My first pedicure in five years and I wanted to find a great place where the service wasn't rushed. I checked reviews and decided to give Evolve on Happy Valley road a try. I booked the zero gravity pedicure and Aveda skin balancing treatment. It lasted 1 1/2 hours and it was AMAZING! Emma was so sweet and explained everything. I was so relaxed and all my stress melted away. My husband even noticed a big difference and told me I need to go back and try all the services. This is definitely my new place! read more

This is BY FAR my favorite nail salon in the valley. We drive all the way there from south Scottsdale. I keep trying to tell them that if they had one in Old Town, they would kill it. There are no comparable salons in Scottsdale and we have all of the bachelorette party gals here year round. The zero gravity pedicures are a game changer. I do not want to go anywhere else. I have referred at least ten people here, who are also hooked. My family gives each other gift cards for the holidays and we take time to go there together whenever we can. My favorite technician is Kenya. She is so skilled, warm and kind. I love being able to see her when I go in. I got the signature zero gravity pedicure. When I first walked in and saw the chair I was a bit disappointed. The chair looked like nothing special and the massage feature was more of a vibration which I didn't care for. The beginning of the pedi was standard and nothing special but after the preliminary prep the true essence of the pedicure began. I won't spoil everything but it was fantastic and I was so enjoying it, I didn't even realize she had painted my nails. Worth the price and I look forward to going again. read more

Update: I wanted to update my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. The owner or manager called and left a voicemail pretty quickly after my review and though I never called back, I do appreciate that she took the time to reach out. Ultimately, I know a lot of this could have been resolved had I just spoken up and said something. The pedicure itself was fabulous and my toes to this day still look great. The service just didn't match my original experience but I will be back because I know it very well could have just been an off day. Original: The zero gravity pedicure is amazing. However, the first time I had it is was out of this world relaxing. Lights were dim, music was low, no one was talking... it was amazing. Today was a different. The fluorescent overhead lighting stayed on the whole time, the couple next to me was talking to their girls (which is whatever but just not like the first time) but when I was lifted back for the head and shoulder massage started , the bright overhead lighting stayed on. I wasn't given the mask or headphones until after my lady walked away and cleaned her stationed before she painted my toes so I just laid there staring at bright lights. I was intrigued with their offering of the zero gravity pedicure, my first visit was August 13, 2023 and my second visit was February 9, 2024. This review is strictly based off the zero gravity pedicure as I have not received any hair services here. My 1st experience was magical! I made an appointment for the Zero Gravity CBD Spa Pedicure (CBD foot soak, CBD oil massage with warm stones, and parrafin) $95. Kristin did a great job and every step of the way softly told me what she was doing, especially when my eyes were covered. The 1st visit I left feeling rejuvenated & felt like Kristin took great care of me and I felt seen. Soooo, 6 months later I opted to treat myself to another appointment on February 9, 2024 for the same service. My appointment was with Amber. She was over 20 minutes late but when she came to get me apologized for the delay and stated "it's ok we still have enough time for your service". I was not pressed for time so that worked for me. Amber seemed rushed and in a frenzy, she hardly checked in with me on pressure or water temperature and DID NOT let me know when she was putting the warm pillow on my tummy...I was startled as it felt as though she tossed it ( my eyes were covered). When it came to the end of my service she just quickly grabbed the warm eye mask off and swang my seat upright and started cleaning the bowls. I had to ask her if my toes were dry or if I was good to go. She said they should be dry, so I got up to leave and pay. As I was paying, I noticed Amber whisper something to the receptionist. The receptionist said my total was $80. I asked why is it $80 and she said because Amber didn't do the parrafin wax on me. I said ok but that was not cool, especially since she told me we had enough time and Amber didn't bother to tell me or ask if she could skip the parrafin. I was annoyed and the receptionist apologized for the "miscommunication " but there was no miscommunication, she took it on the chin for Amber's lack of customer service. The receptionist was very kind and gave me a mini AVEDA hand cream for my dissatisfaction. Meanwhile Amber was onto her next hair appointment never having apologized to me for not giving me the full service I made the appointment for. I know I have only been here twice, but this is no cheap pedi. I was very upset at the time but took time to reflect before writing my review, yet I still feel wronged and IF I ever go back for a Zero Gravity Pedicure I will be sure to make the appointment with Kristin. To top things off I tried to take off the nail polish Amber painted on my toes today, March 14, 2024, as it's grown out and I can't get it off?!?! I'm using nail polish remover and nothing...who knows what she put on my toes! read more

Upon arriving the spa salon was clean and organized. The decor could use some updating and attention. I waited for my appointment and my provider was late getting me. I opted for one of the zero gravity pedicures with scalp massage and brief neck and shoulder massage. The scrub as really nice, organic and felt fantastic. I wasn't sure about the headphones but they were nice but the same song played several times. Foot filing and cleaning was good, massage for feet and legs very nice. Scalp massage was enjoyable and I wish it would have been longer. And it could have been due to all the time I was left alone. Out of 90 minutes I would say maybe 60 were hands on so this is something I would improve upon. My provider was sweet but again I just felt it should have been priced lower and classified as a 60 minute pedicure. It was a long drive for me so I'm not sure I would make the trip again just due to distance. read more

The TikTok's and instagram reels that have been going viral for the last months is what really intrigued me to come try out the zero gravity pedicure. And yeah it's amazing. It's very unique. You go into a room with I think six or eight pedicure chairs all lined up in a row and you know I think everyone's really excited and everyone's talking and it's just literally an overall good time.. I came in and got the luxe pedicure, which was a 90 minute pedicure that included like a little scalp massage a little shoulder massage is a paraffin wax but yeah it's cool like they put an eye mask over your eyes and then they give you the super trippy music that sounds like you're inside a planetarium. And then everybody pretty much fall asleep, and hear all the boomers snoring or they're still talking, even louder. Lol But the leg massage is pretty awesome. Like comparable to going to a regular nail shop. It's pretty much the same maybe a slightly more pressure and yeah the added bonus was that scalp massage in the shoulder massage because who doesn't like that. The nail polish tho not it because I usually only get gel so it's only been five days and it's already starting to chip I definitely don't like that. Literally all of the nail techs are awesome like the three that I got to talk to you that are we're on my side of the wall. Just amazing girls like super they're so nice they're so funny. It was literally an amazing conversation the whole time. Now here's the thing would i come back to keep this part of my regular routine? definitely not because I really this is more of a special treat that you would treat yourself like I personally cannot see myself spending $120 every month to get this done I will be going back to my regular nail shop getting my regular gel manicure/pedicure my yeah I'm good it was great but I definitely won't be making as part of my monthly maintenance routine. Evolve has championed the pedicure and raised the bar to a whole new level. The zero gravity chair is an experience and the warm Himalayan salt pillows placed on your stomach spread heat to your low back in addition to the massage of the chair. This is a head to toe experience with the head massage that is given with precision and care that was incredible. Natalie explained the steps of placing headphones and neck pillow to elevate the experience. I am glad I added the extra scalp and leg massage which prolonged this enjoyable service I look forward to having when I come back to Arizona. The salon is beautiful and the staff all friendly from Brandon at the desk to Natalie who also cut and blow dried my hair to perfection. Late 50's and thinning hair was no problem for her to cut in long layers and make my hair look like it had three times the volume and dimension. Highly recommended. read more

We came here for the gravity pedicure (happy valley ). The place was immaculate and technicians were very professional. The chairs you sit in for the pedicure aren't the usual massage chairs, they just vibrate the entire time, which could be enjoyable for some. The actual nail care lasted less than 10 minutes, no in depth cuticle care and the pumice stone part was maybe a minute long. After that the head massage was fabulous, who doesn't love a good scalp massage. After that we laid there listening to calming music before the leg and foot massage. If you enjoy a soft gentle massage then this is for you, but if you want a medium-firm pressure massage it will not happen. After the paraffin is applied and then they leave to let you relax for maybe 10 minutes. Lastly, the nail polish is applied that's know to dry in 5 minutes. In all I would not go back personally. I would rather spend money on a quality pedicure that is adjusted to how you prefer a pedicure to be. The head massage was 10/10 so perhaps the head spa option is the way to go! Allergy notice: if you have skin sensitivity or allergies to essential oils -the eye cover and heated bean bag for you stomach are infused in them and my friend and myself ended up with rashes after from irritation. Nothing major but for anyone else, ask if they have none essential oil infused options :) read more

Soo going here was a mistake. I scheduled a manicure and pedicure for today, which is the Friday before my wedding on Sunday. I have very healthy, long nails, so all I was looking for was a French manicure, no gel or acrylics or anything like that. Basically just getting my nails painted. Full disclosure, I haven't had my nails done in probably 8+ years. I thought this would be a fun, relaxing experience. During the prep process when the cuticles cut it hurt pretty darn bad. Five of my fingers had bleeding on the sides or at the cuticle bed, which was then covered in antiseptic that burned to stop the bleeding. The nail technician started on the French tips and after seeing a few nails I decided to abort that idea as they just didn't look clean, uniform, or like something I'd want in pictures. We went with a base pink with a glittery tip, which looked fine. Did I love it? No. Had I been sitting there for an hour and fifteen minutes at that point? Yes. I just wanted to go home, quite frankly. I did not go through with the pedicure. It's less than 9 hours later and the nail polish appears discolored and to be coming off already, on my ring finger go figure. I will probably have to get my nails completely redone tomorrow. Super disappointing and not a good use of $35. Really, really bummed with this experience. read more

This place is almost an hour exactly from my home so I don't think I would've ever gone here by my own choosing but I was gifted a gift certificate here by my amazing in laws And I'm sooo happy they did! This is the first time I've been to a true salon and spa and let me tell you, I can't picture myself going back to your average nail salon! The atmosphere here is just so welcoming and calm and soon as you walk in. I came in for a spa manicure and a 90 minute zero gravity luxe pedicure. Dilfuza did my manicure and she did an amazing job! She was so kind and honest about the health of my nails. I had acrylic nails removed so they were really brittle and thin. Lori did my pedicure and she is AMAZING 10/10! So sweet and kind! I had the 90 minute zero gravity pedicure. Heaven. Pure bliss. It was such a pampering and relaxing experience. Worth the splurge. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the paint job is not the best. There are bubbles that now, 4 days later, are chipping away. It might be easier for the technicians if they put you back into a traditional pedicure position for the painting portion. Despite that I would still highly recommend this spa. Great manicure, super misleading/inconsistent pricing. I have had Dila do my nails several times now. She is amazing and my nails feel so much healthier. But... I feel very hustled by the salon. The first time I went in for a gel manicure, they charged me $15 (in addition to the $55 gel) to remove my preexisiting gel. They told me it was because I didn't get my gel there. Flash forward, I decide to get a regular mani instead of a gel mani. They charge me $15 to remove the gel even though I got it there because it wasn't "included in the price" of the regular manicure. They said that gel removal is included in gel manicures only, but that clearly is a lie as they have charged me for it before. Basically, be aware that the price they said online might not be what they actually charge you. For me to go back in the future, I'd want the salon to be more clear about what they are charging and why. Also, consistency. read more
