I have never written a Yelp review, or any other kind before, but I feel compelled to write one now. I began seeing Sarah Quinn at Arcadia Wellness Center last December and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. I am a 70 year old female and had struggled with my weight for a very long time. In addition I had a variety of aches and pains and female problems, associated with my age. On my first visit I felt very comfortable with Sarah, she listened to me and appeared to understand my situation. Following her direction I scheduled an extensive blood test after which Sarah prescribed Bioidentical Hormone Therapy, large doses of Vitamin D, and injections to help with my weight and energy. Fast forward to today, with Sarah's help I am basically free of pain. The back and knee pain is a thing of the past, and the stabbing arthritis in my wrists has gone from a daily, ongoing occurrence to less than once every few weeks. Amazing. Also the hormone therapy has regulated my body allowing me to lose weight while eating more than I was ever able to prior to BHT. I feel younger, and cannot praise Sarah enough for what she has done for me. If you have tired of physicians who have no answers, or blame everything on age, Sarah if for you. Great experience with a personalized and custom approach to every customer's need. I went to Sarah for treatment of adult acne, scars and wrinkle prevention (overall skin care). I had researched a lot on VI peels and the benefits and made my decision to go to Arcadia Wellness Center just for that! The peel was exactly what I read about- extreme peeling over 2-3 days to shed months to years of old skin off to reveal fresh new skin! Because my issue is acne there was a "purging" period after the first peel as it was pulling all the underlying bacteria up. About 4-6 weeks later I had a second peel applied and experienced even less of a purging process as my face was/is clearing up as we go with smaller and smaller breakouts. This process is for the long haul and takes a commitment, but definitely worth it! Usually it takes about 3-5 upfront peels depending on the severity or need, and then maintenance every so often after that. If you are thinking about skin care whether it's anti-aging, preventative measures, acne treatment or all of the above, I would point you here! Arcadia Wellness is the best. I love the new location- super bright, inviting, and convenient. I have seen Sarah twice and have been incredibly happy with the results and most important, her care. I'm 31 and had a few aging concerns that I wanted to address, especially preventative care. At my first appointment I was nervous and had a ton of questions but, immediately felt comfortable because Sarah is so knowledgeable and thorough. I had a very conservative amount of Botox injected which did not hurt, at all and I absolutely love because I still have facial movement and expressions, they're just less pronounced which is exactly what I wanted. The only strange thing is the sound of the needle but nothing pain related- it was perfect! In addition to cosmetic procedures i.e. Botox, fillers etc. Arcadia wellness also offers allergy testing, general medicine, weight loss, Pain Managment, among others which is fabulous because she's a very skilled NP. Well as usual a lot has changed since my last appointment with you. I retired from my cleaning business, with the new found inner strength due to my hormones being in balance. I will forever be indebted to you and Brenda Robertson for your hearts and compassion, I was a complete mess when I came to you broke and broken, Mentally, Physically and Financially; Brenda helped me financially as well as you, by taking my cause and working with me. The two of you are a testament to what Women helping Women can do. So I just started a new job with Farmers Insurance as a CSR , and I am studying for my Property and Casualty Licence which is very intense. Sara a year a go, I couldn't have done this as I couldn't stay focused, I was an emotional wreck and cried at the drop of a hat. Now I the am the first person clients greet when they come into the office, I along with the Agent I help insurers with their policy's very confidently. This place is my go to for everything health related. I love Sarah, she has been my primary care from UTIs to hormones to being sick with strep and everything in between. She also does the most effective pain injections and B12 shots with fat burner(MIC), as well. On the facial side, I see Holly for my Platelet Rich Plasma treatments, which are amazing under my eyes. I was a model for one of their filler treatments, and I was blown away with the level of education they have been through to do what they do. With their expertise, they can even reverse hair loss with PRP and use fillers for cellulite. There is so much that can be done, today, without having to have surgery. I feel confident following their suggestions around fillers and botox/dysport, and have always loved my results. What I appreciate most about Sarah and Holly is that they are truly conservative in their approach, which is important to me. I want to still look like and feel like myself, but a refreshed version. I switched to Arcadia Wellness Center a couple of months ago. I had been going to a center that only provided the pellets for over 2 years. They had me on extremely high doses of testosterone only, no other hormones (I am a woman) and I was feeling very imbalanced. In about two months at Arcadia Wellness, I feel much better. My system is cleared from the extremely high doses of testosterone that I was receiving and my other issues such as low energy, anxiety, depression, and a chronic skin disorder have already been addressed. I feel more balanced and healthy. I go for my second appointment soon where we will discuss optimizing my hormones and I'm really looking forward to it. I appreciate Sarah's approach to addressing the health issues that are present first. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone at Arcadia Wellness is! Stop hopping from place to place for your Botox/Dysport and skincare needs, the prices here are great and the girls are greater! Holly, the nurse injector, took special care to listen to all my needs and even gave one of my brows just a slight lift to even out my face overall without changing how I look or missing any problem areas (my 11's). I'm so happy with my results after years of going to the same place that I'm fairly sure started diluting the product. Here, you get a legit product and injector. Jessica is your girl for skin treatments! The introductory facial/dermaplane deal is a steal so don't pass it up. I was referred here by a friend who sees Sarah and has always told me how great her and her staff are. I always have great experiences at Arcadia Wellness Center. Their staff is always welcoming and friendly, you can tell they really care about their patients and have gone above and beyond to make my visits easy, comfortable and enjoyable. I had been looking for an office that could help me improve my skin after relocating back to Phoenix and found Arcadia Wellness Center. Originally, I had made an appointment with Sarah Quinn about Juvéderm and she was able to schedule an appointment for me that week! She was patient, informative, flexible and made me feel completely at ease with all of my questions/concerns. I first started going to Merrill at Arcadia Wellness for my acne scars. I had tons of texture and discoloration on my cheeks from acne scarring. She recommended microneedling, which I had never tried before, and it completely transformed my skin! I got 3 treatments from her and some amazing products that have been keeping my skin clear and healthy from home. I've also received masseter Botox from Merrill for my jaw pain. I had never received Botox before and was a little nervous but she was so thorough and explained exactly what to expect and I'm so happy with the results. She is amazing! The visible veins on my legs had been getting worse and more embarrassing over the years. I am a returning client of Arcadia Wellness Center and really trust their staff so I talked to Holly about their sclerotherapy treatments. Holly reviewed the treatment and answer all my questions. Chelsea is a facial artist! She helped me get the results I was hoping for while also considering my budget for the procedures. She's very open and transparent about her own procedures and what she recommends (and she literally looks like an instagram model.) Overall I like and trust the team here to help me get the results that I am looking for focused on appearing natural, not plastic. If you are looking for Groupon deals, this isn't the place (and I can share that when I got the Groupon discount, the quality of the results are not nearly as good.) I look 10 years younger and 1,000% better on Zoom! I don't need to use Zoom's "touch up my appearance" feature because of my treatments. Not kidding! Chesney did an amazing job and her recommendations were spot on. It's really incredible what well placed fillers and Botox can do. I also went with her DiamondGlow treatment and it completely refreshed my face. Sarah was also amazing and took the time to see me for a medical concern I mentioned to Chesney during my treatment. I have been getting injections from Holly for years and she is simply fantastic. Not only is she gentle with her injections, but she also takes the time to understand the needs of the client and obtain their desired results. I had Dysport injections done by Holly about 5 weeks ago. I was very pleased with the results. I wanted the "11" lines to look more softened inbetween my eyes. She made the suggestion to also have some injections in my forehead lines, as not being able to move that part of my skin around would actually help with the results I was looking for. She was right!
