I've had such a great experience with Megan at DHH Med Spa! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with your results. I've had Botox done with her, as well as treatments for my nose and lips, and I've been so happy with everything! Another huge plus is that her office is dog-friendly, which makes the experience even better. You can tell Megan truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I highly recommend her and DHH Med Spa to anyone looking for someone you can trust! read more

I have been seeing Megan and her staff for over 10 years. Obviously, I have been well pleased with the results. But every person at her office has been incredible. Every appointment I have at this spa is so comfortable and welcoming. I am not very helpful or decisive on treatments I need. Megan takes control and discusses each step with me throughout which is very comforting. read more

This clinic is a joke and one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever dealt with. I went in for Botox and while the service itself was average, the injector was cold, unfriendly, and showed zero warmth or care. When you're dealing with injectables, you expect professionalism and compassion, neither of which I experienced here. But the real issue is how this place runs its business. They bribe clients with $50 discounts for every review they post, which is why most of their 5-star reviews are fake and misleading. It's a scammy way to cover up their lack of real quality and integrity. When I left an honest 3-star review about my experience, instead of accepting feedback like a professional, the owner Megan actually told me I was banned from coming back because my review wasn't positive. Let that sink in, they only want your business if you lie and write glowing reviews. That is pathetic, manipulative, and shady. If a business can't handle honest feedback and treats paying clients like this, they don't deserve anyone's trust. I won't be silenced, and people deserve to know exactly how this clinic operate read more

I had such a great experience at DHH Med Spa. It was my first time doing anything other than Botox and I'm loving my results from Haley and Megan. They ensured I was getting my procedures pain free and that I was comfortable at all times. Super friendly staff with the bonus of having puppies at the office. read more

I was recommended to this place by another injector to Megan, she is a medical director and has a lot of experience . I felt very confident in that and the precautions she took with using nose filler . Which many injectors steer clear of because of the risk, but for me, I really needed it to correct what had been done from surgery. A revision isn't an option for me and I was grateful she was willing to help me . After two rounds of filler injected , I am so happy with the results . I feel like I can live my life and feel more myself again. Thank you Megan and all of the staff, they are all kind and made me feel comfortable and were very understanding with my emotions and anxiety . read more

I have had a great experience here. My under eyes were very tired and baggy. I did a prp and was amazed at the results. It's best to do them in a series of three but the results could last up to 2 years according to research that has been done. It's a hike for me to go to N. Scottsdale but I was so happy with the results I will continue to make the trek for my facial needs. read more

Have been going to Megan for years. My skin use to be so dull and I would cake on make up before meeting her to hide my skin. Few years later and I am obsessed with the natural glow my skin has from procedures and skin care Megan has recommended over the years. I barely wear make up now on my skin, and also have nice full lips. Definitely recommend her office for you skin needs. The last 2 years I have received so many compliments on my skin and that is such a confidence booster. Thank you Megan read more

The worst nose injection filler I have ever had in my life 20 years of experience is a joke this woman destroyed, my face, destroyed my nose, and did nothing about it to fix it told me to come back in two weeks. Try calling after no response. her filler migrated she did not even offer dissolver for her mess up. She made a mess on my face, and I'm still paying for it trying to have people remove it would not recommend at all she does not know anything about the anatomy of the face her strategy is making everything bigger for a fix doesn't care about the shape of it doesn't know about the diagram of a face i'm appalled, she calls herself, award-winning she applied so much filler in one spot repeatedly where it shouldt have even went you can imagine the mess Megan made for 20 years of experience, you would think to trust the doctor thinking they would know what's best She did not know anything what she was doing very false advertising. I wished I would've never gone to her. Worst experience of my life and I've been getting filler for a long time, my old injector retired. I showed her what I wanted she claimed she understood This was by far worse filler iv ever seen happen I never thought I end up paying someone else to remove her work repeatedly JUST TO GO BACK TO NORMAL she had build up so much it looked like botched was horrible just a terrible terrible job be ware I also see she likes to respond and contradict people. But that won't be happening here. I will post pictures along with dates and provide what you done to me. You're a terrible injector. And a fraud her filler on top of being horrible migrates and turns into balls i'm sure she'll claim she's a small business owner like i see she does on other bad reviews she turns blind eyes to when it's not benefiting her very professional and will have an excuse as to why it's okay for her to do that and I am in the wrong for what she done but picture say 1000 words it's shameful and sad to do that to peoples faces and not to anything to fix it and keep there money read more

Disappointed today when they stated they have a new policy for loyal, existing, regular, paying customers to put a deposit down for a future monthly appointment that I made in person. If they don't trust a new client fine, but I am a loyal client. Do they not think we would be good to reimburse them for a no show? I do business with many other spas who did not require this. I think they should strongly reconsider. I like the everyone in the office, but this is an insult to me. read more

I've been getting lip filler for a few years now that slowly migrated and was looking overfilled. I came to Megan and she gave my lips a complete makeover from dissolving to filler + threads. I'm extremely happy with my results thanks to Megan! I also go to sophia for all my skincare needs. she has completely transformed my acne prone skin and significantly improved my scarring with Pixel8 + a medical grade skincare routine!! I recommend DHH to any and everyone! read more

The best MedSpa I have ever been to in Arizona. I felt so welcomed by the front desk staff which is a huge plus. I met with Megan & we addressed my concerns. I can see how they were voted Best of the Valley!! read more

I normally am not one to write a review. By word of mouth I discovered DHH Med Spa. I was looking for fresh ideas for my Botox regimen. I was very impressed with Megan. She suggested things I never had considered before and Wow do I love the results! It's only been 1 week, so I know it will only get better in the next week. I will definitely be using Megan for my future "upkeep" :) read more

Megan is the best!! I couldn't of asked for a better experience , and DHH is the place to go!!

Decent work, but they charge more for filler than many good medspas in Beverly Hills or NYC, and still make you feel like you're not buying enough. I was pushed into doing twice as many areas as I wanted, and the extra areas made zero difference so it was a waste. I paid an obscene amount of money, but still felt like that wasn't enough for the owner because she kept pushing me for more. I told her I preferred the subtle look but instead felt overdone, plus my lips weren't even so I had to fix it myself later. read more
