I'm a new client to Nails Plus but so far, I'm totally impressed. This salon is expansive & has a very relaxing ambiance. I come here with my bestie for a monthly mani/pedi session but they have soooo much more than just nails. They offer HEAD SPA packages which is an elevated relaxation experience & really puts you into a full pamper yourself type of mode. It's like a facial & a hair wash & a neck/scalp massage all in one. I can't explain just how relaxing it is. You just have to try it for yourself to understand. The pedicure menu is also ample so there is a price point for everyone. The hot stones & minty steamy leg wraps are my favorite! I've had a wonderful experience with Ivy & Tiffany personally, but everyone was super friendly, accommodating & professional. They offered water, tea & light snacks during our last visit. They do make an effort to make you feel welcomed & appreciated. I was very disappointed with my appointment for a gel polish change. Nail tech (Steven) was very abrupt and cranky. I asked for extra coat of polish because my nails are thin. He refused and also one coat of top coat. Nails were bending and breaking almost immediately . When I looked at them under my gel lamp, the top coat was just streaks and not completely applied. Very poor quality! I gave him a generous tip he did not deserve. I won't go back, at least not to him! read more

I once would recommend this salon but no more. The ladies were rude to me because my mom and I were late for the nail appointment. Yes we missed our appointment but we don't mind waiting for the next available person. Whoever helped me first was a nice lady nd she was going to do hot gel and I asked her to clean my cuticles but she said we'll do it later. Then a customer came in who I assumed scheduled an appointment with her and some other person came over to finish my nails. She kept telling me that my mom and I should've showed up to our appointment on time but I didn't care, we were fine someone else doing our nails since we were late. The second lady finished my nails and i asked her to cut my cuticles but she said they dont do that with hot gel but the other lady was wiling to do it, thats when she reminded me again that my mom and I shouldve showed up on time. Paid $35? For the sport pedicure. It was just a service to cut my toe nails and a 5 minute rub on my legs. Wasn't asked for a polish color which is supposed to be included. I always get clear. My toe nails came out rough and scratchy, didn't buff or file down. She did offer me a bottle of water which is why I gave 2 stars. Nails Plus is very accommodating when scheduling my appointments with Jackie, even when it is the same day, they always seem to schedule ny services within 2 hours from the time I call. Jackie is very friendly and caring. she always does an amazing job giving me the highest quality pedicure and manicure with dip. Jackie is very patient and thorough. They damaged my real eyelash and started to fall off soon after getting them done. This salon is EXCELLENT! They had two ladies working on my hands at the same time and the lady made my fingers bleed and scratched me with her dirty nails while doing the massage. They move way to fast and lack in customer service My daughter was not happy with her french manicure and she was told it was going to cost her more to fix it. Horrible place. I have never paid so much for my nails in my life and I get them done every 2 weeks. My normal place was open and I had no other days because I was in a wedding the next day. They charged $4 PER nail for ombré (without letting you know) on top of the $60 for a full set. $20 for eye brow wax, I picked a lower level pedi because I didn't expect to pay $124 for just my nails and brows. He kept telling me I HAD to have the highest one, when I told him no because I didn't expect my nails to be that much he said "oh what you poor"? I snapped and told him no your shop robs people, do the basic one and stop questioning me. They didn't do a base or top coat on my toe nails they were chipped in 2 days and 3 nails popped off within 4 days when I called they said they only guarantee then got 24 hour. So I went to a new nail place for the 1st time in 5 years and I loved it! I made an appointment and Tiffany did my pedicure and Mike did my nails. Tiffany also did my design. Mike was very personable and he's pretty funny too!! It was a great experience, they were so nice and quick! They are only 5 minutes from my house which is a huge plus!! Yes yes yes yes. Was my first impression when I walked in . This store is clean they have an A plethora of colors and styles lined up neatly organized for you to choose from. I came in here looking for super Pedicure for only 55 I was able to get my toes painted A foot massage hot stone hot towels a scrub and paraffin wax they took their time not rushing careful not to tickle my feet during any callus remover. "We don't have time right now!" Tried to walk in for a pedicure. There were about 4 to 5 customers getting their nails done and two nail technicians sitting alone at their stations. One was on her phone and the other one just sat down to do nothing. I'm not sure why one of these two who didn't have customers couldn't do my pedicure but all I heard from one of the two was "We don't have time right now!" Only our second time here for a spa pedicure. The first time we got the tropical pedicure and they were really nice but this time my daughter and I opted for the sports pedicure which is less than the tropical. I could tell the lady who was doing my pedicure was annoyed we chose this package. She is also part of the owners (the mom) she then told me that I would do better with the tropical pedicure hinting that my feet needed it. Although I laughed inside as she was really talking about my feet I politely declined...wrong move! I quickly realized that she didn't like my answer as she began speeding through my pedicure like lightening speed. This place is so well kept, clean and very beautiful. My nail tech Wendy was extremely helpful. I let her know what I was looking for and she wasn't afraid to show me a better option, which I ultimately went for and it turned out so amazing!! She let me pick out what I wanted and then showed me in detail how we could make it better and affordable, which I very much appreciated. I'm the type to sit down, show you what I want and will trust the nail tech to do their best with little to no comments from me - maybe that's why I've had terrible nails from other salons. But regardless, my experience was wonderful and Wendy was so helpful. I've been trying to find a better nail salon close by and I'm so glad I just walked in and tried it. I went here for a shellac manicure but they convinced me to do dip since I had never done it before. I started with one lady and then halfway through they moved me to a different lady. The second lady put multiple coats on to the point where each hand looked vastly different, I pointed it out asking if they're supposed to look so risen off the nail and she said no but that they would do it differently next time. So one hand is risen and the other is super risen. It felt really rushed and there didn't appear to be any attention to detail. The nail design doesn't look good and totally different than the picture I showed them, I truly think I could've done a better job. I spent $50 and am removing the polish today, 3 days later, because they feel super uncomfortable with how much dip powder/polish is on the.
