I recently got Botox and I had made the injector aware that the last time I had my forehead done I ended up with heavy brows. I told her that was my biggest concern. Instead of going lighter on my forehead she put 50 units. I now not only have a VERY heavy brow, but my eyes are drooping as well, especially on my left eye. When I called to cancel my follow up appointment, they wanted me to come back in and to be honest I don't want them anywhere near my face, I don't need it made any worse. The fact that I'm going out of town, I don't want to be seen without my sunglasses on because the way that my eyes look. read more

This is hands down the most unprofessional aesthetic business I've ever dealt with. Vibrant Skin Bar abruptly let go of one of their lead injectors and gave clients less than 72 hours' notice, the same amount of notice they require from clients or they fine you. That double standard alone tells you everything you need to know. The lack of communication, respect, and basic professionalism is repulsive. Letting go of your best provider with no warning and leaving loyal clients scrambling is not how a reputable business operates. The owner's behavior feels shady at best, and I no longer trust this practice with anything related to my face or my money. If you're looking for quality aesthetics, transparency, and professionalism, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. There are far better providers who actually value their clients. read more

Dear Salam Mephors and vibrant skin bar.... I urge you to stop seeing customers as just dollar signs but as people who actually have to go on and live their lives with the horrible botched work that has been done here.... I am sharing my experience as Salam pressured me into getting jawline and chin filler even though I said, I was uncomfortable with it and just wanted a half a syringe of filler in my lip she refused to just do the half syringe in my lip and basically shamed me about my jaw until I caved and got the filler.... I went to get my filler dissolved, and my plastic surgeon even said that I do not have a recessed jawline, and that there was no need for jaw line and chin filler, and that this was an unethical injector who clearly just saw you as a dollar sign. This is just completely unacceptable, and the owner of this med spa needs to look into salam and her coercion towards clients.... Do better and choose to hire injectors who don't coerce their clients. I hope Salam is fired. With the way she treats customers I cannot believe she has a nursing license. Nurses are supposed to help others not hurt others, and Salam has hurt me deeply. The nurse injector I am mentioning is Salam Mephors Rn: License Number 270765 Also, when I looked up Salams license, it did not show up that they are CANS specialized which is a certified aesthetic nurse specialist. I am not saying if she is or isn't one, but it isn't showing up in her license. I am not sure if Arizona requires this specific license to be a nurse injector. If she does have this specific license, it is not showing up on her nursing license document. (PSNCB) I hope she is certified properly and what she is doing. I am not questioning her nursing license by any means I am just saying that I hope that there is documentation that she is licensed to be doing aesthetic nursing. read more

There's so much to love about this place. It's the cutest med spa I think I've ever seen, the decor and small touches like spa water are wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and thorough. I've been working with Jenna on a treatment plan and I will say I do have to book far out, but it's absolutely worth the wait because she's extremely knowledgeable and experienced at what she does. I have debated for a couple of years now about writing this review, but now having knowledge of filler and going to multiple specialist I can confidently say the lip filler I received here in 2020 was horrendous. I won an Instagram free filler giveaway and that should've been my first red flag. Although, Jenna Hilton was very nice she did not do a good job on my lips at all. My bottom lip was uneven (had to come back to get it fixed), not proportional for my face and just overall puffy. I was not informed of upkeep or migration even when I clarified this was all new to me. It later migrated all over. I have no idea where in my chin it went. Overall I wish I had done my research, went to someone I trusted because the filler in my lips that I received was terrible :( read more

The experience is so welcoming and lovely from start to finish. I have been seeing Arryanna for about a year now and my skin has never been so healthy and clear! Her hands are absolute magic and she's so gifted at knowing what my skin needs at every appointment. I typically do a hydrafacial and dermaplanning, but most recently we have done RevitaPen and I have loved my results. She gave me a personalized consult and skincare plan specific to me that included both "fun" facials and peels. My skin has never looked better. We've luckily been able to back off on so many treatments, but I still go once a month. I like that she's honest with what my skin needs, and not pushy/salesy with products or services.
