I bought a Groupon for the IPL laser. Two days before my treatment Vibe MedSpas told me they over sold their Groupon and wouldn't honor mine. (I bought my Groupon 2 months in advance.) But they told me they would still honor my appointment at full price. (BEWARE that Groupon will not refund your money back into your account after 3 days. They just offer you a credit.) After my initial phone call, they told me Stephanie (the manager) would call me. Instead of hearing from Stephanie, I got an email from Groupon saying that my Groupon had been canceled by Vibe MedSpa. I called again, the manager Stephanie would not take any of my calls. I was hoping to use this Spa, for more than just IPL treatment, but for botox and other things. Holland, the front desk assistant, was such a great help and very understanding. I called before I schedule my appointment to insure that everyone was wearing masks. When I arrived for my appointment, No One was wearing a mask. I sent the owner a letter explaining that their spa lied to me and assured me that they were following all required guidelines and everyone was wearing masks. This was a portion of their written response to my complaint! "Everyone in the spa has tested positive for the antibodies and we are probably the lowest risk location you could visit. The CDC guidelines and Arizona state mandate indicates masks are required only when six feet of social distancing is not possible. " If they felt confident and safe not wearing masks, they should have admitted they did not wear masks at the shop and afforded me the ability to decide if I wanted to take that risk. Lying to me did not allow me to decide if I wanted to risk going to this shop. read more

On Friday I had an appt for Microneedling with Stephanie and I was really excited since lots of my friends talk highly of this treatment . Stephanie explains the process each step and letting me know how it works and what's the benefits of it . I did made a video of this process and it was 12 minutes unfortunately I can't download it . In the video you'll see I don't really feel pain other than just in the forehead area I feel a little pain and Stephanie explains why it hurts in that area . So over all Stephanie really gentle with the whole process and make sure I am comfortable . I have to say I was surprise that my face didn't swollen at all and the redness only stay for few hours . I would not visit again. The energy at this place is negative even though the decor is beautiful. The IPL facial I got the owner said to expect no results until the third treatment. I have received IPL facials before and saw results after one treatment. so this is already a red flag to me that I am probably not coming back to this business. There is HIGH pressure sales used at this office where you will be pressured to get a package or subscription as soon as you sit down. The receptionist was trying to sell me 100 unit vial of botox when I walked in the door to the owner trying to sell me packages as soon as she took me back for my service - I haven't even been in the building 5 minutes and I am being asked to buy a bunch of things. I would not recommend to buy a groupon to try out this business. It is clear the owner does not like Groupon clients. I purchased a Groupon which I have not done in YEARS as I have been going to the same places for many years (some that I found on Groupon) But I thought to give it a try again because I am looking for a new medspa closer to my house as I want to start getting more treatments and it is easier to accommodate this when it is close to my house. I purchased the 20 unit option thinking I would need to buy a few extra at the regular price.. The injector recommended 38 units and the owner was not accommodating to switch me from the 20 unit to the 40 unit groupon (i purchased the groupon 6 days ago and both options were available- she told me that deal has been expired for awhile now, umm no). The owner snidely remarked groupon lover at me as I left. Maybe I would have had a different experience if I paid full price for my services instead of trying them out with a groupon/discount as a new client. To top it off I did not end up getting botox and my Groupon still got marked as redeemed. read more

Dr. Cain was so professional and knowledgeable, I was so nervous to get Botox but she made everything so comfortable and I love my results! SCAM ALERT!!!! I went in for a photo facial and had my legs and chest done by Stephanie. I had bought a Groupon my first and last! I've been getting photo facials for the past nine years. I always see results rt after treatment. Right away Stephanie starts trying to sell me their membership before the treatment. Then when I declined she tried saying that I won't see any results until 4 or 5 treatments. Which again I always do rt after my first treatment. And I didn't, absolutely nothing happened after the treatments to either my chest or legs. Money and time down the drain! I have a lot of sun damage and I absolutely should have seen some results. She claims she put the setting for my skin type and I would see results for 3 days? She was rude during the treatment and rude when I talked to her on the phone two days after. She was not at all interested in fixing the situation. All this place wants is your money! Don't buy a Groupon or anything else from this so called Med spa! Talk about a friendly staff- I have felt welcome from Stephanie and her entire staff since the first time I walked in the door. I came in with a groupon and talked through what I wanted to accomplish and Stephanie took the time to understand my needs and I actually ended up changing services. I am in the process of getting some laser so I'm excited to see the final results- I'll update the review as soon as it's complete. They also had an amazing deal going on around Halloween (I believe it's their anniversary) so I purchased some botox too! The injector at this site is there on Wednesdays (so make sure you can plan around that) and she's also great. She really listened to exactly what I wanted and did not try to oversell or overdo any injections- which I appreciate. As a "closer to 40 than 30" mom of 5, I'm continually looking for ways to stop this gradual sinking of my face they like to call "aging". I've visited numerous medspas in the valley, on the quest for that perfect combination of ease and experience, and I finally found it at Vibe. Located in Old Town Scottsdale, this spa makes you feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment you walk in. My first visit was for Botox, and Stephanie ensured that I was completely comfortable and received the results I wanted. Within weeks my face was finally line free! I went back again for a filler- I didnt know exactly what filler was best for me, just that I wanted a subtle lift for my deep under eye circles and those parenthesis that form around your mouth, leaving you with the much unwanted "resting b face". The nurse injectors recommended a brand new product called Versa, and holy, crap. This stuff is like a little miracle in a syringe. My eyes, cheekbones and sagging sad mouth lifted just enough for me to notice a dramatic difference, yet my friends just said, "Omg you look great, what are you doing?!" Kale. I'm only eating Kale. And I run like 5 miles a day! Pssshhh... I cant run up the stairs without dry heaving. I'm scheduled next week for microneedling and i cannot wait, I'm like a kid on Christmas. My skin has never looked so good, and I decided it's time to "treat yo' self" and will be getting a membership to maximize my money and my results. These girls are like a godsend. read more

It ended up being more of a tickle during parts of it and only mildly uncomfortable at times. She did a good job with a numbing cream beforehand.
