INCREDIBLE DOCTOR, IMPECCABLE RESULTS. PERCISION IN EVERY DETAIL…read more My entire patient care experience was intentional and relational. Not only was Dr. Gawley informative, but he was also genuinely thoughtful and inquisitive prior to operating to ensure I achieved my desired surgical outcome with comfort and confidence. Within 48 hours of my augmentation, I was already certain I'd made the right decision, my only remaining question was, "Why didn't I do this sooner?" Pain was minimal and recovery was as described. I am now 1-month post-op and thrilled with my results. Dr. Gawley's EXPERTISE MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE when recommending my implant sizing to achieve the proportional, natural looking result I was anticipating. His aesthetic judgement was noteworthy and his expertise was evident. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Gawley.

Interesting recent turn of events at MD Plastic Surgery Gawley. In Oct. 2025 I called and…read morerequested an appointment with Gawley and was told that I would have to pay a consulting fee of $250 plus a $2,000 surgery fee if I wanted an appointment, even though I was a returning client. I questioned why I had to pay a surgery fee up front when I hadn't even seen him. She said that the fee was refundable if I changed my mind after the consultation. I have also been a skin club member of MD Skin for the past 5 years. The next day I got a call from my MD aesthetician saying that skin club members did not have to pay the consultation fee. I saw Dr. Gawley for my appointment and decided not to have the $35K surgery and requested a refund of both the surgery fee and the consultation fee which had been waived. That's where the fun began. The next week I stopped by the office to check on my refund and casually mentioned to the front desk that I would like to make an appointment for a facial consultation. She said that they had just had a cancellation and that Dr. Gawley could see me immediately. He explained that he could not do what I wanted and was concerned that I wouldn't be happy with the results. So I decided that I would not have a $51K surgery that I wouldn't be happy with, and I left the office reminding everyone that I had not received my refund to my bankcard. For the next 2 months I asked for a refund of my $2250 deposit with no response except to pass me on to someone else. Then I talked to the bookkeeper who said she was not going to refund my $2250 and the reasons she gave made no sense. After several more phone calls, I finally talked with Kerri White-Singleton who said that she was the CEO of MD Gawley. She gave me the same rude and pushy run around in a lengthy phone call in which she talked non stop until I said "Let's cut to the chase - are you refunding my deposit or not?" At that point she said that she would make the refund which I finally received the day after Christmas. My recommendation??? Stay away from MD Gawley Plastic Surgery.

From my first consultation with Dr. Mata and Alexa, I felt at ease. When lab results delayed my surgery, they went above and beyond -- even bringing the team in on a Saturday once I was cleared. Her work was phenomenal and I wanted the same type of results and him and his team delivered exactly that. The consultation was done over the phone where Dr. Corey talked about my preferences and he discussed what he think might be best for me based on the information I gave him. I was very open minded with what I wanted and I made sure to mention the most important things to me; upper pole fullness and closing my cleavage was my top priority and I was flexible in the sizing in order for those two priorities to be fulfilled. He recognized off the bat from the photos I sent that I had some unevenness between the girlies and made sure to even them out during the final sizing. He was on point with the final sizing and profile. Throughout the call he was extremely EASY to talk to; literally felt like speaking to a friend. Never once did I feel like the choice wasn't my own nor did I ever feel like he was trying to steer me away from my choices. Many of my friends had experiences where other doctors were trying to convince them a different profile or a bigger/smaller size (a big reason why i didn't go to other well known doctors in philadelphia and went all the way here instead). Surgery is a very high commitment and it can be uncomfortable when your doctor doesn't really respect what you want, but this WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL WITH HIM! He was super informative, very respectful, and even funny lol. Despite coming from such a long way, the process was very smooth and they communicated with me how to estimate which sizes I would like best through a process called the "rice test". Even though I was weary at first, i can say the rice test is pretty accurate now that I am post op! It helped me picked the perfect size that wasn't too big for me but still noticeable. He is amazing and well versed at his job because he was able to suggest a couple sizes for me that I probably never would have picked myself, but it ended up being exactly what I wanted after i tried those sizes during the rice test. He considered my rib cage width, my goals and was realistic. I was weary about sizing and profile types bc I didn't want to look like the letter "P" and he did amazing at suggesting the size and profile. We quickly agreed on medium and 405cc L/445cc R to balance out my unevenness. His team was very communicative and even accommodated my request for an earlier surgery date when unexpected circumstances came up and I could no longer do my original surgery date. This team made me feel so comfortable and reassured me very thoroughly, even after I expressed that I was quite nervous as I have never had a procedure done before. I was literally a mess the night before because i was so nervous but looking back it feels soooo silly bc they took care of me so flawlessly. I literally came into the surgery center scared as heck but woke up painlessly with beautiful boobies LOL. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, the doctor, everyone was so friendly and made me feel more at ease before we got started. Even the recovery process wasn't too bad, Dr. Corey outlined what to expect for the next week and he was spot on. I followed his instructions and so far have no complications a week later (but I am a post op nurse, so I may be a little more familiar with post op care than others). Make sure to follow post op care instructions his team provides in order to prevent complications and unwanted results! Once again, Dr. John J Corey is extremely comfortable to speak to and I had an AMAZING experience. I got a bilateral Transaxillary breast augmentation and i love it to much! The armpit approach gave me no visible scars and anyone I've shown so far has been super impressed! My friends have gotten it under the breast and sometimes the scarring can be dark for women of color (I am asian) so I really appreciate that he recommended this approach to me. Ask more about this approach and whether if it's a good fit for you because it is amazing. The aftercare for this site is less tedious too! I cannot recommend this doctor and his team enough! Thank you so much for giving me confidence and being so welcoming :) I cannot wait to see my final results within the next couple months and hope to be in AZ again one day to show you my results in person. Good luck with every future patient!

A year ago, my world changed after early findings on a routine mammogram led to a diagnosis I never…read moreexpected. I have always been diligent about annual screenings & for more than 20 years, had never received a suspicious result. However, because I live with Myasthenia Gravis, a rare autoimmune neuromuscular disease that makes me a lifelong neurology patient with monthly in-home nursing care, my situation was far more complex than most. Thankfully, catching it early gave us options, but the overwhelming & unanimous recommendation was still a double mastectomy, as my body likely would not have tolerated chemotherapy or radiation if the disease had progressed. What should have been a time met with compassion and guidance quickly became exhausting and discouraging. My family was terrified, and navigating this unfamiliar territory felt impossible. My husband lovingly stood beside me through every oncology appointment reminding me I was beautiful no matter what, while my sister and sister-in-law accompanied me to countless plastic surgery consultations. After seeing five different surgeons across Arizona, each consultation costing hundreds of dollars, I left feeling more defeated each time. Many did not understand my disease, the complexity of needing inpatient surgery at my neuro hospital, or even what mattered most to me emotionally and aesthetically as a woman facing this journey. Then came Dr. Pablo Prichard... TRULY a Godsend in my life. From the moment I met him, everything changed. He spent THREE HOURS with me during my consultation. Three hours listening, educating, reassuring, and most importantly understanding not just my diagnosis, but ME. He understood Myasthenia Gravis. He understood the medical coordination required with my neurologists and hospital team. He was willing to collaborate with anyone necessary to make sure I was safe and cared for properly. The compassion, patience, humility, and bedside manner of Dr. Prichard and his entire office team are almost impossible to put into words. In a world where healthcare can often feel rushed, transactional and impersonal, this experience felt like guardian angels had been placed in my path. Based on his expertise, we proceeded with a two-part surgery (each surgery was 6 hours) involving a nipple-sparing double mastectomy with dermal matrix reconstruction. After seeing so many frightening outcomes and photos beforehand from other doctor's reconstructions, I had dreaded what my future would look like physically. The work Dr. Prichard performed is nothing short of perfection. His artistry, precision, and care gave me results I truly never imagined possible. More importantly, he gave me confidence, peace, and hope during one of the hardest seasons of my life. There is a reason Dr. Pablo Prichard has the reputation and following he does. Including his recognition from his Peacock/NBC television show "Forever Young" which is a MUST WATCH! What amazed me most is how incredibly humble and genuine he remains despite all of it. You would never know the level of recognition he has by the way he treats his patients like each of us are his only patient! I can never fully express the gratitude my family and I have for Dr. Prichard and his phenomenal team. They did not just take care of me surgically, they cared for me emotionally, personally, and wholeheartedly. If you are looking for a surgeon with unmatched skill, compassion, brilliance, and humanity, I truly cannot recommend Dr. Pablo Prichard enough. He changed my life forever, and I will remain grateful for him for the rest of my life.

I'm sharing these photos as a warning to others until I post a more detailed & documented review…read more A month after surgery (chin lipo and submentoplasty) with Michelle, I began developing large, painful nodules under my chin and neck that persistently got worse for over a year. I was initially told by her that it must be allergies to the permanent sutures, so I underwent revision surgery with her. She then diagnosed the nodules as "fat necrosis". Soon after revision surgery, the nodules started appearing again. I was then repeatedly told by Michelle that it must be thyroid-related causes. After seeking another revision from a highly experienced double board-certified plastic surgeon & ENT down the street, I was informed that the nodules were full of pus and bacteria, located on/around the permanent sutures. I was also told that the nodule that was distanced lower than the rest, had a free-hanging suture that wasn't attached to anything. I was advised that what he found was consistent with infection related to the permanent internal sutures Michelle placed in me and could likely be due to the sutures being unsterile/compromised during surgery. This was an extremely painful and distressing experience that significantly impacted my quality of life for OVER a year. When I reached out to her office regarding this, I was met with denial, zero accountability and was warned multiple times in a threatening manner not to post about it online. I strongly encourage anyone considering cosmetic surgery to thoroughly research their provider and ensure they are board-certified in plastic surgery. Unfortunately, a cosmetic surgeon with a doctorates degree in dentistry is a very considerable, and concerning difference.

Caution Regarding Dr. Michelle's Plastic Surgery Services…read more I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others. Based on my personal journey, I cannot recommend undergoing plastic surgery with Dr. Michelle. Years ago, I underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Michelle and was initially satisfied with the results. However, in 2022, I returned for a breast reduction and, prior to surgery, inquired about a small amount of liposuction specifically for my knees. Unfortunately, the outcome was devastating. As the pictures show, significant fat was removed from my legs--far beyond what I requested--while the area I was concerned about (my knees) received minimal attention. This procedure has left me deeply TRAUMATIZED with my appearance, and I feel my body has been irreversibly altered. When I raised my concerns with Dr. Michelle, her solution was to offer a revision surgery at a significantly reduced cost (operating only), which I feel does not fully address or take accountability for the initial outcome or would I ever go back to someone who botched my body I hope my experience can help others make informed decisions about their choices and learn from my mistakes.
