I ended up doing 2 sessions while I was on vacation (the I don't know what to book one!) and time just flew by during my sessions! April is so personable and makes you feel like you've known her forever. I couldn't believe the before and after pics she showed me after my second session was done! This type of side effect was never mentioned during the consultation or consent process. I am now under medical care for the burn, and unfortunately, it is not guaranteed that the scar will ever go away. The emotional and physical toll of this experience has been significant. Even after this injury, Bodify never offered a refund or any compensation for the treatment that caused such harm. In fact, they have continued to attempt to collect full payment for the procedure.....$3000!!!! Consumers deserve to be fully informed of all potential risks before undergoing cosmetic procedures -- especially when the outcome can be permanent. I'm sharing my experience in hopes of helping others make a truly informed decision. Response to owner: it's unacceptable that your only response to my situation is done publicly after I write a review! You never once reached out to me after the incident happened in Jan - yet had the technician who cause the burn to continue to gaslight me! I don't care how many procedures Bodify performs- this happened and it happened to me and EVERYONE SHOULD SEE WHAT COULD happen. I got started right away because treatments must be spaced a month apart and I wanted to take full advantage of the time I had. After three months of treatment, it was clear that more treatments were needed. When I went back in month four for the "results" unveiling, I was told that if I wanted another treatment (which I did), it was going to cost me $500 more. I explained that was not communicated and not my understanding and yet, I was pushed to wait another month and come back with the understanding that at that time, I'd receive treatment. I did go back after another 30 days (still within the 5-month period) and was told that the pictures show results and that I would now have to pay $1,000 if I wanted another treatment. I was shocked and feel incredibly mislead. I wish I could recommend this place due to the friendly staff, but unfortunately because of bad business practices, I cannot.

I booked the 60 minute Japanese Headspa with Reve. When I arrived, we chatted about my experience with head spas I've been to, and Reve just gets it- we (well at least I) go to relax and have a moment to escape, not for scalp bootcamp. After getting settled, Reve started with a head massage then transitioned into the main event- what feels very ritualistic, the wash and scalp cleanse. 60 minutes of pure bliss and peace (so much so, my Oura ring thought I took a nap!). I felt so relaxed by the end. I often leave a headspa more relaxed than I came, but feel like my scalp has been overly scrubbed/treated (if that makes sense). I left AZ Body Bar with my scalp feeling balanced, and floated to my car. A few notes for your first visit- 1) Book online- very easy, plus you'll get auto reminders pushed to you 2) Park in the garage near Etta or Eddie V's then walk to the side where Sol Cantina and Eddie V's is (along the Greenway Hayden Loop)- once you enter the lofts, you'll quickly find the suite. 3) As with all headspa experiences, you'll be given a towel wrap to change into, and then tuck yourself into a bed, it can get a little chilly (especially with the water on then turned off, etc.) so wear cozy socks- they'll provide a booster for under your legs! 4) You leave with wet hair (I remember being surprised the very first time I went to a headspa) so have a plan to head home to blow dry!
