Natalie's skill is precise & top quality. She is one of the only injectors I'd trust to touch my face.

I've had multiple Botox sessions done by Natalia at NK Aesthetics and have been super happy with the results every time!

She was lovely, and my original surgeon was amazing during all my preop appointments. They delivered nothing but kind and compassionate care. I do have to knock my review down a star because it was like pulling teeth to get their FMLA department to fill out the appropriate paperwork. I couldn't get ahold of anyone after calling every day for a week and once they filled out the paperwork she put in the wrong return to work date.

I spent an entire week trying to confirm my appointment through the automated phone system, but it repeatedly told me my appointment could not be confirmed. I called the office multiple times and was sent to voicemail without being able to reach anyone. The day before my appointment, I was offered a 10:00 AM appointment instead of my original 9:40 AM time due to "scheduling conflicts" by Yvette. I called back as quickly as possible while I was at work and left a voicemail confirming that I could make 10:00 AM but needed a call back to confirm. I also sent a text message stating that if I did not hear back after my voicemail and text message around noon, I would assume the other appointment had been rescheduled and that we were still set for my original 9:40 AM appointment. Instead of confirming either appointment, I later received a confirmation text stating that I had been rescheduled to a Wednesday--even though I had already explained that Wednesdays were not possible because of my work schedule. The following morning, I attempted to call as soon as the office opened and was sent directly to voicemail. I called two more times and was sent to voicemail both times. I ultimately had to drive to the office in person just to get an answer. I spoke with Rita, the office manager, who explained that the scheduling issue was related to a full-office meeting. I was given conflicting information regarding whether this meeting occurs biweekly or monthly, and it appeared that this time was not blocked off appropriately in the schedule. Rita repeatedly explained that there would not be a practitioner available until 10:00 AM and that I could keep the 10:00 AM appointment if I wanted. At that point, I was already extremely frustrated and in tears after spending so much time trying to resolve this situation. I explained that I could tentatively reschedule to another Tuesday while deciding whether I felt comfortable continuing with this clinic. I had also already reached out to my primary care physician regarding the situation. Rita then instructed Yvette to reschedule me for the following Tuesday. Yvette informed me that the next available Tuesday appointment was not until Mid-August. I had already taken unpaid time off work to make this appointment work, and this delay was the result of a scheduling and communication issue that I had repeatedly attempted to resolve. I understand that scheduling conflicts happen. My disappointment is not that my appointment needed to change--it is that repeated communication failures turned what should have been a simple reschedule into weeks of unnecessary stress and delayed care. Patients should be able to trust that when they return calls promptly, leave voicemails, and communicate their availability, those efforts will be acknowledged. How can you trust an office with your body or well-being when they cannot reliably answer a phone call, return a voicemail, or respond to a patient's message regarding an appointment? As a potential first-time patient, I no longer have confidence in this team.

My 8 month old daughter has been running a fever every single day since Friday, June 20th…read more Initially, I assumed it was teething, but by Sunday afternoon her fever climbed to 102.6. She was still eating and had wet diapers, so I planned to call Monday if the fever continued, which it did. The office got us in quickly Monday, which I appreciated. They tested her for flu, COVID, and even considered measles since we had just traveled. We were told everything looked fine and to call back Tuesday if the fever returned. Sure enough, it did. They saw her again and collected a urine sample and told us they'll call once they have the results. By Wednesday, I was really concerned. My baby was still having daily fevers and now had very foul-smelling urine, which can be a sign of a UTI. That can become dangerous quickly in infants. I called twice that day asking to speak with a doctor. I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. Today, just before the office closed, I finally got a call. I was informed there were still no results and that it could take up to five days. That was the first time anyone had communicated that timeline. I asked why no doctor ever called me back like I requested, and was told there was "no record" of my calls at all from yesterday. (See screenshot) To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a doctor today, I was told my concern wasn't considered urgent. My 8-month-old has had a fever for a full week and now shows signs of a UTI. If that isn't urgent, I honestly don't know what is. I am beyond disgusted with the lack of communication, the dismissiveness, and the complete failure to follow through. This isn't just frustrating. It's negligent. We will miss Dr. Lersch, but I refuse to trust my daughter's care to a practice that treats concerned parents like this. She deserves better. Every child does. Doctors are fabulous here but I don't trust the receptionists to communicate with the doctors.

If you value kindness, respect, and professionalism, RUN the other way from Pediatric Associates…read more You'd think taking your child to the doctor would mean a supportive, welcoming experience. Instead, every visit here has been a masterclass in rudeness. The front office staff? Consistently dismissive. Just today, when I simply asked about flu shots, I was told: "We don't have it yet--check our Facebook." Excuse me? Since when is a Facebook feed the standard of patient communication? That's not just lazy, it's flat-out disrespectful. And it's not just the front desk, the unprofessionalism has bled into the providers themselves. In pediatrics, of all places, compassion and patience should be non-negotiable. Families should feel heard, respected, and cared for, not brushed off like an inconvenience. We're done here. There are far better pediatric practices in Phoenix where your concerns are valued and your child isn't just another chart number. Parents, don't settle for being treated like this, you and your kids deserve better. We are switching to a more positive environment to Camelback pediatrics.
