I had Jen recommended the laser for my face and it ruined my skin. I had a terrible reaction with rosacea she was aware of this and recommended her laser treatment. I paid for a series of 3 trusting her. Big mistake she agreed that my rosacea caused the problem but refused to admit it was her treatment. She refused to refund. The amount used. And wanted me to continue with another treatment for the remaining balance. If someone totally ruins your skin do you trust that person??NO I have pictures not sure how. To add BE very careful trusting Laser by Jen she Only cares about her moobey if you. Have a problem!!!!!!!! read more

Jen is the absolute best! As a dark skinned girl, it can be worrisome to try to find a facility that is knowledgable when it comes to working with my skin type & laser hair removal. When I moved to PHX, Jen was the first provider I tried out, and I've been stuck ever since. She is the only one I trust. From the first appt, Jen put me at ease. She is so personable & kind hearted. She knows exactly what she's doing and will get you the best results in the safest possible manner. read more

I absolutely love Jen. She's amazing and has restored my confidence. I struggle with acne on my back and face. She has completely gotten rid of my acne and lightened my scars, as well as minimized the appearance of my pores on my face. I never thought I'd feel confident walking around with little to no makeup but even on special events, I only wear tinted moisturizer now. I have been slowly getting all my friends to go to her and after only one session, my friends acne completely disappeared as well. read more

Laser Options By Jen - Check out my before and after of just one IPL treatment. I'm blown away, My sun spots and fine lines are almost gone! - Medical Spas Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

I ignored Jen's grumpy nature the first visit (because I had bought a 3-time package). I tried to be flattering and friendly. I am not perfect either so when I was late we shortened my treatment. Makes sense. But Jen is in the wrong business. She is not happy working with people and she has an inpatient disposition - a rough and uncaring "bedside manner" which makes you feel vulnerable in the chair. Lastly, but the reason my family insisted I write a review... she withheld my money after offering a refund on the phone. I provided proof of payment and a history of apts. Still an argument. Keep it. Good luck. read more

I was considering getting some Botox and some filler's and one of my friends had recommended to have an IPL treatment. Of course, I had no idea what this was however was told that I would benefit from the IPL because it reduces and removes sun spots as well as fine lines. She said at times if you have this completed before Botox or filler's you may not require as much. For those that may not know what an IPL is it is Photorejuvenation but others may call it a Photo facial. I did some research on my own and decided to make an appointment with Jennifer. I will say the procedure went quickly and Jennifer is very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly however it can be a little uncomfortable depending on your skin. Any little bit of uncomfortable that I felt over 15 minutes was well worth the results I have seen so far in the four weeks that have gone by. Most of my sunspots have diminished after the first treatment and some are very faded and many fine lines have been reduced. I have never been so impressed with this type of treatment and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a more youthful appearance. After the first week my closest friends asked me what I had done as well as my coworkers. One thing I did not know is that the IPL treatment helps to restore our collagen back within our skin. You see, as we get older our collagen produces less and less and that is what keeps our face looking more fuller preventing the fine lines as we age. I just went back again today for my second treatment because it's recommended to go back two to three times the first year and then maintain one time yearly after that. I will say I have spent very little money and have seen great results and I am looking forward to seeing the changes over the next few months. I highly recommend Jennifer and the services she offers, however remember everyone's skin is different and results can vary. Let her know I had recommended her. read more

AMAZING! Jen is awesome and I waited until my 3rd treatment to post anything just to be safe. I am very pleased with noticeable success! I had a horrible experience at a Med Spa 4 to 5 years ago and gave up on it all, but I wanted to try again and was very reluctant and much research, emailing and talking with multiple places I choose to give Jen a chance and I'm so happy I did. I saw results after the first treatment that I never did with the "med spa". Highly recommend Jen is fantastic! read more

Jen is one of the best in the industry! As a prior administrator and provider myself I trust Jen with any and all clients. I have not only seen the out come Jen has provided many- she has treated me as well. She is respectful, honest and trustworthy. She knows her skin and her lasers! The Viva treatment is the best! I.T is a radio frequency device that builds collagen and elastin as well as changes pore size and texture. ANY one who says this device does not work is either crazy or looking for a free service because this device is AMAZING and so is Jen! read more

FIVE WHOLE COMPLETE STARS! Who's ready to invest in themselves starting with smooth as silk skin?!! I for one love my results to the point where I keep going back for more areas. Jen's machine is state of the art and brand new, I've seen such a difference in my hair removal in 3 treatments than I had ever seen with 20 treatments at another place. (I was pregnant and having kids the last 5 years and couldn't get treatment and a lot of it grew back, so it was time for a touchup) Jen's machine zapped it better with way less treatments!! read more

Jen's attention to detail is on point! I'm new to this mans camping thing but the laser treatment doesn't hurt and works great. Thumbs up

Amazing results! What a difference in such a short time. Being skeptical of any treatment to my face after online research and many consultations I chose Laser Options by Jen, so glad I did. Not only does she have a medical background and state of the art equipment she centrally located, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Most importantly, knowledgeable. Treatment started with a second lengthy consult, what seemed like a 10 page questionnaire about my health, habits, etc. pictures on what to expect, a couple signatures and we were off to the races.much to my surprise almost no pain with the Refractive resurfacing and zero pain with hair removal. I've excluded before and after pics for other who may be a bit nervous of what to expect. Best thing is by dinner time no redness and I looked completely normal. Thanks Jen! Two more treatments and I'll look like a kid again read more

With Jennifer's background and experience I was willing to give lase a try, and man am I glad I did! Laser hair removal is so much better than shaving every week!. Mmmmm... Even writing a review can be embarrassing: getting old for a man means very often a migration of hair from everywhere to the back. Admitting the fact is already a good point and hating it is a bonus! As I could not see myself shaving my back I found Jen Ives at Laser Options. After a few sessions my back has returned to its "baby" look and I do not feel embarrassed by it anymore. Jennifer is very professional and knows how to modulate her laser even when I had a sun burnt! It takes around 6 appointments to get a definitive result. A big "merci" !! read more
