I had Jen recommended the laser for my face and it ruined my skin. I had a terrible reaction with rosacea she was aware of this and recommended her laser treatment. I paid for a series of 3 trusting her. Big mistake she agreed that my rosacea caused the problem but refused to admit it was her treatment. She refused to refund. The amount used. I ignored Jen's grumpy nature the first visit (because I had bought a 3-time package). I tried to be flattering and friendly. I am not perfect either so when I was late we shortened my treatment. Makes sense. But Jen is in the wrong business. She is not happy working with people and she has an inpatient disposition - a rough and uncaring "bedside manner" which makes you feel vulnerable in the chair. Lastly, but the reason my family insisted I write a review... she withheld my money after offering a refund on the phone. I provided proof of payment and a history of apts. Still an argument. I was considering getting some Botox and some filler's and one of my friends had recommended to have an IPL treatment. Of course, I had no idea what this was however was told that I would benefit from the IPL because it reduces and removes sun spots as well as fine lines. She said at times if you have this completed before Botox or filler's you may not require as much. For those that may not know what an IPL is it is Photorejuvenation but others may call it a Photo facial. I did some research on my own and decided to make an appointment with Jennifer. I will say the procedure went quickly and Jennifer is very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly however it can be a little uncomfortable depending on your skin. Any little bit of uncomfortable that I felt over 15 minutes was well worth the results I have seen so far in the four weeks that have gone by. Most of my sunspots have diminished after the first treatment and some are very faded and many fine lines have been reduced. I have never been so impressed with this type of treatment and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a more youthful appearance. After the first week my closest friends asked me what I had done as well as my coworkers. One thing I did not know is that the IPL treatment helps to restore our collagen back within our skin. You see, as we get older our collagen produces less and less and that is what keeps our face looking more fuller preventing the fine lines as we age. I just went back again today for my second treatment because it's recommended to go back two to three times the first year and then maintain one time yearly after that. I will say I have spent very little money and have seen great results and I am looking forward to seeing the changes over the next few months. I highly recommend Jennifer and the services she offers, however remember everyone's skin is different and results can vary. Let her know I had recommended her. read more

Amazing results! What a difference in such a short time. Being skeptical of any treatment to my face after online research and many consultations I chose Laser Options by Jen, so glad I did. Not only does she have a medical background and state of the art equipment she centrally located, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Most importantly, knowledgeable. Treatment started with a second lengthy consult, what seemed like a 10 page questionnaire about my health, habits, etc. pictures on what to expect, a couple signatures and we were off to the races.much to my surprise almost no pain with the Refractive resurfacing and zero pain with hair removal.
