I came here for weight loss for almost 4 months with no results. I explained my medical history, got blood work. I asked advice. Took their supplements, purchased MIC injections and went in religiously, every week for 4 months. The nurse Lauren was really nice . I was not impressed with the care I received otherwise . I've gone here for Botox over the last 2 years and they have always done a great job. Chesney has been SO SO amazing, is always so enthusiastic, and makes sure I'm comfortable. I recently got micro needling done at Arcadia Wellness Center. I was scared...since I had never done it before and had heard wonders on results. Although, I was scared and didn't know what to expect the staff was extremely friendly and RN Chesney who did the procedure, really educated me on what to expect and the aftercare. I was really excited about this place. Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. I had a consultation for a filler on a area where they quoted me $10k with promised results. When I came for my service, the injector seemed inexperienced with this injecting my subject area. At one point she asked me where I wanted to be injected. I expect from a medical professional to tell me where they need to inject me. I shared my experiment with the owner, Sarah Quinn, but she didn't seem willing to help. I told her I wasn't seeing any results and she told me I needed to wait 12 weeks, which was contradictory to research online that shows results should be immediate. In short, this place is offering services they don't have much experience in providing. Too bad. read more

The results were great, just beware. I am editing my review to do Holly justice, I was extremely satisfied with the results. She was very educational in the process as I was nervous about not having that over done look. I'm giving this 3 stars because the business practices and pressure to get more product/services made me extremely uneasy. A couple things were suggested I get done that I had not come in for. I left feeling like I NEEDED more things done and bummed out frankly. I understand it is a business but this is how girls tricked into thinking there's something wrong with the way they look and end up spending more money. I've gone for touchup ls and two other places that don't have this business practice, I love where I go and feel great and satisfied walking out. I am finally feeling back to my glittery self, I've missed this girl. Turns out I had a hormone in balance, probably for a while too. For the past 6 months I've tried telling myself was all In my head, I'm okay I'll be okay. Days felt longer then months felt horrible. Couldn't wait to just go home to bed. I look 10 years younger and 1,000% better on Zoom! I don't need to use Zoom's "touch up my appearance" feature because of my treatments. Not kidding! May 2018 I had the worst injections at Arcadia Wellness Center, I spent over 3k trying to dissolve the fillers. Many doctor visits later and still a year later dealing with it. Overdue review of horrible fillers by Holly that's taking me over a year to dissolve. She ruined my face by injecting fillers in all the wrong places. Very money driven, just sell as much as they can whether you really needed it or not. Will never go back there again. They offered me $300 credit! No thanks, I will never trust Holly with my face again. She herself it over injected. T Sarah, you should look at my after photos and see what Holly did to my face. How about I send you the bills for dissolving the fillers? On top of it the black eye for 2 weeks. Holly was shaking like she's never held a needle in her life. Like most of the reviews state, yes, the first thing you notice when you walk in the door is the cleanliness! The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and helpful. Though I arrived 20 minutes early, the nurse practitioner brought me back right away. She was extremely knowledgeable and transparent with everything she did. From the opening of the product in front of me, to the placement of the injections. It is refreshing to encounter such professionalism. I had Botox done under my eyes and my forehead.
