I'm very disappointed after 3+ years of coming to Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa. I came on here to change my review because I seen my account from $878 it now went up to almost $1,200. I gave $165 on the spot and was not given a receipt. I was rushed and the receptionist seem very confused. The receptionist told me they had many payment plans, I chose Affirm. Now she told me the payments were gonna be 0% interest if paid monthly, she lied. If I would have known they were gonna charge me 33% interest instead of 0% like the receptionist mentioned I would have just paid it all off. Suddenly Slimmer reached out to me and my sister but spoke to my sister and did nothing to fix the issue. I don't know why they hire ppl with no experience. I am very annoyed at this point and want nothing to do with them. It's all thanks to the receptionist in the front desk with the name of Melissa. So, now I had to call to the payment plan Affirm and had to pay extra cash because the interest was high and mind you I did not agree to this. If you come across this place make sure to take a calculator with you because they will rip you off. I should have read the reviews before coming here. I spoke to the manager and asked if they can correct this by selling me their smaller emphasis. Smaller size but honed the discount. They did not allow this. It's a shame that they have a cancelation policy, One which if not canceled in adequate timing, they'll charge your card on file... which didn't halogen to me btw. I had a 11:30a appt. I arrived at 11:20a. Not to bore you with all the details, but at 12:30p I was still sitting in the waiting area to be seen. Finally, i gave up and left at 1240p. That's over an hour of my time that I won't get back. Ridiculously poor scheduling... at my expense. There are other good spas in the area. I would recommend trying one of those first. read more

I booked an initial consultation appointment with Dannielli via their office text system on Saturday, August 2nd. The appointment was for Wednesday, August 6th. I received a total of 4 texts from Suddenly Slimmer in that four day span wanting me to confirm my appointment and reminding me that anything less than a 24 hour notice of cancellation was subject to a fee. I confirmed every one of those texts. When I showed up for the appointment, the lady at the reception desk greeted me very coldly. She handed me a tablet and requested that I fill out a pre-appointment questionnaire, which took almost 15 minutes to complete. Once I returned it to her, I waited for another 5 minutes before being called back to the desk. It was then that she informed me that Dannielli was running late with a customer, and that I had a choice to either meet with the Office Manager or come back in 3 hours to meet with Dannielli. WOW!!! I live a 1/2 hour away and coming back later was not an option, so I met with the Manager. We sat in her office (not in an exam room) and she had a trainee with her. The presentation was clumsy at best. Her response to the few questions I had for her were, "I'm not sure, I'm not a nurse." So they completely wasted my time. For the record, I also don't believe that Dannielli was even in the building. I asked for her again on the way out and they said she was still in with another client, and this was over an hour after my appointment with her was supposed to start. read more
