After finally arriving, checking in, and completing all of the required paperwork, I was brought back to the treatment room and was literally lying on the bed ready for my service when I was informed that I could not be treated due to my medical history. My frustration is not necessarily with the decision itself, but with the timing and lack of communication. If the medical questionnaire had been sent to me before my appointment, the staff could have reviewed it ahead of time and informed me that I was not a candidate for microneedling. Instead, I took time off work, drove nearly an hour round trip, completed all of the intake forms, and was turned away at the last possible moment. What was even more confusing was that I asked whether I could receive a facial instead. I explained that I get facials regularly and would have preferred receiving some type of service since I had already made the trip. Despite that, I was told I could not receive any treatment and that I would not be eligible for services for an entire year. As someone who manages chronic health conditions, I left feeling dismissed rather than cared for. I fully support providers prioritizing patient safety, but there is a professional and respectful way to handle those situations. The lack of advance screening, the inconvenience, and the way the situation was handled made this one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had. If you have a complex medical history or chronic health conditions, I would strongly encourage you to contact the office and discuss your eligibility before making the trip. UPDATE: Since Yelp does not allow replies, the owner commented on my review stating that communication had been given to me prior to my appointment. This is completely untrue. I have no emails or text messages from them regarding my medical history or directions to their building other than just the address. I understand safety is the top priority. But the lack of accountability is really disheartening.

Upon entering for my visit I was immediately welcomed & within minutes they brought me back for my treatment. Once I was settled in with my numbing cream on my lips for some filler, I showed the girl how my top lip had a couple of bumps of filler from the other spa not injecting properly! Immediately they brought in Mary, one of the nurses to get her opinion of whether I should get some dissolver injected to those areas.... we decided against it! Instead my Esthetician, Alizia poked the particular area with the needle in order to squeeze out the pool of filler & I had immediate relief! Right then I knew I was in the right Medspa because they clearly knew what they were doing! Once Alizia was finished getting rid of my few pockets of filler in my top lip she was then ready to correct my lips in making them look plump & pretty! The whole time Alizia was injecting my lips she was talking me through it & it barely hurt during the injections because they gave me a little gel pack to numb my lips during the process! After about 20 minutes of the initial filling of my lips Alizia was finished & I was so happy with my results, they turned out exactly as I was wanting! How does a plastic surgeon not know that doing lipo on your hips will make your butt flatter.. He is so fake nice in the begining but if you call for follow up youll just speak to the assistant. who will dissuade you almost felt like she was trying to talk me out of seeing him. at one point my stitches on my tummy tuck wasnt closing appropriately and i went for a follow up due to a hole i had and he was inspecting the area wtih no gloves in my open incision. So he deformed me took my money and then didnt help after. i didnt even try anymore to follow up with him i will save up and try to get fixed in brazil. his office should be shut down he doesnt care about the patient. dont let that fake smile fool you. just motivated by money not truly wanting to make the patient happy. he botched me so bad
