I've been coming to Figa for a few years now for massages and they are awesome! Fatima and Kalie are amazing! Highly recommend this place for massages, they offer 60 minutes, and 90 minutes as well as other services. The massages are very high quality, and the people always know what they are doing and are attentive to your needs. I feel like I'm at the spa when I'm there. So came here after my very first chiro experience(Ryken wellness) messt me up.(I was 14 weeks pregnant) I went there first because they said they specialize in pregnancy chiro. No they didn't. I had neck and shoulder/back pain but they made it worstI couldn't even sleep the night before because I was so stiff from their adjustment. Came here, got relief! Yes I was super sore that day and the next two days but oh my gosh I could actually sleep! I feel soo much better now, have come about four times now and definitely recommend! I came to Figa Chiropractic and Acupuncture in February 2018 when I started seing Dr. Laci Figa. I had two bulged disks in my lower back. I don't know what caused it, but I was in severe pain. I couldn't sit, couldn't sleep, couldn't lay down comfortably, couldn't exercise or do any normal day to day tasks i.e. laundry, clean, etc. Sneezing killed me. Driving was so uncomfortable. I am a very active person, so this really took a toll on me. I started off going once a week for about 3 weeks, but was still in a lot of pain so Dr. Figa encouraged me to get an MRI so he can read the results and know exactly what he was treating. Once I got my MRI results, Dr. Figa read me the results and explained exactly what was wrong. He made me feel comfortable right off the bat, and optimistic; I trusted him. I started going twice per week. The entire staff is phenomenal. Everyone is very nice. They constantly check in to make sure you are comfortable, and they will do anything they can to improve your pain/condition. It is now the beginning of May and I have just about no pain in my back. I am back to doing yoga, working out... I can wear heels again without my back throbbing.. The progress I have made is incredible, but all thanks to Figa and his team. I now am going once every 2 weeks and look forward to every appointment. I HIGHLY recommend this practice! read more

This review is long overdue!! I hurt my back about 2 years ago working out. My trainer at OTF had recommended me to go to Dr. Figa and try dry needling (this was after I tried a chain chiro who was horrible and did nothing to help). HE IS THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR EVER. I get cupping, scraping, dry needling and a few other things done! You don't leave until you're happy and feeling great. Figa and his staff truly care about you and don't just want you in and out quickly for your money. In fact, he could charge a lot more but he doesn't because he wants all of his patients to leave feeling better and healed. I HIGHLY recommend this place! If you are in need of chiropractic care then Dr. Figa and his staff is the place to go. They are by far not a normal chiropractic office. They care about getting you better and treat you like family when doing it. All of the staff are awesome. The ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful when and appointment is neede right away. Dr. Figa also has massage therapy in his office and I must say the Vanessa and Steve are the best in the business in my opinion. Dr Figa has invested in very specialized equipment to help target areas of pain. I go when I need it. I am not required to be on any kind of "maintenance" plan or anything like that unless the doctor's feel that coming back a few more times will get you back to 100%. Strangest appointment I have ever been to. First I called to ask if they take my insurance and was told that they do. Great let's make an appt, how long will the first appt take I asked... bout 30 mins. I walked out 2 hours later I get there the location is nice and convenient to my job. The place doesn't seem busy so I assume it will be easy and quick as I was told. I was greeted twice by 2 different people. Get called back to meet the doctor and he does what I would call a simple exam. Pokes me here and there and asked where the pain is. He let's me know he does trigger point adjustments (or something like that) as well as adjustments. Next he tells me to wait on the table and they will work on me. So a lady walks up tells me to lay face down and hooks me up to what I know as a Tens Machine (although she didn't bother to tell me) 10 mins, done and now laser. Ok, so what kind of laser and for what? NOTHING was explained, no future treatment plans was even discussed. When I asked her about it she told me to come back when the other doctor is in. Hmmm I go to check out. 30.00 copay and lets book you again. For what exactly? I got no adjustment, no details, no plan, NOTHING. The only reason I got the little details I got was because I asked. So I have been to a few different offices in the Valley, some herd you like cattle, others adjust you with no other options. Now this place seemed to have it all, but not one person took the time to explain anything, ask if I had any questions or concerns. The place I normally go to is a bit of a drive, but I have never paid a copay... everything is explained and they don't herd you like cattle so I guess I will be making the drive I was not at all pleased with the lack of patient service at Figa, sad to say because I had hopes that I had found a location with all the treatments I need in one location. read more

I always feel great after seeing Dr. Figa. I was having severe neck pain from my chair at work. I was reluctant to go to a chiropractor because I thought I'd be stuck going forever. Dr. Figa fixed my neck in a few visits and gave me tips on how to sit and sleep so I would have less neck pain in the future. He did such a good job that I look forward to going back occasionally to get adjusted. His prices are reasonable and I don't ever feel like he's trying to get me to come back for more treatments then I need. I wish he still had Saturday appointments but he does have late appointments during the week which is nice to not have to leave work early. Dr Figa is caring and wants to help his patients. I have gone to this office for about 2 years. I really benefitted from dry needling and cupping. Dry needling works, acupuncture does not for auto related injuries. Research it if you are really interested, they are not the same. Figa is a doctor who knows what he is doing.
