It always smells amazing in the office, very zen, very relaxing. He does the best adjustments. I've taken my 12-year-old son and my 14-year-old son. I go regularly once a month. Super Friendly Staff and Great Office My first trip into Brown chiropractic today. I had Serena for my massage therapist. Serena was a very friendly and polite girl with positive energy who seems to like her work. She recommended that I try cupping and these little jade stones that I don't remember the name of. I also got CBD oil massage into me which I must say did seem to make my back feel quite a bit better. It was not a hard pressure massage but somehow still managed to actually have me feeling a good bit better than when I arrived. During this appointment I did not meet with the doctor, so I cannot make any comments as to his greatness. I did see him in the hallway and he seemed friendly when he waved at me. LOL The blonde girl at the desk that greeted me was friendly and polite and seemed upbeat as well. The girl at the back window who handles the finances gave me a welcome packet and was also super nice and friendly and upbeat. All in all, this office seems to have some happy friendly people working in it which is pretty cool to me! 1 star removed because I have coverage through my insurance but they told me I have a $70 copay per massage and that they bill insurance $400 for the massage and that's my deductible. The cards they gave me to refer people say $60 per hour like. Or so for massage, so it costs more to use insurance than cash! I almost wanted to remove 2 stars for the insurance high charges, but the people are all friendly here. So I won't be returning here unless I get my VA authorization so I have no copay since it is for some reason so expensive. My mind is blown after talking just now on the phone about it. Side Notes: VA Insurance: They do accept it, but you need the VA to give you the referral beforehand with NPI number 1144222019 They have a $40 introductory CBD massage for your first trip in! read more

It was a Miracle that I found Brown Chiropractic & Acupuncture, open on a Saturday, after searching online for a Chiropractor open in my area on a Saturday... Olivia squeezed me into their already filled schedule, because of excruciating pain I was having with my left hip.Olivia is over and above such a compassionate person with a beautiful personality too. Rude, inflexible, condescending. The customer service is very rude and inflexible. They moved locations and the old address is still in Google. So, I called when I realized it had moved, and the manager said, "This is why we do not like wives to schedule things for their husbands." Well, it was a birthday gift so that seems normal and expected. I will give them credit, they did finally agree to reschedule without an exorbitant fee, but then made finding a date and time so difficult I gave up. read more

I was going to schedule as a new patient until I came across a review in regards to the social security number requirement. I called to confirm this was in fact a requirement and was told it is. They require the full ss number, they won't even accept the last four. This is an outdated practice for a reason and a huge red flag that it is "required"! The reasons given by the business under the previous review are completely irrelevant, except the ones that are for collection purposes. Other medical offices do not provide socials on medical requests, they provide names, dob and ins info. Not private financial info. There are other ways to collect unpaid balances and if patients not paying is that big of an issue or concern, how about setting up auto debit plans or pay before services are received. This is just a irresponsible and outdated practice. I'll be going elsewhere. I'm kinda bummed too tho...love that there's a naturopathy dr ...was going to bring my entire family ! read more

Well they are a friendly office that much i can say. but if you want to use Brown Chiropractic, be prepared to surrender your social security number. i don't give out my SSN to anyone but the IRS and it is not a federal or even state law that says you mist give out your SSN to a doctor for any reason. Most medical offices, including Mayo Clinic, have done away with this archaic requirement, but not Brown Chiropractic. My wife and I both set up appointments and went through the whole registration process online. They asked for our SSN while online which we didn't fill out and submitted our registration. So we spent 20 mins to get to their office only to be given more forms to fill out. They again requested our SSNs and highlighted this on the 4th page of the form. So we told them "no, you don't need our SSN to treat us". They said this is an office requirement and refused to see us and sent us away. So we basically wasted our time. If you're OK with giving out your SSN then Brown Chiro MIGHT be the place for you. This is a ridiculous requirement and one that I'm not willing to compromise on (obviously neither are they). I highly suggest you go someplace else if this office continues to require that you surrender your SSN. With all of the identity theft, including medical identity theft, going on in the world, you don't need another database out there with your record attached to it. So now Brown Chiropractic tries to hide behind their policy by claiming to want to protect the patient's personal medical records. Yet every other medical provider does NOT require your SSN. Again, including Mayo Clonic. They state it very clearly, this is all about their trying to protect themselves against unpaid bills. There are other ways to ensure payment and this isn't the only way. How secure is their IT system against hackers? No, this is just a ruse to make sure they don't have dead beat patients at the risk of patient information falling into a hackers hands. Don't fall for this. read more

I am glad there is 6 stars option because its the only fare number for the service and the quality that Dr.Brown, his wife and his staff do. I was his customer since his location in tempe and still worthy od driving 20 miles for his new location. He is very knowledgeable with workout injuries and preventative training, I am in service and often deployed to where I have to but extra 60 lb of kits on and only Dr. Brown and his advanced Hi-Tech Clinic can save me from Agony every time I returned from deployment. read more

I have been going to Dr. Brown for years after I injured a spinal injury. Dr Brown treated my injury and since that time I go back to see him about once every couple months. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating and the services they offer are first class. Their massage therapists are exceptional. Olivia (office manager) runs a tight ship. Dr Brown also treats a lot of veterans (I'm a veteran) and stays up on working with the VA. I actually look forward to my visits to Brown Chiro. read more

Most awesome chiropractor. Doc Brown is very attuned to you body and remembers your needs sometimes before you even ask. The only downside is that they don't accept my insurance. But the cash prices are very reasonable so that doesn't hinder much. Would much rather pay cash for an adjustment I know will do me good then go to some chiropractor who will only do half the job to get you to come back weekly and milk the insurance. Lynn is a fantastic masseuse as well. I have sent several of my friends here for massages and have always heard nothing but praise for Lynn's talents. Their front house staff are always amazing as well as they are fast and willing to help get you scheduled for what ever you may need. Wait times are hardly anything and most days you will hardly have sat down before you are called back which is such a change from several chiropractors offices I have been to. While they do offer some supplements and creams this is always optional and there is never any pressure to buy some magic pill to fix whatever is ailing you. I have never had any physical therapy from them but my husband has had other procedures with them after a horrible car accident and has nothing but praise on that end as well. I was having lower back pain so I went to Dr. Brown. I was told that there would be no contract, which made me think that he wasn't in it to overcharge me, but I could finally get relief from my excruciating pain. Well, one actual adjustment, and then he used some vibrating table. Each time I went, $90.. He kept putting me on this table. I thought it felt like the hydro massage bed at Planet Fittness, but at 90 a pop. This was a total waste of my money, and who can afford $180 Each week with no results. I got a card for a reduced price massage, so I made an appointment, the only one they had, which was an early morning appointment. I overslept. Woke up, called them. Still could have made it, but the Office Manager was very rude. In her rudest voice, she tells me that there would be a $30 (on my birthday because) and hangs up on me. No come non, I mean a 45 minute massage would have been better, than nothing. And my account was charged right away. No offer to come in late, just take my money. My first service with Dr.Brown was back in 2007. It was for fertility acupuncture, I was skeptical about acupuncture but i'm glad I tried it. I was able to hold my pregnancy full term and my daughter is 6 yrs old now. Now my entire family sees Dr. Brown we trust him with our physical problems. In the years I have been a patient the office staff as change several times but I have always been treated very well, it's not supper formal it real they treat us REAL it never feel fake, just real people dealing with real people and real problems. I was invited in to follow and learn about the ways of the office, and spent two hours of my own time, for free, watching how things were done. I was under the impression that I had been hired, but apparently being 'professional' is just not in the cards for this office. I called and called, and never got a call back. Very professional, right? No. You're a doctor's office, not Burger King. Act mature and responsible, and don't just leave someone wondering. Very rude and very disappointed. I was excited to get a Living Social coupon for a massage at Brown Chiropractic. When I called to set my appointment the receptionist was less then friendly and almost rude on the phone. I wrote it off to her having a bad day which everyone has had. I showed up for my massage 20 minutes early due to paperwork that needed to fill out. Thank goodness I did, after barely being greeted, the rude receptionist seemed annoyed by my very presents. After filling out 25 pages of medical history which is totally ludicrous for just a massage. To have to sign a waver for acupuncture, and chiropractic care which I was not having. There should have been a short one page release form, not 25 pages. So I entered the massage right on time. Unfortunately the massage was not that great, it was uneven and mostly he just poked at my muscles. He cut the massage short which didnt help the over all experience. I was never introduced to Dr Brown, nor was I given an tour of the facility, and as leaving the receptionist was again rude. Not a good experience and i will not being going back. read more

Wow... I am shocked that there would be anything less than a FIVE star review from anyone! I have been recieving care from Dr. Brown and his staff for over SIX years. Due to a terrible accident I was reffered to them by a friend who had been going there for years. My jaw was locked and my back was a complete mess and I was suffering from terrible migraines!! I continue to seek help year after year. I literally would not be the same person if it were not for Dr. Brown. He has been a miracle to me!! I was referred to Dr Brown by my primary care physician. I was in chronic pain as the result of multiple, serious, shoulder injuries. Physical therapy just worsened my injury and pain medications made me sick to my stomach and left me feeling "out of it" all the time, I was suffering, depressed, and hopeless. I called Dr Brown and was given an appointment the very next day. Dr Brown and his awesome staff welcomed me with open arms. The entire staff is professional, genuinely friendly, accommodating and compassionate. I felt so much better after just one appointment! Dr Brown is very attentive, knowledgable, and never rushes through the appointment. There's also a massage therapist on staff. She works in tandem with Dr Brown and adds another dimension to this effective treatment.
