I moved to anthem and saw the great reviews at Premier wellness center. 5 weeks ago Dr. Kelly Collins injected my lips for the second time. Immediately I noticed a huge lump forming on the left side of my upper lip. It is a clear bubble filled of Juvederm (cyst) which is caused by improper injection. I came back twice to have her dissolve it but the cyst is still there after a whole month!!! I asked for my money back and Dr. Kelly who is also the owner would not give me my money back and told me to read the sign in the front of the window that says "no refunds" which I still have not seen.

She "knew" exactly where to apply more or less pressure on my feet, legs, head and shoulders. My toes look and feel fabulous! I am so grateful that I met Lilly. This wasn't my first time getting a detox as I usually do them a couple times a year but this is the first time since moving to AZ. He said I needed 9 months worth but he could only prescribe 3 months at a time. So after 3 months I did another Teladoc visit, and unfortunately they assigned me to Dr. England. She refused to refill my prescription, even though I had messages from the previously doctor stating I would need 9 months of it. When I explained this to her, she completely disregarded me. My condition had been improving, but now there is a lapse in my medication. She is a horrible doctor!!
