I had such a terrible experience with them. Henry was not listening to my concerns and what I wanted and was quite passive aggressive towards me which was really uncomfortable. They are overly priced and I was charged 15$ for a French tip design that was not visible whatsoever. He didn't color match correctly even though I showed a picture of what I wanted and he told me he was able to do it. I do not recommend going here unless you want to waste time and money! read more

Extremely rude, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went in for a Dip and left extremely unhappy and they did not care. They blamed my nail for being "crooked", but my nail was straight right before she filed it diagonally. I only mentioned that it was slanted once but instead of trying to fix it, she spoke very loudly to embarrass me and brought other people to look at it to tell me it was my nail. My first set was dip and it lasted less than a week and when I went back in to get them removed even the nail tech that removed the gel agreed that it was done poorly. I ended up getting just a regular gel manicure and it's been 11 days and they have already chipped. I wouldn't recommend, but everyone has different experiences. read more

The pedicure was amazing!! But my Gel x manicure was not amazing... I don't think the technician knew what he was doing as everyone kept checking over his shoulder. I felt forced into getting a shape I never get. There was a large amount of build up from the gel x under my nails, He tried to get it out and ended up making me bleed and nicking my fingers with the drill. I won't be going back. read more

I usually don't like leaving negative reviews, but hope this review might save someone else from a similar experience. I have short nails that I get gel on routinely. I decided to not go to my usual nail salon and try this one because it was near house and convenient. I also got a pedicure thought it cost a little more than my usual place but was fine. My gel manicure though on my short nails, I didn't notice til I got home was bumpy and not smooth on every finger. I have never had this happen before and receive gel manicures regularly. I paid $25 for a manicure and was told that if I wanted my nails buffed it would be an extra $7. Instead of receiving a proper manicure, all they did was cut my nails unevenly and leave them rough--no shaping, no smoothing, nothing that resembled quality work. My nails actually looked worse walking out than they did going in. The whole experience was very odd and disappointing.
