I was supposed to get cut on today for a cyst but I had noticed it had gone away and didn't need to be cut on, I also had to have sutures removed from my shoulder from two weeks prior. I shared with his assistant and she removed the sutures and said that's all. Dr D.H. never came into see how everything was going with the rest of my body. In all my visits I never had a body check other than asked if I had any thing of interest to be looked at. Those spots were sprayed and no follow up to check at another appointment to see how they did. I went to Dr.D.H. to see a Doctor in Dermatology leaving my Dermatologist of thirty years thinking I wanted a doctor to check me out. Unfortunately he wasn't as thorough as she was with inspecting my body for everything. It's sad to say a friend of mine told me "all Saguaro Dermatology wants to do is cut." Kinda makes sense now.

We were finally able to move forward with getting answers, and we are so thankful we chose this office. Brittany was wonderful. She was thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we understood the next steps. Her communication and professionalism really helped ease our concerns. My husband needed several biopsies done, and if you've ever had a skin biopsy, you know the numbing process can be one of the most uncomfortable parts. The medical assistant was amazing. She did everything she could to keep him calm, explain what was happening, and make the process as quick and comfortable as possible. The office itself was very clean, and the entire staff was welcoming and kind. Going through something as stressful as skin cancer evaluations can be overwhelming, but this team made us feel like we were in good hands. We are very happy we chose this office for my husband's skin cancer care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable providers.

They do not seem to be knowledgeable in how insurance works and how medications get covered. You can tell that by reading some of the comments here that this has gone on for some time. I have had 2-3 instances now in which I leave a voicemail, no return call, and the office claims they were never received. That cannot and should not happen over and over. It is difficult to actually speak to someone at the office and patients are left no choice but to leave a voicemail. It is frustrating and time consuming to for the patient to constantly leave messages without any follow up from the office. The response is typically "our office is really busy." Not the patients problem and our lives are busy too. Most of us don't just sit around waiting to call the dermatologist. We have jobs and lives too, I personally find that to be a poor response to a problem. If the office is "too busy" to respond then either more staff is needed or a different system to address that part of your practice.

I even asked about my Melasma, which another doctor told me there was "nothing I can do" because I enjoyed being outside, Dr Price again gave me hope and options that didn't feel like I would have. The nurse and the front staff were great and friendly, They made you feel comfortable. I left her office excited for the first time in a long time, I was so happy with my visit - I wanted to cry

She's helped me with everything from routine skin checks to random skin surprises, and her bedside manner is top-tier. Seriously, if you've ever had to strip down in front of a near stranger, you know it can be awkward - Kimberly makes it feel like no big deal. She gives super practical skin care advice, nails her diagnoses every time, and manages to make dermatology way less intimidating than it should be. Shoutout to the rest of the SkinScience staff too! All the ladies are super friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Unless my skin suddenly develops self-healing superpowers (unlikely at the rate I'm going), this team is stuck with me for the foreseeable future!
