If you're looking for pain, bleeding, and a lighter wallet congrats, you found your place! They charged me an extra $15 for a "shape" that looked like it was done blindfolded, and no matter how many times I asked them to fix it, they just... didn't. Then, on my pedicure, they tacked on another $15 for gel polish after taking literal chunks out of my skin and making me bleed. Let me tell you, nothing says "relaxing spa day" like open wounds. A last minute decision ended up turning into the BEST set of nails I've ever had!!! I came in with my mom and grandma and all the employees were so sweet and fun, they took their time and the quality shows! I've been making my own press on nails for the past 2 years from bad experiences with other salons but this place takes the cake! Tammy did such an amazing job on these French acrylic sets, I was just a part of the wedding but these nails made me feel like the bride I showed her my inspo pic and not only did she recreate it, she honestly did a better job!! This place will give you an infection!!! First time here. It had good reviews and I just moved to the area so I thought I'd give it a chance. My biggest concern with nail salons is cleanliness and sterilization because it's so easy to get an infection. While I was sitting for a pedicure another employee was sitting next to my nail lady putting tools into the sterilization bags. She was actively picking off gunk and putting the tools in the sterilization bags which I thought was fine because they should be going into the autoclave for sterilization, until she closed up the bag and put it on her cart to use.. YUCK!! The tools should be going in the bags while dirty, then into the autoclave machine for sterilization, the bag remains closed until ready to use. This place will give people infections and THAT is a no for me. Also my nail tech for my pedicure kept taking the IV light off my nails too soon before the gel would have time to cure. So at the end she used the alcohol to wipe and totally ruined my nails and had to repeat my nails............ I won't be coming back. read more

Unfortunately, very disappointed after my last visit. I went in for a gel x manicure, and was very specific on the length and shaping I wanted. I told the nail tech that I wanted the manicure on the shorter side and she cut the artificial nails very long. When I asked if we could go shorter, she said no because it would ruin the almond shape which I don't think is true, I wanted it short. Then I caught that one of the nails was uneven and off centered, pointing off to the side. I brought this to her attention and kindly asked if we could redo it (this was before painting) and she said no and that I wasn't looking at it right. It's still crooked... my concerns weren't listened to and now I have a manicure I do not like...looks more coffin-y than almond...will not be returning read more

I got a dip gel done this is my second time ever getting it. the first time I wasn't as pleased as I would've liked but this time I can tell it's a much better product and process, than the first time my original appointment was not at the salon but I'll be going to this one from now on! Made me bleed and didn't do everything I payed for until I begged them to do it. Probably only the second bad review I've ever written in my entire life. I paid for the deluxe ($10 extra for callous removal and scrub) and the guy didn't even do the callous removal. I asked him multiple times if he was gonna do it cause I was really excited about that part (that's why I get pedicures). He never did it. I told him I wasn't going to pay for it since he never did it and he tried to convince me he did it even though I was sitting there the whole time paying attention! Wild. So then he does it after the fact when I've got my nail polish on and he's wiping it off with a cloth while it's burning my skin, so I had to go to the bathroom and rinse my heels in the sink to get the callous removal stuff off my feet. They did my mom's feet too and left tons of callouses on. Poor mom. Looked like her feet had been through a shredder. I asked if they could clip the corners of my toenails cause I get ingrown toenails (another reason I get pedicures) and they made me bleed on multiple toes. I know that one's hard so fair enough, but I've been to plenty of places that have cut the corners without bleeding me. Literally will never go here again. Take it for what you will. read more

I had my first pedicure ever at Select Nails & Spa and I had a great experience. Anna performed my pedicure and did a great job. The prices seem very reasonable and they have a large selection of colors of nail polish. The spa was extremely clean and I felt very safe--all employees and customers wore masks, and the door to the building was open, providing better air circulation. Nails look horrendous came in for a fill almost been 5 weeks and he didn't cut my nails at all acted as if he was confused. Asked me if I wanted to change the shape and I said no and I guess he took that as not cutting them as well. Let's not leave out that my nail is not what it was when I walked in there. When I told him they were too long he started raising his voice at me like I wasn't understanding what I was asking for. Shouldn't have to ask me if my nails need to be filed or cut Nails aren't even the same length didn't check to see if they were.
