My experience with Esthetic Solutions and their staff was that of phenomenal professionalism. From the moment of my first visit, I was made to feel like I was a part of the family. Rachel welcomed me with gentle kindness. I was guided along through my experience with knowledge and compassion. I scheduled for a long overdue HALO and BBL treatment; followed up with some laser hair removal. Debbie is more than a Certified Laser Technician, she takes the time to examine, educate and explain every step of the process. With nearly 2 decades of laser knowledge, she provides you with an extraordinary experience that includes product expertise and follow-up care. And, if you're looking for someone with a great personality, you'll get that as well. I'm so fortunate that I did my homework and discovered the HALO Queen. NOTE: I have been researching for years trying to find the right provider and establishment. Emily has put together an incredible team and first-class experience. Thank you for making me feel special! read more

Dr. Emily Troyan is the absolute best! She knows the exact formula to keep me looking younger yet natural. "I don't want to be frozen" she gets it and she delivers. Her bedside manner is the perfect balance of professionalism and comfort. I live in the far west valley and I make the trip to see her over others nearby because I know I will get the utmost highest caliber service every time. The office is beautifully trendy and so clean with the friendliest staff...and hello champagne! I highly recommend! 10 stars! read more

I had high hopes for this place as it was a referred to me. The space itself is beautiful and in a nice location. However, this was a one and done for me. I went here several years ago and it was the worst appointment of my life. They try to hard sell you on everything from tox, fillers, kybella, scupltra, skin care product, laser etc. I thought Emily was nice but she bragged about how she sells so much tox and services news anchors and politicians. She does give a thorough consult and points out everything that needs/can be fixed and I thought that was wonderful but I don't like to feel pressured to buy without having time to conduct research etc. I did get tox, but the placement was off. I did NOT go to the follow up and instead went to someone else who fixed the issue. I seriously couldn't wait for this appointment to be done. Being pushy and hard selling didn't make me feel comfortable. I do want to be made aware of what my options are but not pressured to buy. They text/call you frequently to make appointments even though you have communicated you wont be returning. Which is what prompted this review several years later. I wish my experience would have been different as this location is super close to where I reside. read more

Fun experience, basically a full service spa with being at the salon. Get your facials, blowouts and injectable's at one stop!

I hate to leave this review because I really liked this place but they crossed the line. I have been here several times and they do good work, however they can get a bit pushy on making appointments. They made one for me and I asked to be flexible on it because my mother was in Hospice and it was getting to a time when I didn't know if I would be able to make appointments. Sure enough my mother went into critical care and passed the day of my appointment. Mind you I did cancel the night before but it wasn't within 24hrs. I called them to explain but no help. There was no empathy of what I was going through, no recollection of me asking for flexibility and a total disregarded for me as a customer, that had brought in other patients and had paid some pretty good money for past services; far more substantial than a $100 cancelation fee. Like I said, I hate to leave a negative review on a place I really liked but when the human conditions takes a backseat to a paltry monetary gain someone has to say something. It's not right and everyone looses. I loose a place I liked to go and trusted and they loose me as a good customer who would have given years of loyalty, all because they felt $100 was worth more then me loosing my mother. Something here is just is not right. Very bossy, refuse to quote a price for service. Lots of staff changes. No feeling of consistency. The prices must be very high - or they would not be reluctant to give a ball park. There are so many medspas in Scottsdale. I will find one that wants my business. read more

I've followed Emily for some time on Instagram. she's clearly an expert in her field with two decades of experience fine tuning her skill and art. I've been so pleased with the results I've had. She is not a practitioner that will try to make your face into something it is not naturally. She'll augment those features of your skin that have changed over time from aging reversing those age related changes giving you a natural and more youthful appearance. I highly recommend Aesthetic Solutions. read more

I've been a client for many years and I have always received the most gracious and professional treatment as a client. While the office presentation is sophisticated, welcoming and beautiful, it pales in comparison to the personal experience you receive working with Emily and her staff. The results have never disappointed! If you are looking for white glove treatment and results that enhance and promote the best of you, look no further. Personally, I enjoy the profound, yet discreet benefits of the services I receive regularly, such as Botox and laser (I receive compliments on my skin constantly). If you are feeling run down, their IV/B-12 services are comfortable and effective. Esthetic Solutions is the best in the industry. read more

Love Emily and her staff. She has a conservative touch and I never look altered. She listens to you and is a wonderful communicator besides being a stellar technician/nurse. I get compliments from friends and family! Those that don't know me just think I look young! Just what we want, ladies! Am I right? My honest daughters give me wonderful feedback. Beautiful office!!! Lovely to be there! Highly recommend! I had Torey today and she also has a light touch. She sprinkles the Botox and strives for subtle. She is lovely and very very good. Jennifer at the front desk is the kindest and she is very good at what she does. I loved her! All of these ladies are beautiful inside and out. read more

Esthetic Solutions Med Spa - Medical Spas Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

A few years ago, I was introduced to Esthetic Solutions by a colleague who always seemed to be just glowing in her own skin. (We all have those friends, right?) I wondered, "What did she know that I didn't?" So, I asked... And, I'm so glad that I did as she led me to Emily. As with all of us, (AZ natives like me especially) the sun exposure from youth is not kind as we age. For me, fine lines were forming around my eyes and on my forehead, making me appear tired all of the time despite the fact that I felt vibrant on the inside. Naturally, I wanted to put my best face forward and for my outward appearance to reflect the way I felt on the inside. So, I made an appointment with Emily and from the very first phone call, I knew I was in caring hands. Kaelyn, who runs the front office at the practice couldn't have been more helpful, kind or accommodating during the scheduling process. She was even able to get me in the same week which was perfect given that I had some special events coming up where I wanted to look my best. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was warmly greeted. Emily spent a full 30 minutes investing the time to truly understand my aesthetic goals. She is a RN which was important to me as I wanted someone with medical expertise to entrust my care to. After my initial consultation, my nerves were immediately put at ease. Not only is she a medical expert with a keen eye for detail, she is also extremely kind, fun, caring and approachable. She recommended Botox to address the areas of dissatisfaction and shared a few other recommendations (at my request) that she felt would best compliment my facial structure. After the first appointment, I was hooked. Her artistic eye for detail is truly impressive. She also provides exceptional aftercare (which I never expected from an aesthetic service), following up after each appointment to check in on your satisfaction. And, if touch-ups are needed, she's got you... at no extra charge. Price-wise, she is not the cheapest (there is a struggling business out there with a Groupon... and, who knows what you're actually getting) but her pricing is extremely reasonable for the expert service she provides. I've referred many friends to Emily and they all have shared my sentiments: She's the best, and the only one I'll trust for my aesthetic needs. read more

All I can say is thank goodness I found Esthetic Solutions on Yelp. I was looking to move on from where I was getting my injectables (plastic surgeon's med spa) because I just got the feeling they didn't care about me - I was just one more body coming thru their revolving door. Emily was THE first person to ever to make suggestions, not just ask me "so...what do you want this time?" She truly makes your face her canvas, and she is going to create something beautiful and best of all, completely natural looking. Could I go somewhere else and pay less? Absolutely. Been there, done that. Am I absolutely thrilled with how I look lately? Without a doubt, my money has been well spent. Thank you, Emily & "Magic" Mary! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Torey V to fill my tear troughs and do some Botox. I have been getting fillers and Botox for over 19 years and I have never ever paid FOUR thousand dollars , not even close. I feel I was taken advantage BY Emily. I did agree to pay this at the time of my appointment but only because I was told the fillers were long lasting and for a year at the least. I could have gotton a permanent change to my face for four thousand dollars , like my eye lids done !!! I am disappointed because only 3 months later I can hardly see the fillers in there anymore. For four grand and just three months worth of temporary improvements , that's just insane. I am far from rich and I am very regretful I agreed to pay this almost 4 thousand dollars. My husband is not happy to see my changes have faded away so quickly either. I feel it's all about money in these businesses and it's shameful really. read more

Emily and her staff are amazing!!! Such a wonderful practice! I love my results!

We came to the Scottsdale area to do some camping & rock climbing. While here, I needed to get some Botox for my frown lines, since my last injection had worn off. I chose Esthetic Solutions because of the many positive reviews and so glad I did. They were super accommodating to my schedule, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and Emily was amazing!!! She took the time to introduce herself and talk about my options. When she injected, she used a machine that vibrated so there was no pain. I will definitely go back next time we're in the area. read more

If you want great results at a great price then I couldn't recommend this place more! There is definitely something to be said about having the same person giving you injections consistently. They get to know your face well and how it will respond to the injections. Emily and her staff are friendly and put you at ease. They don't try to oversell you either which definitely makes me feel they are keeping to my agenda not theirs. I am totally satisfied with my results and will continue on my quarterly maintenance plan. Which is the most economical way to get the results I want. I highly recommend Emily! read more
