I'm so happy I tried them out! We moved to the area last year and I have been on the hunt for a good nail salon. I happened to see them as I drove by to Frys and looked them up. The thing I loved the most is I could make an appointment online! That's so convenient! I checked in and the women who did my toes and nails were so sweet. Lots of colors to choose from, they also do Gel X which I personally love but went with a regular gel manicure this time. I also paid with cash which got me a stamp card, so that's fun too. The place was clean and relaxing, I enjoyed my time and know I found my nail salon moving forward!

I was a walk in and first timer. I was greeted at the door and asked to sign in. I requested a soak off and a full set. I was sat down immediately and showed my inspro pic. I can tell that there was time and consideration taken into the detail of the set. I was checked in with making sure the shape, length and thickness of the nail was to my liking. My inspro pic came out perfect and for all the service, extremely reasonably priced. I'll definitely be going back and hopefully making this my nail home read more

They were a bit rushed and not gently at all flinging things and roughly "brushing" access powder off my nails. She was putting primer on my nails after she filed but didn't brush off the dust. Horrible service Long wait to be served Woman was constantly sneezing and coughing and rude. The vibe was horrible. They only seem to attend to regular customers. I had actually come from out of state. I recently moved to Glendale I was looking for a new nail salon. I happened to go to Fry's market and the cashiers nails were striking. I asked where she she had gotten her nails done. She shared that shop was in the same plaza. The next day I went to the shop for a pedicure. The service was great! The receptionist was friendly, she greeted me immediately, checked me in and provided color choices. A couple of minutes later she set me up in the pedicure chair. Rose did my Pedicure - she was patient and kind. I showed her a picture of a design I liked and she added the designs. I was very happy with the services. While completing my services I saw other nail technicians complete unique beautiful designs & provide friendly engaging services. I have gone back on three different occasions since my initial visit. On my last visit Kelly did my nails. Services have been consistent - friendly, reasonably priced, beautiful designs and quality workmanship. To top it all off my nails look great- I often receive complements about my nails from cashiers/clerks, co-workers, & friends! Check out this nail salon you will be glade you did! read more

Happy again. I came in on Saturday and had Jenny do my nails and got a pedicure. I come back because I like how Jenny does my nails but the pedicure could be better. My daughter also came in on Sunday 30 minutes before close and she was able to get an a pedicure and a gel polish. Thank you so much for taking us at last minute request. Gala nails is by far my favorite nail salon. I feel like I have been to them all bc everyone is great at first but can't seem to keep it consistent. I am VERY particular about my nails and I'm so hard on them. Mike is consistent, knows what I like and delivers (quickly). He is very knowledgeable. I try to make an appointment when I can, even if it's a call a few hours ahead. There are only three of them that work there but it's worth the wait. I will say, try and book around 9:30/9:45am they generally start appointments around then (not 9am). My pedicures have ALWAYS been great and last several weeks (with gel). read more

I have been committed to a nail salon for 3 years and I have just moved and to find a new nail tech and salon was almost anxiety-filling. I saw someone post Ruby on TikTok and had to give her a go. I wanted to wait at least 3 weeks to see how my nails held up before I made a review. They held up very well so I went back for a second time! I think I found my new salon and I have even brought over my roommate that was also a firm goer of our last salon. I got a Pedi the first time also, and that was indescribable comfort. Honestly if I could leave this place a negative star I would in a heart beat! The owners are extremely rude does not know anything about customer service. We called to get in today for 2 pedis with Kelly and loan and Ruby the owner answered and told me that oh since I missed my appointment yesterday I better be there in time! Okay? I'm sorry what? I didn't even have an appointment so I was very confused. Then even after we got told that I still decide to come but when we walked in no one even greeted us or anything we literally felt like we were doing something wrong.... It was so awkward. Our technician then came to work on us... keep in mind they are 30 minutes late didn't even. Say hi how are you doing or anything it was just silence..... I just couldn't take it anymore so we just finally got up and left but please do your self a favor and don't come here ! Trusts me they don't appreciate you as a customer... dad will definitely never return. read more

I have struggled like many woman to find a nail salon locally that is both excellent in service with a skilled nail tech and a moderate or fair price point. Well look no more ladies! Mike is the BEST nail tech I've EVER come across! I'm thinking God for finding him! I've had services done by expert nail techs with the expensive nails salons and expensive services and they still don't compare to MIKE! He shapes my nail perfect every tome coffin stiletto long medium you name it I've tried them all and he nails it each time! I am a very picky customer very hard to please but I've never once left disappointed. Mike and his staff are friends skilled and fairly priced. The place has been open a week now and are already developing a following! I got my brows waxed and a pedicure last week. I went in today to get acrylic nails and ended up with gels. Never heard of them before, but the process is similar. No powder, just gel so less drill, less nail tenderness and no nail salon smell. One of the techs is also a Spartan so you know I'll be back. The artists are talented but seem overworked and pressured to upsell. Their prices are not transparent, and they are constantly upcharging without getting proper consent. They will simply hold up something and say "Yes?" or "Ok?". I'm hard of hearing and accidentally agreed to a few up charges this way. I was sold a "crystal hair remover" for $15 that is clearly drop shipped from alibaba or a similar site. It made my skin bleed when used at home as they gave no instructions on how to use. They were VERY forceful about selling it and would not take a simple no. I got a gel mani and pedi. I looked at their website and am unable to determine what I even got because none of them match my experience. The recharge combo is the closest one ($99 plus $30 for my french tips) but I did not receive "collagen gloves" or "collagen-infused socks" as advertised. Finally, the tech cured gel polish on my skin. I told her it was there and she continued to do so, which creates a risk for gel allergy to develop. Plus the polish is chipping 3 days later. I have no problem paying premium prices (I regularly pay over $150+ at nail salons) but I expect things like 1) no upselling & alibaba products, 2) transparent pricing, and 3) good workmanship that lasts longer than 3 days.

It's worth noting that returning to change the color before the one-month mark is advisable, as prolonging it may lead to some lifting off, particularly during hair washes! I was in the area and searching for a nail salon. I'm thrilled to have found this gem! They gave me a fantastic gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. I believe this was the first time I've had an upgraded pedicure at any salon, and they even gave me a real massage. The massage alone was worth every penny.
