Scheduled a 60 min deep tissue. Pre-session I asked for a focus on the posterior side of the body only, SPECIFICALLY the legs/hips. My deep tissue massage was mainly rocking and stretching techniques. Then I was recommended yoga and an epsom salt bath to enhance my experience... However my mom loved her session experience. I went to the spa for a facial with Lizbeth. I have been getting facials since my 20s (I'm 50 now), and this was one of the best facials I've ever gotten. I got the signature facial with LED light therapy. Lizbeth is one the best aesthetician I have gotten a facial from. She explained what she was doing throughout the facial. Her techniques were so relaxing. The facial included a mini massage to the arms, hand, shoulders, and scalp, and it felt heavenly. The facial was an hour long. The LED light therapy was about 15 minutes. The entire service felt like it was hours long because it never felt rushed. Once it was over, I felt relaxed, and my skin looked amazing. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this spa and Lizbeth if you're looking to get an amazing facial with an amazing aesthetician. read more

I just had my second massage with Shilly!!! She is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend her

I love this place! I have severe bruxism (clenching/grinding of teeth & jaw) and I heard that Botox in the masseter muscle is a good treatment for that. I was pretty scared to be honest. But, I went for it anyhow. Nurse Ashelee took care of me. She was very sweet. She talked me through the process and she was very gentle. I hardly felt a thing. About 5 days after my treatment I felt a big difference. I wasn't clenching during the day and I noticed that I wasn't waking up with a sore jaw or headaches after grinding all night. The decision to get Botox has been a game changer for me! I highly recommend both Body Beautiful Spa and Ashelee!!! And, about a couple weeks after the Botox in my masseter, I decided to go in for a lip flip - more Botox! The result is subtle but I absolutely love it! I'll definitely be considering more Botox treatments and maybe lip filler! 10/10 would recommend!!! read more

I go here specifically for dysport the injectors are very good I would say pricing is on the high end of the spectrum. I've inquired about other services however I felt their response and protocols were lacking I will continue with the current service and have recommended in that capacity. read more

I made a commitment to myself at the beginning of the year to be better to my skin! I was doing great the 1st few months and going for my facials. I spaced out booking recently and I kindly got a reminder call from Julia, reminding me to schedule my self care. I really appreciate this as I shared my goals with this amazing salon at the beginning of the year! I appreciate them so much! The services are reasonably priced and the service is excellent! read more

I would 5 out of 5 recommend going to Body Beautiful. It was my first time attending and I was so impressed with the staff and environment. I went in for a Facial and Juliet was so amazing. She was warm and attentive; and so knowledgeable about how to improve my skincare technique. If your thinking about going, don't think, treat yourself! read more

I had been here pre-Covid. I have only been here once. it seemed pretty cluttery on entry. parking was horrible. I came in for consultation for injectables. I was interested in Juvéderm and Botox the Injector recommended threading. Which I felt she was trying to up Sell I have no drooping sagging or jowls. Threading underneath the skin is a minimum of $1000. And not what I was interested in. read more

Excellent facility. We had wonderful facials. Would recommend this Spa for anyone wanting to have great service

My sister, my niece and I went in for a spa day and did not leave disappointed. We all received facials and massages. Everything was very relaxing however the massage was the best part. I just asked for a standard Swedish massage but I feel like I received so much more than I was expecting. After talking with my sister and niece, they too felt the same. Our massages included nonstop all over body motion and continuous stretching! Wow-what a difference it made. Sure, they focused on our areas of concern but from our cranial to tippy toes, every part was paid attention to. We had never had the stretching incorporated into a massage and I would highly recommend it! We left feeling refreshed and energetic instead of lethargic. The price for the package facial and massage was also great! Good job! read more

Honestly my experience here was pretty bad. I spent ~$300 for ineffective Dysport injections for my eleven lines. This was for an initial visit and a "corrective" visit. The worst part was dealing with the owner. It was like fighting tooth and nail trying to get a refund for my money down the drain. She kept on hounding me to come in for another "corrective" visit even though clearly the technique was ineffective (and wasn't going to be changed) and I didn't want any more Dysport pointlessly injected into my face. The problem was the placement. The injector was only injecting in between my brows and not along the brow itself. After about 5 phone calls - which were pretty much debates - I got sent a $75 check to cover a corrective visit at a new spa. Spoiler alert: that barely covered half. However now I have a good injector, I'd reccomend avoiding this place. The picture is me after my second visit with "apparently" the highest amount of Dysport for my eleven lines. read more

Had a really great lymphatic drainage massage with Stephanie the other day and it was incredibly relaxing!! She was very professional and knowledgeable about the business and also the massage. Cruz gave me one of the top 3 massages I'v ever had. I want everyone I know to go see her. She had a great touch. Only bad is because of facility (which I know they are going through a Reno) The window covering kept falling down, not her fault, but feels weird when the window opens while laying the table. Sheets weren't very soft and they were pilling. I would go back again. read more

I'm a dude, but I've been to my share of spas and had more than a few facials. This place is top-notch, but not too boo-jee. The staff is down to earth. The prices are normal for what they offer. I liked my aesthetician, she did a thorough treatment and made me feel relaxed. A great thing about the staff is that they weren't pushy about buying products like most spas. read more

Great place! I usually come here for facials and Melody does such a great job and is knowledgeable. The only reason I give them 4 stars is they are a bit pricey. However, they do have monthly specials and a membership which is a great deal. read more

Really unhappy. I've used a variety of other services like lash extensions, lash lift and tint, body scrubs, and massages, so I recently tried their Botox. The woman had very little time with me and despite wanting half the number of units she convinced me I should get more because it would give a better result. I told her I wanted to be able to move my eyebrows. It's been two weeks Ana guess what? I can't raise them. That's like the only expression I make, so I'm pretty pissed. read more

Don't go here unless you like to throw money away. I came for my usual amount of Botox, however this time after 2 weeks there was zero result - my forehead/eye area were literally the exact same as the day I went in. So I called and the receptionist told me to come back in and there would be a note on my account that this needed to be taken care of. When I went back in the injector told me I needed almost the same amount of units that I had already received 2 weeks before and it would cost me $300 (I had already paid $400 the first time).... Thanks for the generous offer but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Our son lives in Phoenix and I was looking for a spa when I visited him with varying services! Voila! I was recommended to Body Beautiful by a friend. There are not enough accolades to describe my experience. It was amazing from start to finish. The front desk staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Everyone from the estheticians to the nurse were amazing. BONUS: I was able to meet the owner, Marlena, and she was lovely inside and out The rooms are clean, charming and so relaxing. What a wonderful find. I highly recommend Body Beautiful. read more

Clean friendly great facial wax! I even found some cute earrings! Easy parking off busy street

Wonderful and relaxing med spa. They sell an assortment of cool items in the lobby (think boutique). One point deduction because pricing fluctuates. They do have monthly specials, but if your specific treatment/service isn't on be on the specials list that month you'll pay higher price. Definitely worth checking out for all your spa needs Ps - request Shannon for injections she's amazing ** read more

I had researched laser skin rejuvenation so thought it would be ideal. I have wrinkles around eyes and some sagging neck and facial skin I paid for 2 treatments of neck and face laser skin rejuvenation (4) total. Along with products sold to treat skin after procedures and daily. Procedures were painful but I will do anything for vanity. I was told it could take months before I would see result. It's been almost 9 months and so far I don't see much difference I spent over $1100 and now believe it was a waste of time and money. The staff was very nice but Dont waste your money! read more

Juliet's service was amazing! 10 out of 10. My skin is just glowing. Best facial of my life

I have been new to the treatments that I received here at BB! I have to say that I have been treated 100% with the Best customer service ever. As far as my procedures, I am a fan of Katelyn. She has been very informative, as well as doing an amazing job in the 2 areas that I was coming in for. She has gone above and beyond what is probably expected! Being "new" to this experience, she made me feel at ease had the utmost care and expertise! I appreciate her and the staff. This Spa is a make you feel at home and special kind of place! Thank You BB! read more

Initially, I was very nervous about having my first filler procedure, but Brooke met with me for a consultation and after she'd answered all my questions, I felt reassured. I will continue to seek Brooke out, she listened to what was important to me, rather than promoting the usual dosage/treatment. She was thoughtful, professional, and did a terrific job. It's been just about three weeks now, and I have loving the results! Good bye Deputy Dog jowls! read more

It upsets me to leave this kind of review after my experience with this place because I try my best to give places and people the benefit of the doubt but I feel it's necessary in case someone is considering this establishment. Please, take your money elsewhere. I was given a gift certificate to get a massage by my boyfriend as I have severe arthritis and I've been wanting to take a day off work to fully relax and enjoy it. When I first called to schedule my appointment, the girl who answered sounded very short and as if she didn't want to be on the phone. I told her I was calling to schedule an appointment and she put me down for 2:00. She never asked what I was looking to come in for or even explained anything. This was my first time, so I was unsure what the process was so it was partially my mistake for not asking what the process was and assumed I had to go in and tell them what I wanted. I arrived 30 minutes early. The greeting I received was awkward but I gave them my name. I was told to have a seat but I was confused about doing so without filling out paperwork so I asked if I was to do so. The girl was like, "Oh yeah, here you go..." As I'm filling out the paperwork, I begin to realize that none of the questions seemed to pertain to the service I wanted. At one point, I asked her if I had the correct paperwork but then dismissed it because I saw questions asking about allergies so I figured maybe I was ocerthinking things.... I was utterly confused but did not want to seem like I was nitpicking so I handed over the paperwork and took a seat. I got called back by a nice woman and she said, "So is this your first time having a microdermabrasion?" I immediately let out a "whoa" and explained the miscommunication done by the front staff and told her I only wanted a massage and that I didn't even know what a microdermabrasion was, and that I was scheduled for this without being asked what I wanted. She looked upset but reassured me we would go to the front desk to get what I wanted. I apologized to her because I felt terrible that she could have had a client for her services but instead, didn't because of what happened! So off to the front desk we go and I explained what the situation was. They apologized and told me to come back at 4 pm for a hot stone massage that I wanted. I was worried at this point and didn't even want to return but I did and wish I had just stayed at home instead. The massage was okay and the woman who did it tried her best to make me feel relaxed and less tense from my arthritis. I did NOT get the hot stone treatment. Instead I got charged for the hour long massage ($89) and didn't even get the remaining amount left over from the $100 gift certificate. To be honest, I don't even want it. After my experience that was supposed to be relaxing, welcoming and stress free, I left trying not to be that rude and upset customer even though I was trying to hold back frustration and tears, and left with the intention of never coming back or recommending this place to anyone! Also, ALWAYS check the reviews on yelp instead of putting your trust into the reviews left on Google. Completely misleading and after reading the reviews on here, I can say the reviews on poor customer service is very spot on and accurate. First impressions are everything and my experience here was enough to make me want to speak out and warn others!! read more

I saw LaDonna in March and the massage was great, we actually talked majority of the service which I wasn't used to but she was great overall and helped me relax. With a little extra $ left on a certificate I decided to schedule another prenatal massage with LaDonna for May. I was scheduled for a Saturday but she said she might be able to get me in on a Friday. This was told to the staff booking me as well and she asked them to make a note in the system as well. I followed up on the note twice prior to May but never got a definite answer about accommodating the request. Fast forward to today, the date of my appointment. I hadn't gotten a confirmation call yesterday about today's appointment so I decided to call and confirm myself. This is when I learned I was on a "waitlist" and not actually scheduled. Due to reasons out of Body Beautifuls control (LaDonna hadn't confirmed her work schedule), my appointment was just floating around. Twice they were supposed to call me back with an update but I ended up calling instead (my appointment was at 9, but 8:50 they still hadn't called) While I understand they have no control over an employees choice to work a specific schedule, I do feel I should have been contacted and offered an alternative solution but instead I was doing all of the calling (4 times to be exact) and asking all of the questions. It was very unprofessional and upsetting given that I booked this appointment in March and had adjusted my morning around it. Now I have a credit at the spa and can't say I'm certain I will be using it. Also I was expecting something different for a spa in the Arcadia area, it could use a bit of refreshing but the services provided make up for its appearance I suppose. read more

They changed hands recently. It was great before, we've gone here for 3-4 years, but they are now diluting all the Botox/Dysport . They said they "changed the reconstitution ratio" lol. First visit under "new ownership" they had to recalculate everything which was the first red flag... My wife and I both came back less than a month after injections when it lasted 3-4 months before the business changed hands. The injector got SUPER obviously awkward when confronted. Save your money. Lots of good medspas around here that aren't shady. read more

I have always had wonderful service at this spa. Knowledgeable staff who are patient with all of my questions.

Like the place and the staff (front and back) and my gal Melody does a FABULOUS job ( she is amazing) and is the reason I go there. Reason for 3 stars is because the ownership doesn't enforce masks on premise or more accurately doesn't have any to use when needed, at least not when I visited. Went in there last week to get a facial and kindly asked from the person doing my facial (wasn't Melody) to wear a mask because I obviously can't wear any if they are working on my face but I have a baby at home and there is a new Covid variance out there so... the girl left the room and after some time of just sitting there waiting, an office staff personnel walked in (not the girl who was supposed to do the facial) to tell me and she was very nice about it that they don't enforce masks nor have any to use. Let's forget about Covid and your freedom to do whatever you want at your private business for a second; a spa that offers injectables and what not should have masks! And I'm sorry but if you're working that close on my face whether it's facials or eyelash extension then you should wear a mask, it's hygiene and the right thing to do. read more

If you're going to make me wait over a half an hour for my 11:00 appt...please apologize. Ignoring me does not make me disappear. I've been here twice before, once for my vein consultation and another time for an eyebrow wax. My eyebrows looked ok after the wax, not amazing. I still had a quite a few strays after it, so I decided against going back for this service. During my vein treatment? The NP left halfway through saying, "Hope you don't mind, one of our regulars has been waiting awhile for her botox. I'll be back in 10." Gee, thanks for making me feel so important. I'm sorry I'm not poring money into injectables for my face, but I'm still a paying customer. And no, I will not be coming back. read more

I took my girlfriend here recently for a "girl's spa day." My girlfriend had a great experience with Carmen and said she really liked her and would definitely go back and see her. My appointment was with Stephanie and it was really bad and disappointing. My friend was greeted for her appointment promptly at 12:30. At 12:45 I confirmed with the receptionist that my appointment was also at 12:30 as no one had come to get me for my appointment yet. The receptionist said she would call my aesthetician since she hadn't arrived. At that point I was really annoyed that she wasn't even at the spa yet for her 12:30 appointment at 12:45? She finally rushed in the door at 12:50 with no apologies. I told the receptionist I wanted to reschedule since my appointment was starting so late and my girlfriend would have to be waiting for me afterwards. I went ahead with the facial and I really wish I would not have. Stephanie tried explaining to me that her equipment wasn't working but I really didn't care. It was really rude of her to be late and not apologize for it and if her equipment was broken she should have arrived early! Stephanie was really unprofessional and didn't really seem to know what she was doing. My skin type is obviously sensitive and she put a peel on my face that burned and left my skin really red. She offered to use the dermaplane on me in hopes to "compensate" but there is no way I would go back and see her. She made my experience there really disappointing. I will probably go back to Body Beautiful but I will be sure to AVOID Stephanie at all costs. The salon overall was really nice and they seem to offer a wide variety of services at a rate that is substantially less than the resort spas in town. read more

Just seen that this place had changed hands, which might explain my experience. I always thought the massages here were good quality and a decent alternative to the luxury resorts in terms of value. However, my last two experiences have been disappointing. One masseuse had me on my back for a prenatal massage until I asked to adjust and another really barely massages at all, just rubbed (despite my asking for more pressure). I had specifically requested an excellent masseuse I had had in the past and was told she was a temp/fill in. I was assured the lady I was given was experienced with prenatal - which I very much don't believe to be true. Staff are friendly. My suspicion is that this is a better alternative for spa treatments and cosmetology, not so much massages anymore. read more

Let me begin by saying, I WAS a regular customer! However, I will NEVER go back there! Supposedly, I was injected with 45 units of Botox. She proceeded to only inject me six times and leaving one eyebrow droopy. Um, really!! 45 units! Leaving me having to go to a professional, to do it right! Thanks for wasting my money and time body beautiful!! Your cheap and unprofessional!! Do yourself a favor and do not go there. read more
