When this location first opened around 2022 or so their service was incredible! The manager always…read moremade sure you had your next appointment scheduled, asked about any additional areas needed prior to price changes and was very flexible even though their books were generally booked. I graduated and all was well. A few months ago I decided I wanted to have another location laser treated so I called no answer. I text no answer. I finally was able to reach someone but the price is now $800 more than what I was quoted prior. The staff stated there was nothing they could do about the price since I did not purchase prior but I was never notified of the possible price change. I was trying to decide if I wanted to move forward or not so I was asking a ton of questions. It would depend on the day sometimes the staff was helpful and sometimes it almost felt like they wrote you off as if it's your fault you didn't sign up sooner. I'm disappointed about the service but I moved forward with the area. Now it's been a few months and you can never get an appointment, staff will cancel your appointment day of, and will not reschedule you. Not ideal when you spend thousands of dollars for this service. Not sure how they have so many 5 stars with this service level especially being a prior client. Yes, service works but ideally I would skip out on this location.
