Removery purchased the tattoo removal shop I was going to (Delete Tattoo) and although I'm…read morerelatively satisfied with Removery's services, the overall experience is worse compared to Delete's offerings. Specifically, Removery doesn't offer the "extras" that I enjoyed at Delete - no numbing options (cream or injection), no ice packs to go home, no squishy stress balls to squeeze during treatment, no ability to call and talk to this location directly (all calls go to a national call center). I previously purchased a package of treatments with Delete so going elsewhere is not an option for me (a large sunk cost!), plus I'm not sure there's a better choice in town. While the nurses and staff at Removery have been kind and pleasant to deal with, the lack of "nice to have" additions has left me feeling glum about the whole buy out process. It's a bummer that none of the Delete staff decided to stay after the buy out - constantly dealing with new people is another negative for the customer. Getting a tattoo removed is a slow and PAINFUL experience and any extra comforts are so appreciated. I hope Removery decides to offer ice packs and numbing options again - these would really improve the sessions! I experienced several months of cancellations on behalf of Removery towards the end of last year and feel like that could have been handled more professionally. They cancelled my session via text with no explanation, requiring me to reach out and ask what's up. Apparently they didn't have any trained staff to perform the sessions. OK, that's understandable, but a courtesy call to explain and reschedule for a future date would have been appreciated. Then, my rescheduled appointment was cancelled again, leading to a large gap in my sessions and a delay in getting this dumb tattoo off my body.

Everything has been perfect!! soon as I registered online for an appointment, I was immediately messaged the next day and was quickly added to the books for my first appointment. At your first appointment they will take pictures and measure all your unwanted tattoos. Hopefully you're not like me and have over 10 They also was able to give me a quote and start my first payment and get me started all in the same day which was totally awesome. The manager Joel happened to be there & this guy was totally awesome he made sure to go over all the details and pricing and reassuring with everything. His accent is totally awesome as well so if you get the chance to meet him you're never gonna forget him. The ladies that work there Barbra /Alex are the sweetest ever !! I love finding an establishment where the employees actually love their job! Alex removed my tattoos & even gets hers removed there as well so that was reassuring to know that the system works! after my first day I could see a tiny bit of a difference, and I'm only at my first session. I used to recommend this business to people in the Arcadia area but I won't anymore. I had some…read morenot-so-great customer service from them in the past but let it go as I assume maybe the receptionist was just grumpy and having a day. But it was on more than one occasion. It seems like they're annoyed if you ask questions. Which is usually what people do when they are uneducated about what you're asking and get uncomfortable. I was asking the receptionist who the first tech was that I saw who moved and then came back. Instead of making it a smooth conversation by just looking at my past appts to see who my techs were, she said, "do you remember their name?" No I just know it was the first girl I saw." "Ok well you've seen 3". Ok so the first tech." It was just going back and forth like she wanted to make things difficult and to keep asking me questions guessing the name of the techs. So I asked her if she could read me the names of the techs so I'm not guessing. Why do people purposefully make things more difficult? I am a Fitzpatrick 4 and when I called to ask about the Fitzpatrick scale, the girl didn't know what a Fitzpatrick scale was. Not a good sign. I only decided to come to hello laser for the specific laser GentleMax-Pro and they are extremely close to where I live. So basically out of convenience I'll give them a go. It wasn't until I called about one of my last appts out of 6 to see how long I should be off hydroquinone before doing laser. She didn't know what that topical cream was, which is shocking as it's a BIG contraindication with laser. She said, "I'm sure 48hrs is good." I said, "oh wow, really? Only 48hrs? Are you able to ask to make sure? I don't agree with guessing when it comes to laser and people's skin." She abruptly repeated again, "48 hrs." So I decided to wait 2 weeks to be sure and then go in for my laser. Glad I did. The lack of education and care of their customers, is frightening. Be careful customers. Laser is not a device to play around with. Once something goes wrong it's nearly impossible to undo. With laser studios, you sign your life away so they can't and won't be held responsible if something goes wrong. Even if they guided you incorrectly. Those girls have way too much downtime and not having enough knowledge. Maybe they should be studying so they can learn proper contraindications with medications and devices before booking anymore appts. And stop arguing with customers. It's extremely unprofessional.

Suddenly, Michdlle told mr something completely different, as if the original promises had never been spoken. A dermatologist later confirmed what LaserAway never mentioned: some chains simply don't have the equipment to treat certain scars, but they'll still sell you the package anyway. That realization was the first crack in the façade. Filler: Then came the filler. I received cheek filler in October 2025. A few months later, I developed a soft, fluid‑like pocket in the exact area where the filler was injected. When I called, I wasn't met with concern. I came into Phoenix skin because I was hoping for a better price but for the quality of work it matched. I saw Katerina and although very sweet I think she needs re training on how to do micro needling. Her passes are all over and she dug the needle into my smile lines and forehead. She also was touching her gloved hand to my headscarf while also using that same gloved hand to apply the PRP.

I asked what the best numbing cream was that I could buy to numb myself up before the appointment, she said that the laser tech would call me. This morning Katarina the laser technician called, she said that it was going to be over $300 MORE than what I was told the afternoon before. I was shocked, I asked about the multiple tattoo discount, she said she wasn't sure and she put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and decided to call back and just cancel. Anna answered the phone and I asked her about the massive difference in cost- she claimed that she didn't recall speaking with me the afternoon prior- Yeah, right. Selective amnesia. So, by this point I just told her to cancel my appointment. She needs to have her head checked. Katarina called back and gave me another quote with the "discount", still well over $200 what I was quoted the afternoon before. They were not apologetic at all. Poor customer service. I'll be going elsewhere.

I had to cancel a same-day appointment due to a work emergency and was told over the phone it was "no problem." By Chastity (I think that was her name if I remember correctly). Later, I noticed a $25 cancellation fee charged to my credit card, even though my membership is set up on my debit card. I was never informed about the fee during the call, nor did I authorize my credit card to be used for membership charges. At my next visit, I updated my debit card information, but my monthly membership was again charged to my credit card. When I stopped by to purchase a Valentine's Day gift card that weekend, I explained the situation to the front desk and was told they wouldn't have charged it without authorization. There was no apology or acknowledgment, which was disappointing, especially given I was actively supporting the business. The estheticians are great, but the billing confusion and lack of customer service at the front desk have me reconsidering my membership.
