Wonderful results. Customer service is like talking to an old friend. Very kind very gentle. Amazing crew. I highly recommend it.

Extremely nice staff that is super helpful with the services and packages. Every time I go in there each staff member is so nice. That's a huge draw for me. The hair removal itself is great as in I have seen a lot of improvement over the years if hair removal. read more

I went to Laser Away for laser hair removal. I like the staff--professionally trained and friendly--but I am devastated by the lack of results. On my last visit, which I later learned was actually one visit short of the final session, I pointed out that I still had a lot of hair. Their response was to pressure me into buying more visits or "touch-ups." I decided to wait a few months to assess the actual results, and to my shock, most of the hair grew back. A few spots the size of a coin remained, but that's it. I've had laser hair removal before with a different company, 13 years ago, and I knew what to expect. I naively believed Laser Away would deliver on their promise. I spoke with the store manager and a nurse about my dilemma and the lack of results, but it's a huge headache not only because I still have poor results, but because I'm locked into a contract due in a year. I still owe more than $2,000 for a service that did not deliver the promised results. If I don't pay on time, the amount could balloon due to interest and fees, adding almost $3,000 to my debt. To make matters worse, the store manager offered no real solutions besides paying for more treatments at a discount or getting the missed treatment for free. I asked to speak with someone with real authority, and I was told there was nobody I could call and that I should wait for a return call. I am still waiting. read more

I spent $10k and my before & after pics looked identical, except now I have a ton of scar tissue. Results were so non-existent that the employee helping me during my follow-up recommended I ask for either a refund or try the procedure again. Met with the manager and she said they absolutely do not do refunds but could try the procedure again. The problem is that after lipo the scar tissue the lipo creates acts like concrete, she explained, so it would be tricky and would require a more experienced Dr to come in. She then tried to gaslight me that I looked great and didn't need to redo the procedure. If that was the case, why did you accept me and my $10k to begin with?? When I tried to schedule a re-do I was ghosted. Would absolutely not recommend this company. I would have been better off spending a bit more to go under the knife to get real results. read more

No one ever contacted me about my review from a month ago Mysteriously after my review the (6) clear and brilliant facials that I had in my account dwindled to only (1) When I contacted the site and LA corporate offices no one could explain when the other facials were utilized in 2024 and instead tallied facials and previous packages purchased in 2021? Showed up at 450pm for 5pm & 530pm appointments. I went into exam room. Waited more than 30 min. Nurse came in and asked for my cell number. No explanation given. She came back to see if I accepted the telemedicine text. My phone was with my purse. Again no explanation. Logged into Wi-Fi and spoke with someone who asked about 4 questions. 10 more minutes passed until nurse returned and did the hydrating facial. The room was freezing. Bright lights (dimmed when she started the facial). Facial seemed to last about 20 minutes. She turned lights up and showed me some yellowish liquid and said the facial was done and a lot of "good stuff" was removed. Meanwhile, my friend sat in the waiting room for almost an hour, did her telemedicine call and was told by the receptionist she needed to reschedule her appointment because they were backed up and the "GFE" was incomplete. No explanation of what the GFE was. She did not reschedule and asked for a refund. Was told she only had "credits". Asked if I could be refunded and was told no but credited her with a free service (which we are not interested in and will not return). I would not recommend a late in the day appointment. I also think the staff is used to the membership patients and did not take the time to explain anything to us. It also felt very clinical, definitely not a med spa experience. read more

I had CoolSculpting done on my abs and flanks at LaserAway, and I truly regret trusting this company. I was told by the sales rep (who executed my contract) that I'd "be back to normal in about 10 days." Fast forward 8 weeks, and I'm still struggling with swelling, tightness, and nerve discomfort that limits my ability to work out, play golf, or even live normally. The rep that sold me was not at the Scottsdale location. The staff there was fine, but the corporate customer service reps are horrible. When I tried to get a refund (or even partial credit for the mess this has caused), they offered a credit for alternative serhices--but only if I agreed to spend MORE money with them. Then the b*tch had the nerve to tell me CoolSculpting "isn't a replacement for a healthy lifestyle" and "not a miracle cure," which is ridiculous because for context, I'm not fat--I'm 5'9" and 170 lbs, with a good amount of muscle. I just wanted to tighten up some loose skin after naturally losing 45 lbs over the last several years. Their rep made it sound like a simple, low-risk procedure. It was anything but. I even tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but LaserAway fought it, and the charge stands. Now I'm out $1050, dealing with lingering complications from a procedure that was wildly misrepresented. The way their customer service treated me--condescending, dismissive, and unhelpful--is just icing on the cake. If you're considering CoolSculpting at LaserAway--BEWARE. Their sales pitch is misleading, their recovery timeline is unrealistic, and their customer service after the sale is downright nasty. It's like a bad car deal. Best way I can describe it. I'd consider legal action if I could, but for now, I'll start with this public warning: Don't waste your money or risk your health with this company. read more

I love this place! Halle was great with my daughter and me. Great customer service and this location is always very clean and cute!

This business gave away my daughter's appt today for being 7 min late due to difficult parking. The staff was extremely rude to her, and to me when I called back to inquire why this happened. I asked to speak to management and or the owner and the front desk girl Michelle hung up on me on purpose. Buyer beware of this place. Update. As expected there has been NO follow up by any staff member. read more

Just called re tattoo removal (my tattoo is tiny, less than 2 inches and almost gone/faded from prior laser removal elsewhere) I was quoted around $300 and up for three sessions !!! I just looked and they have a Groupon running at the moment for $92 for three sessions Quite a difference. I don't trust this company after this and probably won't ever go here for any services. Disappointing. read more

Came here to write another amazing review for this place! I loved my nurse Taylor!! She was so friendly and I felt like we were just hanging out while she treated me- that's how comfortable the process was. Once again I love that this company ONLY hires medical nurses- you're in great hands here. Thanks Taylor and the Scottsdale team! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Huge scam, I spent close to $5000 and still have dark hair growing. It's thinner and less frequent, but I still have to shave weekly. I reached out to corporate and was only offered two complimentary sessions and was told "results aren't guaranteed". I had Brazilian, legs, happy trail, and feet/toes. Even my toes have hair still! It's not just patchy, my entire leg still has hair after 12 sessions. Go to a true med spa with a stronger laser, I had my under arms done elsewhere with ZERO hair growing back, this is a cash cow that will take your money. read more

Seriously?! I cannot imagine my first session being any better if it weren't for Jenny! The sweetest person ever. Soooo patient, kind, enthusiastic, and a joy to be around. I have such a low tolerance for pain and it really wasn't painful at all! Jenny explained every single process, and made me feel so comfortable. 10/10 recommend ! read more

This store is the greatest scammer 1er. They run your credit, take your money, and tell you that you have to do other stuff because they don't ta the precautions that they should. Like first do consulting and then change, no they charge 1er then offer then other services then you don't want. They stay with everything and don't care about you at all. Zero professionalism. The most terrible experience in customer service. read more

My first laser hair removal treatment was today and Ashley did a phenomenal job! She was great at explaining the process before and after. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire treatment. Does zero stars count? I am not someone who wastes time on giving bad reviews...but this one is very well deserved. After spending a small fortune on Laser Hair Removal, and being a few months out I can honestly say this is a huge SCAM! When I went in for my 6th and final appt, the tech said she would turn it up a little higher since I was still seeing regrowth. I thought, "NOW it's going to be turned up? What have they been doing the last five times?" Anyway, after going thru the entire treatment program I can tell you...please do not spend your money. I am shaving every day in all areas of treatment, just as I was before spending the $3k. They told me that I can spend about $1500 (or something close to that, I was hardly listening to the sales person), to go thru another treatment or two...to which I scoffed. No thanks! I will NEVER spend another dime at this place...EVER. TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY...and I will tell EVERYONE I know about it. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, you will be disappointed! read more

Ashley. The most wonderful, caring, and fun nurse! My first couple sessions were intimidating, hence I've never had laser hair removal before, but after meeting Ashley she's made the appointments more enjoyable, she's fun to talk with, makes your feel comfortable, and ALWAYS makes sure you are happy with your results. Awesome person, awesome at her job. (At the Scottsdale quarter location) read more

This place is the one to go to. They take great care of you and are organized and helpful through your journey. I use them for hair removal in some of those spots I just don't want to work on as much all over, and all the qualified nurses have the knowledge to walk you through the process. They are real professionals as they work on you and help you take care of your body. Each of the staff has a great personality, and make the process more comfortable for me. Came here to remove the "final" remnants of the past, and I'm glad I did. The girls at front are always friendly and welcoming. The wait time is minimal, to say the least, and the technicians performing the procedure all, with the exception of one ( who has moved on), have been just as sweet, informative and professional as can be. I highly recommend this location. Close, conveniently located and clean. read more

Take those yelp review serious. Because I experienced racism, and disrespect from the girl at the front desk. I asked them to have someone from corporate to call me. A manager called When I tried to discussed the circumstances she hung up on me. Before she ended the call she told me that I'm not welcome to go back at laser away for any treatment I am a black woman and I experienced racism at laser away (Scottsdale. AZ) They treated a Caucasian woman who walked in late with so much respect and Greeted her properly. She came late and got served before me when I sat there being ignored by the girl at the front desk. I felt like I was treated like the old days back in history were African Americans were forced to sit in the back of the bus and were not acknowledged. read more

I'm not going to lie to you. I never actually went here. I just got a quote from them for a very small tattoo removal.. it is an extremely small tattoo extremely light. I contacted the Arcadia location regarding tattoo removal services. Janna was able to get me scheduled the next day for my first treatment at the Scottsdale Quarter location. The staff at this location was extremely friendly, made sure my questions were answered, and thoroughly explained additional services to me. The treatment itself was very quick and only minimally painful. I was told not to expect to see any fading of the tattoo until after few appointments. Surprisingly I can see a difference after just one treatment. I'm anxiously awaiting my next appointment and could not be happier with the services so far. read more

Just had a tattoo removal consultation with an extremely rude and pushy lady. First she says my tattoo was bad, I should just remove the whole thing instead of a portion of it like I had wanted. Immediately tells me it will need 10 sessions and it'll be $5,000 (she's only seen a picture and didn't receive any measurements). I ask if it can still be removed since part of it is scarred, she just tells me an RN will be doing the procedure, as if that answered my question. I ask again, she sighs and says yes since an RN will be doing it. Super happy I was able to dodge this nightmare of a company. read more

Today was my first time visiting this location AND my first time receiving Botox. I can't say enough amazing things about Angie Frank! She was on time, so incredibly nice, and kept me well informed the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing and walked me through how they determine the appropriate dosage for each injection point. She was meticulous in her injection skills and would always double check to make sure she was happy with how my face was turning out. The place was clean and everyone was honoring appropriate measures for COVID safety, including temperature checks at the door. Overall, I was so impressed and looking forward to my next visit! Thanks Angie for an amazing first experience! read more
