When I first saw Amy it was for pain management, and I kept falling again that I had 3 years ago but went away, but kept getting pemf therapy hoping it would help, I tried drugs for Parkinson and they only helped for 8 months to help.with my falls. I seem to be getting better, no falls for 2 years now. I still have pain but it's not as intense being I have so many issues. Amy is great, she is so kind and understanding and so is everyone in her office. I have followed both Dr. Ahdev Kuppusamy, M.D and Christina Shuker, DNP from other facilities that they worked in because of the excellent care and the compassionate approach to helping you to enjoy life and not be in misery. It's not really a big deal but was surprising to me. When I got to the office all of the information I gave them over the phone was wrong. My address was wrong despite me spelling out my street name. I told them that I had a surgery in the past, a discectomy at the L4-L5 level. When I got to my appointment they had written down that I had a vasectomy. It was funny at first and I just assumed the girl heard me wrong on the phone. Then I started to get a little worried that an employee of a pain management facility, where they do spinal injections, thought that "vasectomy at the L4-L5 level," is a sentence that makes sense. Dr. Sraow is hands down the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. He spent the majority of the appointment staring at his computer, talking about his sports betting habit and Netflix. I was the one who had to keep refocusing the conversation on my spinal problems, which was the only reason I was there. I don't care about your parlay bro, I care about my health. I wouldn't trust this guy to clean my toilets let alone stick a needle in my spine. They were then supposed to call me to set up an appointment for an injection but after not hearing from them for 6 weeks I called and told them not to bother. They claimed they were still waiting on insurance approval but my insurance company said they never received anything. Pretty much what I expected they would say.

So I am cutting ties with this place due to their lack of care and communication. 300 dollars to be sedated for 20 ish minutes. Just done. To clarify I was getting injections at this place and last year it was reasonable at 200 dollars. I know insurance changes etc. But 300 dollars for 20 minutes of sedation just seems extreme. Also, they did not even seem to care about withdrawals. I honestly thought this place cared about me and my health but with their lack of communication and setting me up for surgeries that I wasn't even privy to just sounds bad in my head.

Even when they're uncomfortable, I enjoy the stretches, massage, exercises and conversation of each visit. I try to pay attention because they clue me into unhealthy body habits that I have, several of which are simple to correct. I even try to do the home tasks they assign me. I've often thought that most people could benefit with a general evaluation of their posture and muscle movements... could make you feel better asap or even prevent future problems you don't know you're working into. I feel comfortable going to these guys... which is nice because I the auto accident happened when I was 6 months pregnant! They do all their work without making me feel nervous for my baby and they even put up with my pouty sleepy pregnancy days. haha The 2 doctors I've worked with are Kerchansky and Voisin. They are both great at what they do and I like them both for different reasons. I've also had massages with both of the massage therapists and though I wish the massages were longer (haha), they are relaxing and get my body ready for the stretching and exercises that follow. In general, their office works efficiently (no waiting room waits) and has doctors with many different areas of expertise. For example, Kerchansky has focused his career in active care, working with many sports athletes, and Viosin is certified to perform manipulation under anesthesia (MUA). This place is a joke…read more First they made me take a drug test prior to seeing the doctor, not knowing what was even my prognosis. And the bathroom they have you do it in has no sink to wash hands ! Second, they made me wait over an hour in exam room and when I mentioned it to MA she said that's common for them. Third, the " doctor" diagnosed my elbow injury without an x-ray or MRI and told me to eat non inflammation diet. She then went on about her own medical issues, diet, and upcoming vacation for 30 minutes. Lastly, today I get a bill for $128. For a drug test that was unnecessary and a 5 min exam. Good luck collecting. UPDATE : So the day after I posted this review Triad sent a bill to my insurance for $7,000 ! For a drug test ( they require to see you) and 30 minutes with Terry Wilcox PA... reporting this to insurance as fraud.
