I had a bad experience today with my pedicure. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was made to feel as if my concern was did not matter. In fact, the owner said, "It's not that big of a deal." My pedicure was $45, so it was a big deal to me. It wasn't until AFTER I was ready to pay was I offered a solution. It was too late at that point. I just wanted to pay and leave. I heard the owner talking about me to another customer, which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. I have stuck with this place for over 20 years and through many different owners. This place deserves 0 stars. Went in for a full set, short, square. I picked a peachy pink color, and she put black on my nails and then the peach color over it. Needless to say it looks terrible. That's not all though, the shape is terrible, the acrylic doesn't even go back to the cuticle area, looks like I need a full already and I just did them yesterday. I have nail polish in my cuticle area and and it's bubbling up. My nails are not uniform in length or shape. Some are flared out. One of them is wider than my actual nail bed. Do not go here. Also the state board was in there inspecting halfway through my set. The sad part is this was the OWNER doing my nails. SKIP THIS PLACE. read more

I would give 5 stars but the negative i have with Le's Nail Master is that they dont have pamphlets for prices. They dont really mention prices at all. Coming for a fill, I figured it'd be cheaper than a full set which at most places run around $35-40 alone. Maybe it was the nails I had chosen from their show nails, but they charged me $40 total for a fill and these beautiful nails. I already had fake nails on, he took them off without my permission instead of just taking the powder off & then tried to tell me real nails are better, my real nails were not long enough yet and he's like well if you want fake nails it's $10 extra, WHY WOULD I PAY FOR MORE WHEN I ALREADY HAD FAKE NAILS!!! So he did that on purpose!!! So I said do NOT file my real nails at all, he filed "a little", my real nail was still 1mm above my actual finger, these are NOT, he made them too THICK & wouldn't even bring the powder to the edge of the cuticle like they're suppose to but I know that's a trick to try to get you to come back quicker for a fill AND there's BUMPS on my nails. Do NOT come here!!!!!! They don't care about how you want your nails! They just want your money. This place is hit or miss. The first time I came here it was great. The guy that works there is awesome. The second time I had a lady who's desk is right behind the front desk where you pay. She didn't give a shit at all. I sat there for a full four minutes before she even looked up from her phone. My gel manicure on the same day of leaving already was chipping off and huge chunks I went back the next day and the nice man fixed my thumbnail but then a day later two other nails had chunks falling off. Like are you kidding me?!! There was also a bunch of nail polish in the creases of my nails and when I asked her to take a piece of cotton off my nail she said it would be fine so when I took a closer look I also had a wormy bubble effect on one of my nails from the little bit of cotton that she did not remove after I asked!!! It just sucks when you go into a place and pay good money to get your nails done to feel good about yourself. Yet the blatant way she did my nails horribly was awful. The guy who did my nails did a horrible job even though he took his time, which is what I don't understand. I said "medium long, round nails" and he asked "oval?" I said, "No round. Long but natural looking." Then he proceeds to tell me to pull up what I want on my phone but with an attitude tone. We started at a nice length and then it got shorter and shorter. So I basically paid for short, thick acrylic nails that if I grew out my natural nails, it would look the same. I was super upset and just kept looking at my nails in my face. He didn't say anything to me or asked me what's wrong. He also didn't measure the length of the nails so they're all different lengths. He went on to paint it and didn't take his time with that. He painted one hand and put it down, but not in front of the fan. He did each stroke with uneven amount of paint and kept making streaks. Didn't bother to fit them. Once he was done with one hand, he went straight to the other hand and then clear coat it right away. Basically never coming back. Don't waste $25 like I did here. read more

I'm kinda mixed with this place. I went With my daughter to get pedicures and nails done. The lady I had Not sure if her name was very nice and did a great job on my nails and pedi. The lady my daughter had wasn't as pleasant but not horrible either. I got a deluxe pedi and fill my daughter got a deluxe pedi and a full set of Stiletto nails. We both get gel color as well. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of their prices. Most places charge $10 up charge for gel but they charge $15. In addition my services were $60 and my daughters were $90 because she got stilettos which is ridiculous. An extra $30 for stilettos?! Not a lot of extra work goes into those so to charge that is crazy. The services were good but the prices for to high. read more

This nail salon and one of the nail technicians, Helen, came very highly recommended by my personal trainer, Olivia. I had called mid-afternoon on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment for an hour and a half later. It must have been my lucky day since it was the first day their salon was open on Tuesdays. Came in on Saturday as a walk in and it was obvious they were very busy. I was greeted nicely and was asked to pick a color by Jenny. After about twenty minutes I was sat at her station, but left there while she ran from station to station doing other peoples nails. What bothers me is not being spoken to after I sat at her station, never apologized to for being busy and my waiting and waiting for 30 minutes after I was sat. Then to top it off she cut my finger with the dremel very early into the fill and she never acknowledged it, even with obvious bleeding. At one point she even looked at her phone and bounced the tool off of another finger. As well I am disappointed because she didn't paint my nails all the way to the cuticle. I'm not one to write reviews but I don't want other people who are using yelp to find a nail salon for a reasonable price to go here and leave disappointed like myself. This place does not take pride in their work and do a half-ass job every time. I got SNS dip done and I could see my nails through them after and they tried to tell me that's normal (see attached photos). I also left with a slightly different shape on every nail - I swear they just file as fast as they can and move on, again no cares in the world. I just moved to Glendale and after 4 years of unsuccessfully finding a "go-to" nail salon, I am glad to have moved around the corner from Le's Nail Master. They gave me a glorious pedicure and manicure and their prices are beyond reasonable, in fact, much lower prices than a lot of the other nail salons around the valley. But don't let that fool you, their work is great and they take their time with each client so you don't feel rushed. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a nail salon! Sure it looks clean and nice inside, but the lady (the owner) who did my daughter's nails (a fill and gel Polish) was careless and unprofessional! I am so angry! She cut my daughter 6 TIMES!!!! At first when I asked why my daughter's fingers were bleeding everywhere, she said it was because my daughter's skin is fair and light!!! Wth?!? Then she claimed it was an accident - I'm sorry, but one time is an accident, two times is not good, BUT 6 times!!!! My daughter, btw is 18 years old and gets her nails done regularly (never before at this particular salon), and this has NEVER EVER happened! I am livid! Not only was my daughter bleeding on almost every finger, the polish was horrible! Then the woman tells me it's $35 hahaha!!! Mandy is AMAZING! Everyone is very friendly. Lots of great products & options. This is my 'go to' nail salon for sure.

I've been going here for years and the staff is always welcoming & friendly. However over the past year or so many of the nail techs have left with the latest departure being Mandy. The quality of service has gone down, along with the attention to detail. Mandy was the last tech in there that did hand painted designs and now they are using decals or stickers. Over the years I have friends & family go there on my recommendation but now I'm not sure if I would recommend them anymore. Dont get me wrong they are extremely clean & sanitary but the quality & care of the work has progressively gone downhill. If anyone may possibly know where Mandy went to please post!! read more
