As someone who has been getting waxed consistently for well over a decade, I can attest that it's nearly impossible to avoid ingrown hairs even with regular exfoliation, but amazingly, the lovely Bare AZ team manages to do exactly that. She was extremely friendly & made me feel very comfortable. I was there for 45 minutes while she waxed, cooled, tweezed and tinted my brows. They were given a 5 star service which i didn't know was possible for eye brows. I really appreciated the tentativeness and care taken. HIGHLY recommend this place. Went to Glenna for a first time Brazilian wax today and I literally could not imagine a better experience, she is absolutely perfect. I was very nervous when I arrived but what everyone else has said is true, her warm personality immediately disarmed me and made me feel at ease. She had me laughing the whole way even though it was admittedly painful and uncomfortable, and the way she is able to make conversation to lighten the mood is truly incredible. She spent time explaining the aftercare process and recommended products to me without feeling like she was pushing an up sell on me like I often feel at other salons.
