With a nail salon on literally every single corner you have to be exceptional to keep loyal customers. And Goldust Nail Bar most definitely is exceptional! The decor is sleek, spotless and gorgeous. Love The white marble floors, high end massage chairs, gold fixtures and accents. Most importantly, the nail technicians are wonderful! I tend to get frequent, painful ingrown toenails and Bin gets rid of them pain free! I also appreciate that they use a timer for the massage so I never have to wonder if I'm going to get jipped lol read more

Service requested was not, should not have been, out of their scope of service. I wanted an ombré design on my toes and the technician laughed and said "oh no, we not do that" and laughed. It is one thing if YOU are not confident in a design but it's also the responsibility of the technician to ask if someone else may be better suited to meet the customer's desire. He made no attempt to make what I ask for come to fruition and their website markets nail designs much much more complex than my ask. Pitiful service with language barrier that made this customer feel as if I had ask for way too much so, I should settle for a plain color. read more

The man who did my nails did a nice job, and they turned out pretty, however, the appointment felt super rushed. I came with a friend and she mentioned her nails were hurting during the process, which made the experience feel a little tense for us. when my acrylics were removed, there was some leftover product on my natural nails, Even after some time, there was still leftover product on my natural nails, which I haven't experienced at other salons. read more

I never leave reviews, but for this location I will leave one because I left the salon in tears the day prior to. I'd give this nightmare of a location 0 if this thing let me. I'm not the usual complainer but this one topped it off for me; DO NOT COME HERE. I went in for the first time wanting to try out this spot and lemme tell you, I REGRETTED making that decision. Came in for a pedicure with a friend and the male I had was already standoffish when I had him. I asked for a French tip, a simple flower design on my big toe and asked to cut my toe nails slightly shorter. Tell me why he was on Opposite Day. Cut my nails EXTREMELY short, messed up a French tip and gave me some weird lemon tree design on my toe. Never asked if I was liking it until the end once he cured it and can't go back. There was a nail that he cut super crooked and I asked if he can fix it. His solution? He cut them all down even shorter. I went home, looked at the design and called the location and the owner said she'd fixed it personally after trying to explain the issue 6 times since there's a language barrier between the both of us. I got there and guess who was going to fix it? The man who messed them up... he started grabbing my feet aggressively moving them around like he was annoyed, also slamming things around to get the point across and I told him I was sorry for the inconvenience (even though he was watching something on his phone doing nothing and he wasn't suppose to be the one to fix it) and gave him a design I wanted. 10 minutes in, the owner comes up and they're arguing back and forth about how long he's taking and he needs to just do it this way (yes, I understand Vietnamese but didn't tell them) and it got to the point where he gripped on my foot way too hard and I got into an argument with him saying he didn't need to grip on my foot so hard and he can tell me to move it a certain way and I would. I told the owner he needs to stop touching my feet because he's getting aggressive for no reason. She continued to "fix" the design and both of their half ass effort made the design worse. I started to cry because I was so frustrated and getting spoken about in a different language was not appropriate. I left upset and realizing that someone who looks like me they will not cater to and treat like an inconvenience when their employees barely know how to do pedicures. I'm never coming here again due to their actions and resolutions and I hope you change your mind on wanting to try this horrible place out. read more

Couple of things to note. I don't usually leave reviews. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and I'm usually not picky. However, I am so tired of spending money on things that are supposed to feel like a treat or pampering yourself just to be disappointed and overcharged. Especially in this economy. Anyway, as for the service. I got a removal and then a liquid gel set. They didn't have me wash my hands first like I'm used to. That's fine, because usually they'll have you wash half way through. They didn't have me wash ever. Then he electric filed my removal so low it was burning. Then instead of giving me the manicure I asked for to get my cuticles he rushed and used an electric file which resulted in cutting three of my cuticles until they bled. Never even apologized. Obviously this continued to burn when he used acetone and then again later under the light. Again he still never had me wash my hands that were just bleeding. He used a roller oil pen instead of a dropper. So who knows how many people that's touched and who will use it after me and my bloody cuticles. He left gel all over my fingers and nail dust. Never used lotion or anything. In addition to this he only used two layers of color instead of the standard 3 so the polish has varying colors with see through spots in some areas. I had to go home and file off the gel from my fingers and pour peroxide over the cuts. You'd think for a first time client they'd want to do well to get a returning client. They also took almost 90 min which is crazy long for skipping steps and not even giving a massage of lotion or added layers. read more

I had such a terrible experience with them. Henry was not listening to my concerns and what I wanted and was quite passive aggressive towards me which was really uncomfortable. They are overly priced and I was charged 15$ for a French tip design that was not visible whatsoever. He didn't color match correctly even though I showed a picture of what I wanted and he told me he was able to do it. I do not recommend going here unless you want to waste time and money! read more

I wanted to like this place but my nails just don't last. My first set was dip and it lasted less than a week and when I went back in to get them removed even the nail tech that removed the gel agreed that it was done poorly. I ended up getting just a regular gel manicure and it's been 11 days and they have already chipped. I wouldn't recommend, but everyone has different experiences. read more

Extremely rude, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went in for a Dip and left extremely unhappy and they did not care. They blamed my nail for being "crooked", but my nail was straight right before she filed it diagonally. I only mentioned that it was slanted once but instead of trying to fix it, she spoke very loudly to embarrass me and brought other people to look at it to tell me it was my nail. They then proceeded to laugh and clearly talk/point at my nails. It was very uncomfortable. Organic Nails right across the street is way better!! read more

How hard is it for your nail tech to match colors to a picture you show them? here it's difficult. Never experienced that before anywhere else. The pedicure was amazing!! But my Gel x manicure was not amazing... I don't think the technician knew what he was doing as everyone kept checking over his shoulder. I felt forced into getting a shape I never get. There was a large amount of build up from the gel x under my nails, He tried to get it out and ended up making me bleed and nicking my fingers with the drill. I won't be going back. read more
