Nails day #2. I've been getting my nails done for 25 years and while the place was clean and nice, I have to say I'm disappointed. I got a full set and they did not file down and smooth out my nails. The paint on my thumb chipped. I got files by my cuticles and buffed but not evened out. They look so uneven. Why can't I find a nails salon that will do things right! I'm sorry! But I'm not satisfied. I give three stars for service and cleanliness. Yes I showed up 1.5 hours before they closed but my nails should have been done properly... I hate posting reviews like this but I'm upset that this is happening Edit! Went back today and they did an awesome job! The only thing I didn't like was I made an appointment and had to wait 15 minutes then sat in Luke warm foot water for another 20 minutes... but other than that very satisfied! read more

My absolute favorite spa. Their hospitality and customer service is amazing. I've never seen a spa care for their customers this much. The workers are wonderful and always have a smile on their face. Very clean and organized spa. They always answer the phone and have availability. Overall great service. Just don't. Find another shop. I got services I didn't ask for and they played like they had no idea I was there for my nails. Ridiculous.

At first I came in and got my toes down by Mai. She did such a wonderful job. It's super rare for me to find someone who is able to get my ingrowns out and not make them hurt. And she did both! They were able to take me right away. I added some rhinestones and they turned out absolutely perfect. The next day I had a nail appt with some IG famous person who no call no showed me. So I came back and got a set of pink and whites. Cindy did an absolutely amazing job they are literally perfect. Again they took me right away and added some rhinestones to match my toes. Called Boutique nails around 2 pm asking if they had any appointments, I was told to head over in 30 min. I walked in and I was sat right away, my old SNS nails were removed and the new ones placed. He used so much attention to detail and care. He listened to me when I asked for shorter nAfter this, I sat for my pedicure, nice massage chairs and thorough leg massage. My nails are beautiful. Don't pass this place up! Update: it's 9 months later & this is still my go-to place!! Jimmy always does my dip (SNS) nails & they are GREAT. I have had great experiences with other techs as well, I just unfortunately don't know their names. This is a great place to get your nails done & not pay a TON! Do it. Seriously. Nope. Not going back. I left here very irritated. I requested sns and a pedi. My attendant for the pedi was nice enough but she kept insisting on using the callus remover. I HATE that thing and I told her several times no. "But you need it." No I effing don't! I have my own device at home that I prefer to use. What do you know, she pulled the damn callus remover out on my feet anyway! I was so shocked and angry that I had to bite my tongue lest I kick her in her face. My SNS... was ridiculously thick. It looked so ugly!! And the guy was so rough that my skin was bleeding. Time to pay, of COURSE that woman added a $5 charge for the callus remover that I DID NOT WANT!!! Y'all, a 5 minute walk down the sidewalk is The Polish Room. Save yourself time and ugly nails and go there. It's so much better! read more

I called the day before and made an appointment for myself and a friend (who speaks Vietnamese) for a pedicure and a fill. When we got there they said there was no appointment for me and they asked if I called the correct salon, I said yes and verified the number and showed them the number on my phone (which matched). They said they didn't know what happened and they would get started in a few minutes...40 minutes later it was finally time for my fill. The man that did my fill was very apologetic and did a great job! When I was done and started to pay they started talking about me in Vietnamese and to there surprise my friend understood everything they said and let them have it! It was like they saw a ghost when she called them out and I loved the way they tried to wiggle their way out of their sh*t talking! I love this place!! Jimmy is my favorite for acrylic nails but lately they lost the concept of time. They don't like to turn down service, I totally understand. They over book, don't take appointments seriously and miss judge their estimated time frames on walk-ins and appointments. They never run on time and it seems like they are short staff. Everyone has always been detail oriented with my nails and I'm never less than happy. They are always straight forward with how long the wait is and they are honest with pricing. Super pricey! Got the most expensive pedicure. She rushed my whole pedicure, was super aggressive while handling my feet. I turned on the chair for maybe 4 mins and asked me to turn it off. I was in pain, I was rushed, and then on top,they super charged me. I'm never going here again . She even pointed at the receipt that I should tip her at the end. This was not relaxing, this was just the worst experience ever. I've never do reviews but this needs to be in here. Now I see why they don't have people in there. read more
