TLDR: Kristen is great, deems plane not so much.. I decided to treat myself for my birthday and get a facial. I had asked for one and no one got me one...so anyways I checked in, Kristen was the only one there because it was close to thanksgiving. She was wearing a mask and kept it on for the whole treatment-awesome! Hand sanitizer was there and I think they're staggering appointments because I didn't see anyone else. So great covid precautions! Also lots of sanitizer everywhere. The facial procedure-Kristen suggested a dermaplane. So I got it. The whole process was fine, a bit tingly but nice and good conversation. Face felt smooth and fine. The aftermath. I asked if there was anything to know and Kristen said my regular daily moisturizer that had sun protection would be fine. That was NOT THE CASE. The next morning I felt like a snake-my skin was so dry, I thought I was dying!! I was able to call my mom and she told me to use a face mask and that I should've stayed completely out of the sun and not put on any makeup at all for 24 hours! Thank god this wasn't a work day!! It took about 3 days for my skin to remoisturize. read more

When I arrived, I was informed that their machine for the hydra facial was not operating. I should have declined their alternative. I was provided a microdermabrasion oxygen facial instead and was told it would be more luxurious. Immediately after I left the spa, my face began to burn. I had to ice it to cool the inflammation. I've had microdermabrasion previously but I have never had this type of reaction. Three days later and my skin is still red and peeling. When someone asks, "What happened to your face?", you know it isn't good. If this is normal, I should have been warned. I'm not sure when the peeling will stop. read more

I was a first time client and showed great trust in owner Kristen Hansen RN- (I think her new name is Baker). Her bedside manner was on point- pleasant, informative and non-pressuring. i decided on 2 procedures- one might have been best to wait and think about it- but I trusted her and did both. Now it's about 5 hours after skin treatment- I have a searing pain in right eye- (she had noted it was "bloodshot" afterward but dismissed it. Pain only came after about 3 hours - I am half wondering if the topical numbing cream (lydocaine) is to blame. She didn't advise to wash face after- nor did she cover my eyes. This is all very disappointing- esp given I paid a very high price for treatment. Prior to submitting review, I tried 4x to reach someone in office. The "office" phone is non- working- and I had to leave a voicemail with her cell. Zero aftercare- worse- can't reach them to get advice or first aid for eye. read more

With one syringe of Versa dermal filler, Kristen corrected the asymmetry in my chin and nasolabial folds (aka smile/frown lines), plumped my cheeks, and raised the corners of my mouth. This was my first experience with injections. I got a brow lift and lip fillers. Dysport was fine but I was a bit disappointed by the lip injections. I did express I prefer noticeable changes, however, Volbella was used to enhance my lips. They looked great after the injections but weren't noticeable after the swelling went down. I guess Volbella is used for those who want subtle results. The results were too subtle for what I expected. There was slight unevenness on the top and bottom after they settled. read more

Do not be fooled by the overly nice soft spoken bedside manner. They will promise you and even show you in the mirror what your results will be, then charge you double what they advertise the cost to be, and you will go home all swollen. But as soon as that swelling goes down, you will have zero results. Products they advertise that will last 12 to 18 months, but actually show no results at all. PDO threads are the what they told me to get and promised a certain outcome. Their pricing says $600.00 but they charged me $1200.00. They scheduled a second appointment to try to correct the issue of no results, and I still have no results. So either they dont know what they are doing or their products are defective. They do not provide you with receipts and do not tll you their policies, but they sure do make promisses they do not keep. Do NOT waste your money or time here. Like I said, do not be fooled by their sweet disposition, its all a scam to get you to pay more money. Buyer Beware! read more
