to see you) and 30 minutes with Terry Wilcox PA... reporting this to insurance as fraud.

I have been to this spa many times before and have always had wonderful experiences with Vanessa. Unfortunately, she wasn't available this time, so I was scheduled with a different therapist. I have never had an issue here until this appointment. I booked this massage because I wanted to relax and get relief from tension in my shoulders, neck, and head. I never requested a deep tissue massage. Instead, the therapist simply started doing one without ever asking if that was what I wanted. Within minutes, I was wincing in pain and told her multiple times that it was too much. I also explained that I get migraines and prefer a gentler, more relaxing massage that focuses on my problem areas. Rather than listening to what I was asking for, she continued with an aggressive deep tissue massage over my entire body. She never once touched my neck or head as I requested, she focused entirely on my arms and shoulder blades. Instead of adjusting her technique, she told me I had so much tension that I needed to schedule at least 2 or 3 two-hour deep tissue massage. By the end of the session, she even instructed me to ice my body afterward because of how intense the massage had been. That alone should have been a sign that this was far beyond what I had booked or wanted. I came in hoping to leave relaxed, not feeling like I needed to recover from my massage. She also talked throughout nearly the entire appointment, which made it impossible to unwind. The combination of the constant conversation and the painful massage meant I never had a chance to actually relax. She also saw me wincing and said that, "sometimes, you have to do the work." I left sore for days afterward, and the massage ultimately triggered one of my migraines. A massage should be tailored to the client's comfort level and goals, especially after they communicate what they want and say they are in pain. Unfortunately, my requests were ignored from beginning to end. I'm incredibly disappointed because I've always had positive experiences here before. However, after this experience, I will never book with this therapist again.
